Before: Snark! Magazine strikes again as this fight is born out of a post in the magazine by Danielle Panabaker, challenging Emily VanCamp to follow up on her recent appearances on GRIMM and Piranha 3DD. Emily has been cool and dismissive ever since, but refuses to let this trash-talk from Danielle go unchallenged. As a result, Danielle and Emily are the main-event for this Lookout! Bantam debut double-header on the beach. Elisha Cuthbert, fresh off her recent Best of 7 victory, has helped to prepare Emily for this match while her stablemate (and rival) has helped trained Levin Ramben, who competed in the previous match. Rumors of alliances building between bantams run rampant.

Emily signed to Lookout! Boxing after a bidding war between Lookout! And Foxfire, which obviously riled up Danielle (as well as other bantamweight fighters around the league). Some of those are in attendance here tonight such as Jordana Brewster, Annalynne McCord, Amy Acker as well as Candice Accola and Nina Dobrev from Vampire Diaries. Shay Mitchell and Troian Bellisario are also here from Pretty Little Liars. While they might be here for the food or drinks provided by Lookout!, it's clear they're also here to see Ems lose. Will they get their wish?

If Danielle Panabaker has her way, they will. Danielle relentless in her trash-talk, even leading up into the match, proclaiming: “I am definitely going to show Lookout! that they signed the wrong girl. If they'd been paying attention, they would've signed me. When I'm standing over EVC, they'll realize their mistake. Em already does, but that snooty little skank can't back down now, can she? She is done for!” Emily just smiling as she says coolly, “Talk to me after the match. ”, but does hold up a piece of white paper with the word “GRIMM” written on it in stark, black letters. Taking a red marker, EVC proceeds to cross it out drawing gasps and whispers from the crowd. Danielle almost charging across the ring, but referees intervene before things get out of hand.

Danielle in a baby blue bikini with matching gloves; Emily wearing a dark purple bikini with matching gloves. The two of them touch gloves but don't thankfully exchange any blows – just icy stares.

R1: Danielle comes out charging out of her corner, eager to finally get a chance to work on Emily but instead, Emily counters her wild haymakers with a display of technical prowess. Emily is coming forward behind the jab, mostly delivering a steady straight jab though occasionally mixing it up with a one-two combination that sends Panabaker backpedaling. Danielle can't respond as Emily dominates with pinpoint jabs around her shoulder and head that forces Danielle to cover up. The first round is a complete shutout for Emily as she bullies Danielle around the ring, just continually moving forward as scowls can be seen on many audience members.

R2: Unfortunately for Danielle, the second round is a mirror of the first. In this case, Danielle does manage to get in a few grazing shots to Emily's body to prevent another complete shutout, but Emily's length and relentless, piercing jab makes the difference. Moving Danielle around the ring wherever she wants her, showing complete control throughout the first two rounds. Danielle just seemingly spooked by the jab, unable to get off like she would prefer as the jab continues to pepper around Danielle's head and shoulders.

R3: A third straight round for Emily as Danielle does show some fire, getting in some stiff shots on the inside towards Em's torso. However, Emily continues to control the outside shots with her jab with dominate offense. Emily mixes it up occasionally as Danielle is the recipient of some digging left uppercuts to body. Emily planting her left to really hammer the uppercuts that slam into Danielle's body. Danielle touched up slightly, but EVC doesn't seem interested in really hurting her at this point. Nina Dobrev yelling angrily at Panabaker in the corner as Danielle looks frustrated.

R4: Another shoutout for Emily as she is absolutely dominating the fight with her jabs; sometimes switching it up with a drilling one two combination up to her head/shoulders. The formerly proud brunette is being busted up to the body as well as Emily just digs and pounds in with that left uppercut. Emily doesn't seem interested in hurting her, but Emily just showing off at this point. Danielle definitely spooked through four rounds, outclassed and overwhelmed by Emily today. Danielle almost staggers to the wrong corner – that's how frazzled she is.

R5: Danielle is shutout again by Emily with her powerful punching. Not really hitting too hard, but continuing to just wear her opponent down. Danielle stumbling around the ring as Emily has her own way, just delivering jab after jab to pepper at Danielle's defenses as she covers up at temples. Emily occasionally getting through to smack an odd shot or two into the surprised face of Panabaker. Mixing it up with shots to the body and chest as it's all Em through five rounds and Danielle looks pretty shabby heading back to her corner.

