The sole lightweight bout of the Summer Madness event features a couple of girls who fought only once in 2012 so far, but both scored a much needed victory in the proccess. Italian model Elisabetta Canalis knocked out Jenny Frost while Kear's Kats' Sarah Harding secured a points decision over the higher-ranked Lisa Maffia.

After defeating Frost, Elisabetta has incurred a serious wrath towards blonde singers and it doesn't come as a surprise she's going against another fair-haired vocallist in the presence of Harding. But the Girls Aloud singer would like to continue the winning streak of her Kats stable as both Jorgie Porter and Cheryl Cole scored emphatic victories in the flyweight division earlier tonight. Harding enjoyed a dubious reputation of being a jobber back in 2011 but her win over Maffia raised a plethora of eyebrows. However her tonight's rival Canalis questions that result: "Maffia still hasn't recovered from the pasting she received at the hands of Mary Elizabeth Winstead! Everyone could defeat her and Harding couldn't even knock her out! I reckon she's even worse fighter than Frost and I utterly destroyed that blonde bimbo! I don't see Harding lasting more then three rounds with me in the ring!"

Harding's response is understandably filled with anger: "That Italian cow will have the crap punched out of her! Nobody questions the biggest win of my career and let's be serious, beating Jenny Frost is nothing! I worked my butt off for months after a very poor 2011 campaign and Canalis will be crushed! Just watch and enjoy!"

Both girls enter the ring in a fiery mood, they hardly acknowledge each other during the instructions and refuse to clash gloves despite ref's repeated requests! The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Canalis wastes little time and closes on the blonde with a jabbing sequence to the stomach. Sarah's caught off guard early, gets cleaned on the ribcage, misses a hooking counter to the head as the brunette ducks underneath and continues to pepper her midsection, forcing Harding back. High-tempo jabbing from the Italian gets her a clear advantage in the opening round as Sarah circles around the ropes in avoidance, unable to tame the spirited charge from her rival. Elisabetta flicks a couple of hooks to the head, but Harding's gloves stay in tact. She's too slow to cover the low shots though and gets laced repeatedly around the elbows for remainder of the round. Canalis barks in delight after the bell, she made the blonde look really sluggish there.

Round 2:
Low jabs from the brunette continue straight off the bell, the lanky Italian is surprisingly quick on her feet and causes more problems for the blonde who is forced to duck and weave around on her feet. But Harding's low guard is better now as Elisabetta's attacks become too predictable and finally hit a dire period half-way through the round. Sarah whacks a right hook that just skims off the ear but a left follow-up cleans Canalis on the cheek and forces the Italian back for the first time. Elisabetta's low jabs came undone against the blonde's forearms moments before that, but she was too careless to spot the wasted nature of her efforts. Sarah leaps up to her and throws straight jabs to the chest, breaks through the gloves and pushes a clearly stunned brunette to the ropes. Harding offered little in response for best part of five minutes, but she exposes Canalis' defence late in the second with a jabbing sequence to the ribcage herself; brunette's footowork is non-existant as she sinks on her knees along the ropes and allows the blonde to clean her midsection before finally forcing a clinch. Sarah leans on her and tries to send more low jabs, but the bell interrupts her efforts.

Round 3:
Harding comes swinging after her foe but misses a couple of left hooks; Canalis ducks low, sends single jabs to the stomach; Harding steps forward even more, takes couple of shots on the ribs but responds with a huge hook over the top which catches the brunette on the left eye! Left follow-up underneath the elbow and Elisabetta wobbles back, she was still low on her knees and Sarah fires with a jabbing sequence to the head as the Italian's gloves are slow to raise... and CANALIS TAKES A KNEE!!! Huge surprise but her weight distribution was all over the place and Harding closed on her in no-time, slammed a couple of big shots to the head, forcing a precautionary actions from the brunette... Ref starts the count, but the Italian is up on her feet at five, shows no signs of getting really troubled by the blonde's efforts! She blasts out after Sarah with a hooking combo to the head but crashes off the guard, low jabs in response nail her on the ribs and Elisabetta winces in pain, Sarah drives forward, flicks a right uppercut between the gloves and nails Canalis on the chin! More moans of pain from the brunette as she seeks a clinch, but Harding is raging with fury! She pours in with more jabs to the ribcage, accidentally headbutts the Italian in the mouth and backs her against the ropes, slamming vicious shots across the breasts! Elisabetta sinks on her knees and takes a lot of punishment but the bell comes to the rescue and the ref has to literally drag the blonde away! Canalis is furious, demands the headbutt to be addressed, but the ref shakes his head. He saw nothing! Yet, the brunette's lip has been split and there's a clear evidence of that headbutt. Harding throws her a proper death stare and looks set to continue that incredible performance into the next round.

