Before: Carpenter had her soft touch the last time out--she gets back into the deep end against classy6 pageant princess Berry. Halle playing a little chess wit this challenge--she’s done slightly fro lightweight to face Charisma, but her real target’s Theron. “I need a hard tune up to take on Charlize,” explains Halle in pre-fight. “The title bout pressure, against a strong champion--Charisma fit’s the bill. Carpenter’s going to get him in shape to tae on big blonde.: Charisma in gold bikini with white furry dots. Berry in yellow bikini top white bikini bottoms.

During R1: Everyone knew Berry was fast conming in--but she EMBARASSES Charisma with deft circling footwork, nimble in and out attacks--carpenter getting marked up by a jab she can’t defend and eating sneaky lead rights as Halle jumps ‘em in. By the midway point, Charisma is wide-eyed and shaken--Berry sets down to get after her in earnest. HARD overhand rights lick across Carpenter’s face putting the wobbly butt. In desperation, Charisma stumbles forward to clinch and gets riddled as Halle steps back in good order, reefing hooks to Carpenters belly and hellish right uppercuts to the jugs. Stumbling away, Carpenter spills to the ropes--Halle stepping with her, molesting her with rivet gun jabs to keep Carpenter toppling and stunning her with vicious whip arm rights upside the head. Charisma beaten helpless as she slides along the ropes--when she bends forward to relieve the pressure, Halle helps herself to lower-back with awful, swabbing lefts and rights--gloves bouncing loudly off the taut body--when Charisma leans back into the ropes--Halle pounds straight right hands up the middle, snapping Carpenter’s head back over the top rope. It’s vicious, spectacular brutality--Berry just lighting it up--lean body braced on wide spread feet--hips twisting to and fro as slinging lefts and rights take Charisma apart. Final seconds, a bashing left on the cheek finally puts Carpenter in stupor--she lolls forward with a blank, hurting expression as Halle lashes away up underneath, helping Charisma to collapse forward into a beaten puddle of brunette at the bell. It is. OVER! Halle Berry KO1!

After: Night of riotous KO’s finishes with a blast--absolutely devastating performance as Halle jumps a shellshocked Charisma and pounds her out in as savage a first round carjacking as fans have ever seen. Carpenter weepy and distraught when she comes-to--sobbing in the ring about a rematch as Halle and her entourage celebrate. Says Barry in the aftermath: “I knew I was good, but I didn’t know I was THAT good. If Charlize wants a piece of this, I’ll move back up--if not, I’ll be happy to beat the bejesus out of every hack in the division.”
