Mattsson's win over Menard was the driving force behind her move to the newly formed Lookout! Atlantic stable and given their long-term rivalry with Foxfire organization, there's more at stakes than usual. Foxfire would also like to make amends for Pooja Shah's disappointing loss earlier tonight as Lookout! threatens to dominate the stable rivalry given the recent FCBA results as well.

Mutual respect from both girls as they enter the ring, Helena's steely eyes glare over at Malika who looks calmed, but the eyes tell a different story. Mattsson stopped Menard's eleven fight winning streak and the word 'revenge' is written all over tonight's contest. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Malika wastes little time and jabs at the blonde with a lot of confidence. She's quick on her feet and closes within Helena, repeatedly cracks her in the chest and body. Mattsson came forward as well, but gets blocked with couple of her early attempts and can't match the French girl's speed and aggression. Fruitless response from Helena, she grazes Malika's flesh and is forced back and around the ring as Menard looks on a mission to finish this one off as soon as possible! Helena retreats altogether, however is able to avoid getting trapped along the ropes, shows some footwork skill as well, but Malika keeps lacing her in the midsection and clearly dominates the opening round.

Round 2:
The French pageant continues the high-tempo jabbing at the start, but Mattsson stays on the back foot, refuses to step in and forces Malika to show some more movement herself. Single-striking response from the blonde, catches her rival in the jugs but gets nailed with a left hook on the temple moments later. Crowd applauds this shot, but Malika misses an uppercut follow up and Helena whacks her in the ribs before they clinch in the middle of the ring. Ref separates them and Menard throws more jabs to the ribcage, fnds some success as Mattsson was too slow to jump back. She almost stumbles but reconsiders her plan and circles to the side, up forwards, cracks a left cross-hook across Malika's face, tries to spilt her gloves, couple of more hooks go nowhere and Menard opens up herself, left on the ribcage, right on the chest, another left whacks the blonde on the mouth and Mattsson's pinned at the ropes! Jabbing sequence to the midsection bends Mattsson down, but she covers up and withstands a huge left hook from the top! Malika looks for more, but gets stopped by the bell seconds later.

Round 3:
Mattsson's been playing second fiddle all through this bout so far, perhaps a mental block for the pretty blonde and her KO4 victory over the French brunette seems like a solid Upset of the Year candidate already as the rematch is all about the Foxfire girl. Malika smiles broadly as she comes off her stool for the third, looks to play around and annoy the Swedish rival a bit more. Helena leaps up to her, almost out of nowhere, cracks a couple of jabs to the ribs and makes sure Menard notices the change of tune. Malika's eyes lose that joyful look and the pageant whacks a straight jab to the mouth, but Mattsson ducks underneath, clobbers the brunette's stomach, uppercuts her rack and signs off with a left hook on the cheek. Malika's stunned, falls to the ropes, but forces a clinch after Mattsson squared up to her and nailed few more times in the guts! Menard leans on the raging blonde, refuses to let go of her neck, has the ref yelling at her, but Malika remains unmoved. She cracks a left to the cheek and Mattsson's head snaps back, but the blonde moans in anger moments later and drives more jabs to the stomach. Malika remains on the ropes, more misery for the Foxfire girl as Mattsson laces her in the arms and body, lands another uppercut to the chin and at the bell it's the blonde dishing out punishment as the French brunette got herself into a very deep hole! Big round for Mattsson as Menard clearly got careless and was punished for it.

Round 4:
Malika charges straight off the bell, looks to dwarf Helena's momentum quickly and laces the blonde with a counter jabbing double as Mattsson's initial hook went awry. More low jabs to the ribcage follow and Helena's exposed herself, loses her footing, allows Malika to land more shots on that tummy. Left hook above the arms and it lands clean on the nose! DOWN GOES MATTSSON flat on her back! Series of blows really put her in a box and the ammount was too much. Swift put-away from Menard, but Helena's up at five, perhaps relieved to catch some respite despite the knockdown. She leaps straight back to the ropes and Malika assesses the damage, moves rather slowly, seemingly happy with the early advantage. She's not going all out yet, keeps Mattsson dancing around the ropes, single strikes to the flesh, but nothing too meaningful. Late in the round, brunette picks it up though, cracks a low jab to the midsection as Mattsson was slow in her merry-go-round for one moment, another right catches the Swede on the chest and pins her to the ropes, High-tempo jabbing to the midsection follow and Helena covers up in despair, has Malika punching her repeatedly at the bell and scoring a huge round in her favor.

