CHAMPION: TRICIA HELFER (HMK PRODUCTIONS)

1. Rachel Nichols…has won seven of eight with Larter, Biel(twice), and Palicki among the victims. Only loss was the middle of three against Biel.

2. Charlize Theron…welter champ's recent win over Righetti bumps her up at this weight.

3. Erica Durance…is four for her last five with wins over Strahovski, Diaz and Ruah. The lone loss was to Righetti. Didn’t exactly look great against Union last time out, but got the job done in the end.

4. Adrianne Palicki…another how-to on not falling far after losing your title. Go out and beat Missy Peregrym.

5. Gemma Arterton…has won ten in a row and thirteen of fifteen and has wins over Torv, Lively, Decker, and Zeta-Jones in there. Beat Kurylenko last time out.

6. Jessica Biel…followed a loss to Nichols with wins over Beckinsale and Peregrym.

7. Kaley Cuoco…has won nind of eleven, with back-to-back wins over Swanepoel in her last two trips to the ring.

8. Yvonne Strahovski…recent loss to Helfer had folks questioning Straho. Silly rabbits. Ask Jen G. how good Yvonne is.

9. Ali Larter…is 8-4-1 in her last thirteen and has good wins against Peregrym (twice), Heigl, de la Garza, Cuoco and Daniel on her fight card. The losses were to Palicki, Garner, Nichols, and Strahovski, all but Jen G. higher ranked.

10. Cameron Diaz…is 8-4 since her comeback, with the scalps of Cuoco, Garner, Landry, Bell, Arterton, and Swan on her belt. Only Theron, Palicki, Sobieski, and Durance have bested her.

11. Anna Torv…is twelve for fourteen with the only losses coming to Cuoco and Arterton. Destroyed de la Garza her last time out.

12. Brooklyn Decker…has won nine of eleven, and the only losses are to reigning champions Helfer and Theron.

13. Joanne Kelly…is 3-0 in her FCBA career. With wins over Ruah, Ryan, and Peregrym. That's what's known as "making an entrance".

14. Jill Wagner…is seven for nine after an impressive comeback win over Swan her last time out.

15. Missy Peregrym…Has lost three of four. But the losses are Kelly, Biel, and Palicki.

16. Daniela Ruah…has won seven of eight.

17. Taylor Cole…has lost three straight, but has seven wins in her last twelve against top comp.

18. Rhona Mitra…powerful Rhona is 5-1 career. Followed a big win over Garner with a punchout of Accola. She won't be on the edge of the Top 20 long if she stays active.

19. Serinda Swan…has won eleven of thirteen, following a tough loss against Wagner with an absolute beatdown of Paltrow.

20. Maria Menounos…is seven for ten, and her absolute destruction of Laura V. turned a head or a million.

21. Jennifer Lawrence…followed a win over Winstead with victories over Judd and Garner. Yep. That'll jump you 20 spots.

22. Candice Swanepoel…needs to stop fighting Cuoco.

23. Jennifer Garner…retirement tour saw a win over Judd, but the stop at JenniferLawrenceville did not go as planned.

24. Bar Refaeli…stopped the Lima Express her last time out.

25. Charisma Carpenter…has wins over Ryan, Biel, and, most recently, Garner in her last five. Can clearly still do this. Prefers to pick her spots, but, if she wants another title run, she's got it in her.

26. Kelly Rowland…Let's see. In her first four fights, she knocked out a top ten bantam, went 16 rounds with a Top 20 light, then repeatedly hurt and knocked down another Top 20 light before being TKO'ed. Then she starched Holly Valance.

27. Paula Patton…beat Righetti. Nuff said.

28. Alana de la Garza…got smoked by Torv last time out.

29. Holly Valance…has won seven of nine, and the losses are Rowland and Robbie. Most recently took out Vaugier.

30. Blake Lively….is only five for thirteen after recent loss to Swanepoel.

31. Eva La Rue…recent loss to Jeri Ryan dropped her out of the Top 20.

32. Laura Vandervoort…wins over Perabo and Munn don't move you up quite as far at light as they do at bantam. But they'll still get you moving in the right direction.

33. A.J. Cook…has won three of four working at bantam. Can still fight here, too, however.

34. Kelly Brook…hey, JKO management. Do us a favor. Look up "Slump Buster" in the dictionary. We're betting you will NOT find a picture of Cassidy Freeman. Just sayin'.

