Foxfire Atlantic Boxing's Jodi Albert fought only once this year and desperately looks for more exposure while Marti's Maulers' rookie Natasha Hamilton is ready give her some! Both girls are confident of success before the bell, Jodi is not exactly a household BBU name but Natasha's skills remain unknown before her debut. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Jodi works the new girl to the body, hassles her around the ring, scoring well-placed shots to the midsection. Natasha looks nervous, throws some single wayward punches but fails to find her range and Jodi continues to clean out her flesh with relative ease. Thre's not much venom behind her shots but it's more than enough to make Hamilton looks really sluggish in the maiden round of boxing of her career.

Round 2:
Albert hardly broke sweat in the opening round and continues with the methodical approach at Hamilton's expense. Couple of combos to the chest keep the new girl further back but her footwork enables her to avoid real danger as Jodi can't quite close her down along the ropes and inflict real damage. Natasha continues with the single-striking approach but hasn't landed anything solid in six minutes and has no chance of winning fighting like that tonight.

Round 3:
Jodi snaps Hamilton's head back with some jabs, cracks a hook to the ribs and finally closes the distance into her liking. Foxfire girl thumps more blows to the stomach soon thereafter and Natasha bends down, looks to be in some pain, but fires an overhand and catches Jodi's nose. Albert wobbles back, that's the first time she's been hit hard all night!!! Hamilton with a quick leap, bangs a couple of cross-hooks to the face and splits Albert's mitts, left hook to the chest and Albert's gasping for air. Natasha pours in with more damage, pushes the stranded rival to the ropes and cleans out her tummy with vicious hooks. Jodi's been caught off guard big time and allthough she weaves around most of the shots, Hamilton pulls one round back with some low jabbing that keep the Foxfire girl pinned to the ropes until the bell.

Round 4:
Jodi's mad and who can blame her. Lucky punch triggered Hamilton's revival and she made the most of it. Foxfire girl storms out of her stool and squares up to her rival, flicks some low jabs, tries to go high, but it's a no-go. Her initial charge crashes off the forearms and the follow-up misses the target as Natasha unloads another oberhand-counter. Straight on the nose again!!! Jodi's head snaps back and Natasha pummels her to the chest, rocks the aching brunette with more jabs to the ribcage and cracks a mammoth uppercut just as Jodi was losing balance anyway. DOWN GOES ALBERT flat on her back!!! Out of nowhere Hamilton decks her foe and Jodi finds it difficult to get up, visibly shaken by that punch. She beats the count at seven but doesn't looks good at all, her punch-resistance well below par. Natasha jumps after her and Jodi loses all her confidence, no footwork, no vicious fight-back, no nothing. Hamilton romps her to the chest, splits her mitts with a jabbing combo to the head, cracks another cross-hook to the nose and Jodi falls back on the ropes. No mercy from Hamilton, another series to the guts, left hook on the ear, right on the temple.. it's painful to watch but the Foxfire girl can't do anything about it. Series of uppercuts shatter her guard for good and Natasha finally ends the beatdown with another right to the chin. JODI CRASHES DOWN for the second time and she was out cold before her even hit the canvas.. KO R4 Natasha Hamilton!!!!

Post-fight:
Incredible display from the rookie who basically demolished Jodi Albert in space of four minutes. She had nothing for the Foxfire brunette early in the going, but exposed Albert's poor punch-resistance and executed that advantage to perfection. Jodi's long inactivity period backfired on her very badly, this was a truly shocking performance. Natasha rode her luck to some extent tonight but both she and her stable won't complain in wake of a fine BBU debut. After hard-fought losses from Emma Pierson and Melissa Suffield this is a welcomed change for the Maulers!