Round 5:
High-energy display continues in the fifth, Mattsson keeps coming back, looks to convince everyone she's able to compete with the French pageant and the last fight was no fluke after all. Single shots to the body from both women early, they weave back and forth, unable to throw some big combinations though. Solid defence in mid-range, Malika targets the head more often, but the blonde's mitts stay in tact. Jabs over the top in response, Malika's head dives around those shots before the low jabbing comes to the fore again and give Malika the advantage. Helena leaves an opening, two shots catch her under the elbow, right cross on the chest and Malika pounds more shots up high. Mattsson wobbles, leaps back, but gets nailed with another hook on the cheek! She stumbles again, Menard squares up to her, throws more blows to the body and the round concludes in similar fashion to the previous one, Helena eats some leather along the ropes with the brunette pulling further away on points.

Round 6:
As the bout enters it's second half, Helena seems to acknowledge the potential scorecards fiasco. She comes firing away at Menard, catches the brunette in the ribs before slicing her across the chest. Right hook response from Malika gets blocked and Helena laces more low jabs to the midsection, forces the pageant to step back and circle around. Menacing jabs keep coming from the blonde, she still looks fairly fresh, but so does Menard, who hasn't taken a great deal of punishment so far. Mattsson keeps the aggressive approach all through the round, but Malika's speed and agility enables her to survive and avoid few crisp shots. Helena fires away at impressive rate, but can't land that one big punch to really put the brunette into serious trouble. Late in the round both women clinch in the center of the ring, first signs of fatigue from Helena who was hassling the brunette all across the canvas, low jabs land on the blonde's ribcage as Malika tries to salvage something out of the sixth, but it's too late and Mattsson scores one round back with workmanlike performance and a very passive display from the French fighter.

Round 7:
Mattsson looks to build on her brief positive run, closes the distance straight away and Malika's too slow to react, get handed a reality check as the blonde cracks her in the jugs, throws a huge left above the gloves and snaps the brunette's head back! Right jab on the stomach and Menard bends down, looks for a clinch but Helena laces her with a solid half-uppercut in the chin and sends trembling back on the ropes! Here comes Mattsson with some fury! Left/right to the ribs, cracking right cross splits the mitts and catches a moaning Menard on the cheek! DOWN GOES MALIKA on her backside in the corner as Helena leans across her and yells out some French insults! Pretty blondes know their language it seems and Mattsson was a frequent visitor to Cannes festival to catch a line or two there! Malika looks stunned at first, gets up at seven, and shrugs off the knockdown quickly, but is the Mattsson comeback finally happenning? Helena closes in right after the command, left/right on the face, Malika blocks it off and whacks a left jab underneath the elbow. Clean on the ribs; Helena winces, reacts with more jabs to the head, Menard ducks and weaves around them, throws more jabs to the chest and stomach, forces the blonde to cover up and lose the momentum. Head-to-head duke out in the corner, quicks jabs all over the two bodies as Malika lands an uppercut to the chin and finally forces the Swede back in the final minute. Mattsson circles back, puffs heavily with her face reddened but eyes still throw thunders at the brunette. Malika with single jabs to the head, keeps her at bay for the remainder of the round and dodges a huge bullet as Mattsson looked poised to finish her off after that knockdown.

Round 8:
Malika comes lashing out with jabs to the midsection, catches the pretty blonde in the jugs and slices her in the mouth. Helena winces in pain, her face begins to swell, but she stays upright, the girl is definitely punch-resistant above average! Menard notices she's not sending her down quickly again and allows to step back and catch some respite. Malika's face looks better, she's taken far less shots but your gloves are the most reliable source when it comes to the final outcome. Helena's spirited performance might catch the judges' eye in the end and Malika keeps her busy with more shots to the body from mid-range. Mattsson just doesn't crack mentally, looks for another grindfest like she enjoyed against Kym Marsh, throws straight jabs over the top, forces the brunette to go really low and dive to the side, quick jabs to the midsection follow as Malika allows her to close in. Ferocious punchfest along the ropes in the final minute, Malika teases the blonde into exposing her ribs with wide slaps from both flanks, counters with some of her own to the stomach, but Helena's moans go together with even bigger shots to the midsection. Both girls moan loudly as they trade blow-for-blow but neither goes down in the process! Those girls are made of steel here and the crowd is on their feet! Right cross from Menard splits the blonde's glove and a left follow up splits her lip but the bell saves Mattsson from receiving more wounds and the round review indicates she landed more punches than the brunette and despite the lip wound, it was far from a Menard rout there.

