Naomi had come across the retired Swedish golfer at a fund raiser in Manhattan and they cranked up a 'brisk' conversation about who was the better boxer i.e. Floyd Patterson or Ingemar Johannson the pride of Sweden. The record showed that the Swede Johannson had fallen in 2 of 3 to Patterson which included Floyd dispatching the Scandanavian in their second bout with a vicious left hook. 'You don't like facing facts do you lady' chirped Naomi. 'My brother Floyd starched your damned hero big time'. 'He did it the same way I did in your sister Vendela when she came to take me on in my Den of Doom'. Naomi was referring to her knockout of the Swedish model when they faced each other in Naomi's Manhattan digs which comes replete with a boxing ring known as the 'Den of Doom'. Naomi had invited and flattened the likes of Sue Bird (WNBA player) Josie Maran, Peta Wilson and Olympic volleyball champ Misty May Treanor. 'Come on over and try your luck there Squarehead gal' challenged Naomi. Annika had heard enough. The two bade others a quick good night and departed for the 'Den of Doom' on the upper East side of Manhattan.

On arrival Annika was immediately impressed by the decor of Naomi's digs. Naomi opened the curtain of the living room and there was the boxing ring adjoining it. 'Get set there sucker' laughed Naomi. Annika quickly stripped naked and pulled her black bikini out of her gym bag. 'I'm ready' was her reply. She was already perspiring heavily which was not lost on Naomi. Naomi snapped her fingers and the ref, Sue Bird, immediately appeared. 'You'll be sorry' she whispered to Annika. 'Shut up' roared Naomi. 'You don't warn her about anything'. With that Naomi clobbered the WNBA star viciously in the jaw and sent her sprawling across the ring down on her ass out cold. Annika's perspiring increased after she witnessed that shot. Naomi draped Sue's body over the ropes. 'Soon you'll be next to her' boasted Naomi. Annika's legs were shaking now. 'C'mon woman where's that tough Viking spirit I hear about'. Naomi snapped her fingers again and out came Josie Maran to ref in place of the now unconscious Sue Bird.

Round One- Annika is circling carefully but can't avoid Naomi's quick left jab which catches her solidly in her right eye. Sorenstam's head snaps back. She regains her poise and drills Naomi with a hard right to the gut. Now the two are trading blows mid ring. Annika is giving as well as receiving and punishing Naomi with solid combinations to the head and body. Campbell answers with a good left hook to Annika's jaw and sends her reeling backwards. The Swede's legs buckle with that shot. Naomi follows up with a right uppercut to Annika's jaw and sends the Swede tumbling hard on her ass to the canvas. Annika's blue eyes are looking up with fear at the tall black runway model. 'Get up woman and show me what you got' implores Naomi. 'You ain't getting saved by any bell cause there isn't any'. Annika is up at 7 by Josie's count. Sorenstam reaches back for some strength and finds it as she delivers a brutal right cross to Naomi's exposed jaw. Campbell stumbles as Annika exclaims 'here comes my toonder and lightning left hook' and fires it squarely to the model's jaw. Naomi falls this time and Annika is rallying. Maran counts to 8 when Naomi is back up. Both gals are growing arm weary now. The Swede seems to have recovered well after being knocked down. Annika bores in close and nullifies Naomi's longer reach by hammering her with wicked body blows. Naomi is listing to one side and the Swede is winning the bout in what has been five minutes of non stop hitting and punishment. Naomi's right eye is closed from the shots and Annika hits it again for good measure. The the hall of fame golfer sends in her winning shot with a left hook to Campbell's jaw once more. 'Oh damn you got me' mutters Naomi as her eyes roll back and she pitches forward on her knees and then collapses onto the canvas. Naomi is laid out stiff in her own 'Den of Doom' which has proven to be hers this night. Sue Bird has regained consciousness and comes over to congratulate the victorious Swede. 'Just show me where the showers are' orders Annika. 'Looks like your big killer got her ass killed tonight'. Sue complied and whipped out a large towel for Sorenstam. Annika took off her black bikini and got ready to enjoy a well earned clean up. Meantime Josie and Sue were applying smelling salts to their beaten boss. The Swede had prevailed.
