Frankie has had a few fights in BBU, but is yet to impress, winning just once in eight fights, but she is taking on a debutant boxer, and, despite giving away 2 inches to the older girl, Frankie is confident of success.

Frankie has chosen a pale blue bikini for the fight tonight, with Zaraah in a green bikini and wrap around microskirt.

Round 1

Both girls seem hesitant as the fight starts, almost scared to land punches on each other. Maybe this is understandable in that Frankie’s record is poor, and Zaraah hasn’t fought before, but they need to start something going here, or the fans will start losing interest in them. Then, with the round entering the second half, they finally find the courage to start hitting, with Frankie taking the fight to Zaraah, and she has the bigger girl moving backwards across the ring, looking a little untidy and having to hold at first. Frankie looks good, until the heavier punches that Zaraah possesses start to get past her guard, and they leave a mark on Frankie, bruising the singer up under the left eye.

Round 2

The round starts well for Frankie, and she’s moving nicely, and sticking some good jabs in Zaraah’s face. Abrahams is trying to land her more hurtful punches, but good movement from Sandford seems to be confusing her right now, and the singer uses her speed to disorientate her opponent and then she manages to land several pretty solid punches. Eventually the two come closer, and now Abrahams starts to get through, gets in closer to Frankie, and the girls swap punches, then back out a few times, with Zaraah winning those close-range duels, in a largely even round, that good start giving Frankie an advantage.

Round 3

The third sets off in the same way as the second, with a canny Sandford on the outside managing to score on the newcomer, the little singer seeming to be just too quick for the actress. Zaraah lands to Frankie’s body where she can, doing her best to take the strength and speed out of the younger girl, but she’s getting picked off, her head constantly jolted backwards by Frankie’s firm jabs, and that round goes to Sandford – It’s close though.

Round 4

Sandford comes off her stool all bounce and dancing, but she runs into a more determined Abrahams this time around, and the bigger girl’s more active now, and that left hand of hers is getting through, really beginning to hurt Frankie. Sandford takes a couple of good shots to the body as Abrahams starts to cuff her, and then she’s trapped on the ropes – she needs to get out of there, but Zaraah’s beginning to get into some rhythm, and she has the singer in trouble when she catches her with a good series of punches on her opponent in the closing seconds, as she gets a round back.

Round 5

Abrahams moves in on Sandford on the restart, but the singer’s soon dancing around her and jabbing her face sharply again. Zaraah needs to establish herself in the round before she can hurt her girl, and now Frankie’s getting on top of her as she drifts around the actress with her quick movement, restricting Abrahams at first. The round goes on, and Frankie starts to run out of steam, and Zaraah catches the girl twice, hard with her right hand, and that’s got the girl struggling a little. Frankie tries to box her way out of trouble, but a thudding right hand has her bouncing into the ropes, in a tight round, a contrast of styles, but in the end, they even each other.

Round 6

Once again, the girls are a little defensive, neither wanting to commit much to the party, but now the fight finally sees some real action! Sandford’s the aggressor again, quickly coming close to Abrahams, and she gets stuck into the shocked actress, and starts punishing both her body and her chin with a good tempo. She isn’t hurting Zaraah too much, but she’s landing a lot of leather, and the actress is just taking it, and she can’t do that for long. It seems like Zaraah’s beginning to tire, and she looks shattered at the bell, ending a big round for Sandford who must be frustrated to end it without a knockdown.

Round 7

This time the girls look keen from the start, with Frankie landing a couple of neat jabs, and Zaraah answering with a right hook to the jaw, which puts the singer on the ropes, and then she holds, until\they’re broken. Now they go at each other! Abrahams reacts well from the break, getting at Sandford again in those close-range exchanges, and she’s working more to the smaller girl’s body now as she starts to slow a little. Even so, Sandford keeps moving, and she’s the more effective fighter on the outside, and her legs still supporting her as she gets a second wind out there, keeping up a crazy pace to get back at the actress, which leaves no clear winner in this round.

Round 8

The girls both come out hard, and Zaraah frowns as she finds Frankie still in her face, still landing, and still dancing around the ring and making her look a little sluggish. This time she’s the girl who gets a smack to the mouth and has to take refuge on the ropes, then they bang punches into each other again! The action’s as fierce as round 7, but this time Frankie starts to boss Zaraah with some good punching with the bigger girl looking spent, but then she reverses it, smacking good punches with either hand into Frankie’s face, turning her around in a crazy exchange at the ropes, and just wiping punches across her face in another close-packed, totally even round.

Round 9

Sandford has spent a lot of energy in the past two round, and she's paying for it now! Frankie’s no longer dancing and prancing, and she’s looking open to the actress’s right hand which is popping into her mouth too often. Zaraah works Frankie to the ropes, and tags her hard, has her rocking around, and now she can punish her as she’s lost her speed and she floors her for the first time with a right hook. Sandford gets up at a count of 7, but she gets hit again – she’s got nowhere to go, and can’t avoid the bombs Zaraah’s throwing, and she’s almost down again after a solid left cracks her in the nose, ending a big round for Abrahams that has probably evened the fight.

Round 10

It is clear now that, bruised and gasping, Frankie Sandford is spent, and she’s not getting anywhere as Abrahams pours on more and more punishment – Zaraah wants to knock the girl out now, and we’re just past the midpoint in the round, with Frankie backing off, and flailing aimlessly, when she gets trapped, banged in the mouth, and again, and for the second time Sandford’s down on the mat. She’s bravely up at 8, and she tries to box, tries to reach Zaraah as she throws aimless shots in desperation, but she simply can't get to her, and still gets picked off until the bell ends it.

RESULT: Zaraah Abrahams beat Frankie Sandford on points, UD 10.

Well that was close overall, but the last round knockdown sealed Zaraah's victory, on what was a more than useful debut.