35. Brittany Daniel…is six for nine with a quality win over Cuoco. Has been kicked upstairs by management, however, and will almost certainly fall from here.

36. Elisabeth Rohm…cool blonde is 7-4-1 in her last twelve.

37. Mary Elizabeth Winstead…Couldn't build on big win over Lis Rohm, getting handled by Peregrym and Lawrence.

38. Kate Upton…followed win over Vergara with one over Marisa Miller.

39. Emmanuelle Vaugier-lost to Valance last time out. Doesn't hurt over much. Doesn't help, either.

40. Olga Kurylenko…fell to Arterton last time out. See above.

41. Jeri Ryan…Followed win over LaRue with loss to Kelly, then came back and beat Lima. Still dangerous.

42. Marissa Miller…has lost two straight, to Upton and Vaugier.

43. Odette Yustman…has lost two in a row. But, they were Ruah and Michalka.

44. Krista Allen…3-3 in her last six, but has only fought once in the last two years, falling to McCarthy in the Pub Brawl.

45. Brooke Burke…is three for her last four, but, like Carpenter, picks her spots at this point.

46. Katy Perry…won her third in a row with a power-punching pound out of welterweight Atkinson.

47. Melissa George…hot Aussie is two for her last three with wins over Cruz and Church and a loss to Glau.

48. Rosario Dawson…Followed good effort against Torv with wins over Kreuger and Lima. Powerful. Tough. Looks to be going places.

49. Adriana Lima…has followed a four-fight winning streak with a three-fight losing streak, falling to Refaeli, Dawson, and Ryan.

50. Christina Hendricks…power punching redhead is 2-2 lifetime, with KO wins over Jeri Ryan and Zeta Jones and losses to Cat and Kelly Brook.

51. Jennifer Carpenter…is 2-1-1 since '09, with wins over Schilling and Scott and a draw with Park. Lone loss is to Strahovski.

52. Elizabeth Hurley…Showed everyone how dangerous she still is by destroying promising Katy Perry.

53. Abbie Cornish…is 2-2 in recent vintage with wins over Prepon and Lawrence. Her losses came to Righetti and Garrett.

54. Erica Cerra…2-1 recently with wins over Perabo and de Pablo. A loss to Poppy Montgomery kept her from going higher.

55. Bridget Moynahan…has won three of seven and that schedule isn't filled with cupcakes.

56. Jennifer Ellison…4-5 in her last nine.

57. Molly Sims…punchout of Patton proves Molly still has it.

58. Ashley Scott…followed a loss to Ruah with a win over Patton. Both helped her standing.

59. Jennifer Finnigan…leggy Canadian doesn't get a lot of work, as her 2-2 career record attests. Check out her effort against Gemma Arterton, and you'll see why.

60. Camilla Belle…she's young, talented, and 2-2 career.

61. Elizabeth Mitchell…3-3 lifetime.

62. Jennifer Englund…4-4 career.

63. Gabrielle Union…There was retirement talk after Torv dominated her. After she battered Durance in a losing effort, such talk is pretty muted.

64. Anne Hathaway…has lost five of six and may be too underpowered for the weight.

65. Cobie Smulders…has management. Came back from a loss to Bibb with a victory in the rematch. Might just be getting on track.

66. Amber Heard…went OT and beat Holmes. We think she'll beat a lot of others before she's done, given the opportunity.

67. Sarah Wayne Callies…2-1 career, splitting with Bridgy Mo and beating Ashley Scott.

68. Beyonce Knowles…still young enough to make a run, but has only fought twice since '06, splitting with Rihanna.

69. Taylor Schilling…1-1 lifetime.

70. Beau Garrett…hard luck beauty's fought top comp. Has won a few, but not as many as she might have.

71. Martine McCutcheon…showed she could fight with a KO win over Ke$ha and a good effort against Arterton.

72. Angelica Bridges…1-2 since '08 with a win over Jeri Ryan and losses to Swan and Nichols.

73. Jennifer Lopez…has lost her last four, but can still grind an opponent down.

74. Alicia Witt…3-3 career.

75. Shannon Elizabeth…2-4 since '07, but those two wins came against Palicki.

76. Milla Jovovich…2-4 since '07, but has wins over Cornish and Wagner. The losses are Pressly, Kurylenko, Mendes, and Allen.