Round 4:
Both women step to each other immediately after the bell, the Italian pride has been hurt and Elisabetta looks to dish out some punishment, but she crashes off the gloves again, Harding being up a level on performance from last year; that Maffia victory must have done some wonders! She fires back with a hooking combo to the head and Canalis' guard looks inferior of the two. Sarah drives forward like a train, no signs of that hesitant girl that used to get bullied around the ring so many times while the brunette looks stunned herself by her aggression. More heavy shots to the head are barely kept from splitting Elisabetta's mitts but she buckles under the barrage and leaps back to the ropes, can't match the blonde's speed and sinks on her knees, allows Harding to pour in with more jabs to the ribcage. Crowd is on their feet as Sarah screams in anger with every shot as she traps the aching brunette along the ropes and whacks a vicious serious across the stomach and chest! Elisabette covers up her face but knees give way half-way through that barrage and DOWN GOES CANALIS on her knees looking utterly spent! Harding with an epic showing, just thumps the brunette into the canvas and looks in full control now. Ref starts the count as Elisabetta shows the remains of that Italian spirit and scrambles herself back upright at eight. Despite a tanned body, her midsection is visibly reddened as Sarah was ruthless in execution. Canalis is allowed to continue and tries to answer back, but single jabs are weak and slow, Harding weaves around them with a broad smile on her face, counters with a left/right combo to the head, nails the hapless Italian on the cheeks and forces her to cover up and lean back on the ropes! Harding goes for the kill again... she closes on the stranded brunette and unloads a series of uppercuts, trying to break her gloves apart. Elisabetta eats her own leather as Sarah nearly shoves her gloves across her nose and mouth, incredible display of fury from the blonde Kat and the crowd demand a knockout any second now... but there is the bell AGAIN... third time the Italian was saved by the clock in as many rounds... quite senastional but how much luck can you possibly get in one fight? Elisabetta looks done, walks slowly to her stool as her body must be burning with pain inside. Look back at the scorecards and the judges didn't give her a single landed punch that round.

Round 5:
Canalis gets up for the fifth, but is nothing more than a wounded prey. She keeps her gloves at chest-height, but has no answer to the blonde's pace and aggression. Harding closes in with ease, fakes a hook to the head, goes low to the ribs, catches the hapless rival around the elbows and forces another painful scream for the Italian. Cross-hook combo to the face, straight on the cheeks, Canalis' head snaps back and the brunette wobbles heavily, right uppercut splits the mitts, left overhand on the mouth and Elisabetta starts bleeding again, that cut on the lip got opened up in the proccess. Ferocious pounding to the chest follows, literally shoves the Italian to the ropes, more hooks to the head, Canalis moans with every shot crashing off her flesh, arms can't stay together anymore, Harding shatters her guard with an impressive high-tempo jabbing moments later and slams across the nose with a right hook!!! More blood on display as Elisabetta's nostrils flood with the red liquid... CANALIS SLIDES DOWN ON HER KNEES with eyes closed and bends across the canvas... She starts blubbering seconds later and THIS ONE IS OVER... Ref waves it off as the beatdown reached it's conclussion! What a performance from the blonde singer... TKO R5 Sarah Harding!!!

Post-fight:
Sarah leaps in the air with delight and gets embraced by bandmate Cheryl Cole moments later. Cole helps to remove Sarah's gloves and the pair drag the utterly demolished Elisabetta off her knees to show the audience the nature of Harding's crushing win! Canalis' face is wrecked, blood pours from both her nostrils and the lip as well. "I cut her up!, I cut her up!" Sarah dwells on her performance and with Cheryl's help gives the Italian a very sour walk of shame. Crowd seems to particulary enjoy this one as most of the audience cheered for the blonde singer tonight. Medics finally halt the Kats juggernaut by hauling the stunned and wounded Canalis away from the two Girls Aloud members as both Sarah and Cheryl laugh and jiggle around as they leave the ring shortly afterwards. What a night for the Kear's Kats! Harding follows the footsteps of Cole and Porter, literally punching the living daylights out of Elisabetta Canalis and they still have Amy Childs to come next! Could be a clean sweep for the Alli Kear-run stable!
