Ali is a pretty actress, and a game girl, but can she be expected to upset the experienced and brutal Sayuki? If the Japanese girl is in the mood tonight, Ali is likely to be just another name on a growing list of battered girls.

Ali gets into the ring first, and, looking good in her silver bikini top and microskirt, she looks confident as the red bikini-clad Sayuki joins her.

Round 1

Sayuki seems a little slow, a little preoccupied tonight, and Ali starts well, takes advantage of the model’s lack of commitment, and she’s landing some neat little combinations to Sayuki’s face, batting the brunette’s head backwards, then she steps inside to pop in some bodyshots, only to find that her opponent’s interested after all, and Sayuki stings Ali with a left jab, and another, a right hook, then a left hook to the body, and she turns the Brit around. Backed up to the ropes, Ali’s a sitting duck, and Sayuki sprays her face with punches from either glove, leaving the actress stunned and stumbling at the bell.

Round 2

Ali has revived, but she’s soon back to square one, with Sayuki now punching her face like she wants to take her head off her shoulders, and all Ali seems able to do is to hold out her arms in defence, not throwing a punch really, just trying to fend the model off as she batters her. Now Ali is in the corner – she can’t move backwards from there – and Sayuki cracks a left hand into her face, then another, and Ali’s down, on all fours and groaning, but gamely on her feet at 7. Is she OK? Probably not, and certainly not when Sayuki hits her in the belly with a right uppercut from short ranges, almost taking the actress off her feet, and that leaves her slumped against the ropes when the bell sounds the end of the round.

Round 3

Ali’s cheeks are raw, bruised, and swollen, but it’s her body that Sayuki targets in the early seconds, and there’s that right to the belly again, and this time it puts Ali down. The actress is gasping for breath, and she finds enough of it to scramble to her feet at 8, gulping in lungsful of the stuff as Sayuki comes back at her. Poor Ali doesn’t know what to do, and she’s hopelessly outgunned here, with Sayuki doing her again to the body, then giving her an uppercut to the jaw to follow, and that’s the last thing Ali’s going to see for a while, because she’s out cold!

Sayuki Matsumoto knocked Ali Bastian out in round 3.

Well, maybe Ali shouldn’t have been given this match so soon in her career, but then again, maybe no-one else wanted it! Sayuki is awesome!