R6-7: It's two more straight rounds of precision punching from Emily VanCamp. The assembled crowd, many of whom are obviously dismayed by the performance by Emily tonight, begins to whisper regarding a 10-0 rout, circling around on the lips of onlookers. Emily not really bringing any particular power to her punches, only the quality AND quantity of those punches is really accumulating. Just precision boxing at its best, chipping away at a once perky Panabaker. Those repeated shots and jabs towards her face making her eyes swell up, replacing confidence with absolute discouragement. Dani's legs are holding her up – keeping her in the fight – but perhaps to her detriment. Danielle is shout out through another two rounds in a truly humbling performance. Danielle's eyes swelling up, filled with frustration. Troian Bellisario is giving Danielle some encouragement and tips in her corner, though appears to be berating her slightly as well.

R8: It's another shutout round from Emily, where she keeps peppering Panabaker with those precision jabs over and over. Picking her up to the body with the jabs, just hammering her opponent over and over . Coming forward with that jab to smack hard into her head, shoulders, forcing Danielle to cover up at her temples again. This performance elicits groans of sympathy as Emily seems to just be taking Panabaker apart at will. Panabaker's legs still holding up, but doubling over and trying to stay upright. Twitter is picking up on the contest as you can find hashtags like: #clinical, #ruthless, #relentless in describing EVC's perfomance.

R9: Perhaps somebody told Danielle about the response on Twitter as she comes out with a fiery display in this penultimate round. A spirited performance by Panbaker as she surges from her corner swinging with wild looping punches and pressuring Emily with some jabs of her own. Emily is forced to abandon her confident stance and is forced to temporarily regroup behind her jab. A few hopeful onlookers get out of their seats to applaud, but sit down again quickly as Emily rebuffs Danielle's attack. Panabaker able to show some ability to compete, but Emily does once again get into her stance as she delivers some precision jabs and switching it up with some one-two combination hooks towards her head to prevent Danielle's assault from being anything other than a momentary hassle. Hopefully that brief moment will be enough for Danielle to help salvage her spirit as she is looking hopelessly broken down by the end of this round at the end of her best round yet and still, she finds herself butt-in-ropes and a 9th straight round to Emily. Danielle's willingness to still compete should be applauded, after such a through win by Emily thus far. However, those members in the audience are too busy glaring to do that.

R10: Rather than displaying the steady, punishing jab of the previous rounds, Emily suddenly switches to coming out aggressive with the one two combination of blows. Spooking Danielle with the left jab that Emily has delivered so consistently, then connecting with a right hook. It doesn't long for this sudden shift in tactics to break through Danielle's weary defenses, her sturdy legs no longer able to hold her up. Midway through the round, Emily cleanly checks Danielle's chin with a left jab, right cross combination that has Danielle crashing down to the canvas. Danielle manages to beat the count, but rises only to receive a vicious flurry of blows from Emily. Emily no longer interested in displaying patience or precision, but just sending her gloves to drive into Danielle's body, chest, shoulders and head. Danielle slumping into the corner, eyes glistening, covering up, not responding, just bleating out hurt until the bell rings, wilting under the steady assault of Emily. As the bell rings, the referee announcers what everybody there already knows: 10-0 in what can only be described as a rout for Emily VanCamp.

After: Pundits afterward are pretty stark in their analysis – declaring that “if it isn't statistically the most one-sided rout on record, it must surely be the cruelest.” It was a patient performance by Emily as she just wore Danielle Panabaker down not by any hard-hitting on her part, but with a steady and sure war of attrition – not interested in putting her down, but just keeping her upright for no other purpose but to seemingly embarrass her opponent. In the days to follow, Blonde! Magazine declares Emily one of the best technicians at her weight and after tonight, nobody is inclined to deny that.

Plenty who are willing to deny Emily any further success, however. At hearing the result, Emily allows herself a little moment to smile as she stands beside Danielle, who has slumped down to her thighs, catching her breathe. Raising her hands over her head, she turns to face the cast of Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, Acker, Brewster, McCord and the rest of the angry little audience as she points out to the crowd, then down to Danielle. The message is clear and Emily doesn't say a word as she saunters out of the ring after exchanging one last frosty glare with those sitting ringside.

As reporters try to speak with Emily after the match, she smiles sweetly, a stark contrast to the display just witnessed in the ring, “Danielle said I didn't want any of her. I think we both know the truth now, don't we? I was patient, picked about her game and I dictated the terms of the match, not her. Dani hardly touched me, but when I was bored, that's when I took her down. To those who were watching, girls, you can boo and hiss all you like, but you can't handle me.” And with another smile, Emily walks off.
