Before: Carpenter coming off a bruising, some say lucky KO win over tough Jenny O’Dell, looks to address old hurts with the hated redhead Bridges. “Maybe not one of boxing’s premier rivalries, but certainly one of its bitterest and mist hard-hearted--these two would do anything to put the other down. Angie B grumbling in preflight about Charisma’s commercially successful career, “How many times do I have to beat this punk before people will notice me?” Let’s find out. Green crochet bikini for Bridges, Navy blue bikini for Carpenter, thin strap sports bra style top.

During R1: Girls rotating clockwise midring--it’s Carpenter getting off, beating Bridges consistently to the punch. Charisma spanking out with her hook, then doubling it upstairs to club Angie’s ear, putting the left shoulder into the redhead to nudge her back--good tough stuff from Carpenter. Midway through, a firm hook across the chops stuns Bridges, a follow-up hook has her stumbling sideways, and a third clapping hook behind the ear sends her reeling. Big heavy-handed round for Carpenter.

R2: Angie shakes it off, girls again meet midring and exchange sharp 2 and 3 punch combinations in fierce 2-way action. Carpenter really digging her mitts into Angie’s belly--Bridges concentrating with short strokes to the cheekbones. Down the stretch, redhead starts to hook off her jab very efficiently--Carpenter shuts down getting her head clubbed back at the bell.

R3: Angie B ups tempo, Carpenter with her gloves at her cheeks covers up, tries to keep square to the target but she gets badly outworked this round. Angie jabbing into Carpenter’s guard to keep the brunette occupied, then drilling straight right hands between the mitt--Carpenter’s head rocked back, eyes starting to dim as Angie pounds away up the middle. CC’s back touches the ropes in the final moments--Bridges putting her punches together crisp and loud to the waist, coming off the body to swivel Charisma’s head at the bell.

R4: Bridges in control, Carpenter’s gloves drooping to her chest, face starting to gloss up as Bridges lands clean one-twos to break her girl down. Angie getting off, moving to her left, has Carpenter stumbling forward into punches--CC reacting late, reaching pathetically to clinch, getting banged up as Bridges bumps with her shoulder, then shoots the right hand. Carpenter’s knees unhinged several times by chopping short right hands from Bridges--redhead is really dialing in through 4.

R5: Carpenter steeling herself, stops the slide with some tough left uppercuts to the stomach--Bridges’ legs lock up and it’s Carpenters turn to score. CC slugging foe toe to toe, pounds Angie across the ring, stepping and punching with short strokes as the redhead covers up. At the ropes, Angie sags back, carpenter leans in--harsh give and take as the girls stand flat footed, forehead to forehead, both working hard. Carpenter outworking her foe--snapping off the left hook to the waist, right uppercut/left hook on the chin--Angie only coming bacl with the odd hook to the body or head as she soaks it up. At the bell--ref pulls the girls apart as both seek to work overtime.

R6: They step to one another and go to work, digging hooks into one another’s bellies, then turning over the hook to the jaw in shoulder to shoulder trade. AND CARPENTER GOES DOWN! CC suddenly dazed, takes a knee after a crisp left hook on her chin temporarily turns out the lights. Carpenter getting to her feet in terrible shape, hands sad at her chest and on comes Bridges. Angie ramming a running lead right into Charisma’s face, sprawls the brunette on the ropes, and it’s a feeding frenzy--redhead on brunette--as Bridges looks to finish. Carpenter defenseless gloves at her stomach, eyes glassy--she’s taking punches, swooning into the ropes, then leaning forward for more as her curvy legs keep her up. Bridges pouring it on without restraint, bashing Carpenter’s sleepy face side to side, then bodying up to drive the girl into the ropes. A clanging right hand on the chin has Carpenter out ion her feet, head drooping to her chest as her legs finally give way. Angelica step to the side with a savage smile to let Charisma fall--KO6 Angelica Bridges.

After: Angie does it again, creating a logjam at bantam with a lot of good fighters like Charisma unable to put together streaks to break away from the pack. Sobbing walk of shame for Charisma--Angie relishing the brunette’s misery, riding her right hand upon the horsey ride of Carpenter’s backside, waving with her left. Carpenter hurting Angie almost as often as Angie hurt her, but redhead simply wins a shootout. Another good performance for Angie--time will tell if she can parley this into some career momentum.