Round 9:
Foxfire Atlantic corner's unsure of the final outcome as Mattsson showed some exceptional courage in the past few rounds. Menard doesn't look so fresh anymore and despite Helena's face swollen badly now, she comes more aggressively into the penultimate round and soon puts the brunette into real trouble with low jabs to the midsection. Malika's speed is gone, she can't escape another punching trade-off, but she hangs in there and both women lash out at each other street-fighter style much to the crowd's delight. It's the last-woman standing performance, single strikes to the face and chest, battle of the minds more than physical enforcement. Malika cracks more jabs to the mouth and the blonde starts bleeding again! Helena stands her ground though, won't yield an inch and goes all-in with couple of hooks to the temple! Menard's head snaps in the proccess and she winces loud, steps back and gets nailed with another straight jab to the breasts. Mattsson leans on her, but gets cleaned in the jugs with a last-resort hook! Malika with her eyes closed, pours in with jabs to the jugs and takes the breath out of Mattsson for couple of seconds! Both girls are wearing out quickly and in the final thirty seconds they just stare at each other, asses the mental strength and slowly head back to their corner after the bell. Helena's face is smeared with blood as Malika's gloves are covered with blood, the vicious action has left a visible sign of envy, but Helena gets her mouth patched up and looks confident before the final round. Will we see a late KO settling the Main Event?

Round 10:
Brutal trade-off continues from the bell, did someone pay Foxfire and Lookout! extra for the artistic impression? Most of the BBU lights would have long gone down on the canvas, but Malika and Helena tear into each other like it's the first round, not the tenth. Low jabs from Helena rock the brunette on her feet, but a left hook cleans the temple and Mattsson's head snaps back. More jabs to the head and Helena's hair is thrown everywhere, almost like she's been involved in a hairpulling catfight rather than a boxing duel. Malika yells with every shot, determined to score a late KO, but the blonde stays upright, covers up her midsection, weaves around some hooks and sends straight jabs to the midsection herself. Malika can't find that haymaker anywhere and she backs away as Helena keeps coming at her late in the bout. Nothing left to give for the brunette and Mattsson lands more jabs to the ribs, has Malika moaning again, left cross just misses and the pageant jumps to the ropes in avoidance. Mattsson with menacing hooks to the body, but she can't reach the brunette anymore, footwork's not so impressive as well and Malika survives the final seconds along the ropes as Helena looks upset that she wasn't able to score a strong finish. The final round looks even and perhaps it was the one that really got away from Mattsson. Both women raise their arms at the bell and although it was all about Menard early, Helena came back strong and the judges verdict isn't that straight forward anymore. Foxfire and Lookout! corners don't seem to be overconfident with the end result as well, but here comes the verdict..

After ten rounds of boxing we go to the scorecards... Judges score the bout 97-94, 97-95 and 96-94 all for your winner through unanimous decision... MALIKA MENARD!!!!

Post-fight:
Malika keeps her arms raised after the verdict is announced and flashes that pageant smile in full display. Helena's head slumps on her shoulders briefly however she's quickly applauding the brunette's hard-earned success. Foxfire and Lookout! haven't been the best of friends across the female boxing world and allthough Mattsson had little sympathy for Menard after their first meeting, she's not exactly bemused by the verdict. "I still knocked her out while she could only grind a decision" Helena is quoted as she leaves the ring to have her looks improved in the locker room. Usually a pin-up for any straight guy, she's had her face pummeled badly tonight, but produced one of the most impressive punch-resistance showings anyway. Even the Foxfire members seemed shocked that Malika failed to knock her out.

However the brunette's sole BBU defeat has been avenged and the proud French pageant winner can focus on her upcoming fight against the American starlet Mary Elizabeth Winstead. It's an internal Foxfire Boxing clash with Winstead apparently not happy that a certain French girl steals all the headlines back in Europe. "I've destroyed Laetitia Casta and I'll do the same with this Menard chick!", a very annoyed Mary is quoted per Denise van Outen. Malika needs to make her shots count against Winstead cause the American is definitely a class above Mattsson thanks to her extended FCBA background.