77. Gwyneth Paltrow…has won three of five with wins over Kesha, Zeta-Jones, and Holmes. The losses were a rematch with Kesha and a beatdown against Swan.

78. Jessica Pare…smoking hot, and didn't look bad against Theron in the ring, either.

79. Ke$ha…won her rematch with Paltrow. Still raw, but can hit like Butkus.

80. Carla Guigino…1-3 since '08.

81. Cat Deeley…2-8 lifetime. Most recently fell to Decker.

82. Jennifer Esposito…two for her last three, but no fights since '05.

85. Shelly Hennig…debuted with a win over Sarah Jones.

86. Amber Valetta…is 1-1 for her career, but hasn't fought since '05.

87. Jill Hennessy…3-0-1 lifetime, but hasn't fought since '05.

88. Maggie Gyllenhaal…undefeated in the FCBA. Won her only fight against Paltrow in '05. Promoters don't want to book her because it's a pain in the rear spelling her name.

89. Padma Lakshmi…could have a similar problem, except she's so hot people will LEARN to spell it. 0-3 career, but her fights have been against Helfer, Palicki, and Theron.

90. Sarah Jones…lost to Hennig in her debut.

91. Jennifer Morrison...2-6 in her career after her loss to Mumford. Denying rumors she will fight "And Sons" next.

91. Sofia Vergara…has lost five straight. Hasn't won since '07.

92. Karen Cliché…1-4 since '08, but she has a win over Winstead, and the losses are Casta, Decker, Righetti, and Palicki.

93. Lucy Pinder…1-7 career. Tough. Hits hard. Hot. Fun to watch.

94. Navi Rawat…has lost five straight and six of seven. Never recovered from that first round KO at the hands of Hathaway.

95. Katie Holmes…one for her last seven after losses to Paltrow and Heard.

96. Ashley Judd…last win was in '07. Climbed back in recently and was beaten by Lawrence and Garner.

97. Gretchen Mol…1-4 career. No fights since '08. Was in a really cool TV show, though, "Life On Mars".

98. Lake Bell…1-8 career, with the lone win being over Cat Bell. Started her career with a "Junkyard Fight". Kids, let this be a lesson to you….

99. Giselle Bundchen…1-6 lifetime and the only win was over an aging Paulina Porizkova.

100. Whitney Able…0-1 lifetime

101. Lily Cole…0-2 lifetime. Losses were to Kurylenko and Theron, though.

102. Heidi Klum…has lost five straight. Last win was in '01. Was competitive against Decker last time out, though.

103. Victoria Pratt…has lost six straight, the latest to Rafaeli in her first action since '08.

104. Morena Baccarin…won her debut against Lis Rohm in 2005. Has fought eight times since. Lost them all, most recently to Danes.

105. Joanna Krupa…0-2 lifetime.

106. Michelle Monaghan…0-1 career.

107. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley…British beauty started her career falling to Arterton. Has potential, though.

108. Angie Harmon 0-3 since '08, falling to Helfer, Swanepoel and Palicki.

109. Gal Gadot…0-1 career. Plus, no one's ever heard of her.

110. Yamila Diaz…1-2 lifetime. Hasn't fought since '99.

111. Saffron Burrows 0-2 career.

112. Kelly Rutherford…has lost three in a row and hasn't fought since '08.

113. Brooke Burns…0-2-1 career. No fights since '05.

114. Maggie Grace…0-3 lifetime. Hasn't fought since '09.

115. Sharon Leal…0-3 career.

116. Vanessa Minnillo…0-5 lifetime, but has shown some promise lately.

117. Faith Hill…has lost three straight. Hasn't won since '02.

118. Sarah Chalke…0-7 in her FCBA career.

119. Carrie Prejean…Is 1-11 and has lost ten in a row.

120. Jamie Luner…one fight since '04…and lost it…to Prejean.

121. Taylor Swift…0-4 lifetime.

122. Joss Stone…showed a little promise losing to Ke$ha. Proved she could box and use all that length. If she gets more fights, she may get some wins.

123. Mischa Barton…has lost eight in a row. Last and only win vs. Holmes in '03.

124. Kate Winslet…0-7 lifetime.

125. Paris Hilton…see "Kate Winslet"
