Before: Bridges looking to rebuilding after disastrous effort against Liz Hurley sets her back. Haiduk a big star in Japan where she’s kept busy--good opportunity for icy-eyed brunette to break back in N.A. Small venue affair, black sports bra, red stretch pants to the ankle, black shoes for Stacy, green sports bra, yellow stretch pants to the ankle, yellow shoes for Angelica.

During R1: Bridges coming forward behind a long jab to the mouth--Stacey fencing with her then circling away rather than mix it up. Method to Haiduk’s madness as she retreats, midway through the round riming a nice right hand over Bridges’ jab, walking the redhead into a strong punch on the jaw and walking away as Angelica does a little stutter step. Bridges continues to step forward, but the patient countering of Haiduk takes the round.

R2: Stacy now takes the lead, Bridges covering up, getting spun as Haiduk shows quick hands, good balance. Stacy not setting down on her punches, going to the waist and head with both hands. Stepping right and left around her girll, using angles and getting off. Bridges firing back only haphazardly--too angry, eyes blazing, not getting good shots off as Haiduk bamboozles the round with flash.

R3: Bridges pressing, trying to jab with Haiduk, brunette lancing out the left as the girls touch each other’s mouths at long range. Haiduk doing some Japanese league stuff--tieing the redhead up under the arms on the inside, holding the back if Angelica’s trunks, tugging her off balance. Bridges getting sloppy as her temper gets the better of her--Haiduk capitalizing with brisk one-twos, moving around her foe to keep the points coming. Bridges shoving Haiduk back at the bell shows her frustration--facing starting to showing the effects of Stacy’s nibbling opportunism.

R4: Good Angelica Bridges round as she comes out determined to hurt Haiduk this round. Fighting past the clinches, Bridges backs Haiduk up with thumping one-twos to the gut, then tags the brunette with leaning right hands on the chin on the way up the body, pounding her way past outstretched arms to turn Haiduk’s head with an A right hand. Stacy to the ropes, shows her slick defense, covering up, rolling with the punches to survive as Bridges lets her hands go to the bell,

R5: Haiduk back on the offensive, once again surprising Bridges by taking the lead when it looked as though Angelica was coming on. Stacy taking the play away with a slashing jab to the lips, putting rights and lefts on the cheekbones of her foe, and clinching to smother receipts as Bridges looks wild in return. Masterful work by Haiduk as she chops Angelica up--leaving the redhead fuming at the bell, but down big on the cards.

R6: Haiduk getting off first, beating Bridges to the punches as the redhead stands and covers up behind her guard 2 and 3 punch bursts to the stomach from Haiduk as she rolls her shoulder, then gets out--Bridges sucking it up, walking her girl down, only to cover up and take as Haiduk gets off. Stacy pitching another quick-fisted round, using that movement and well-timed bursts to keep the stronger redhead off balance.

R7: Angie with her best round nearly turns the fight around with power. Hooking hard around Haiduk’s high guard. Bridges moves the brunette into straight right hands on the teeth, banging back Stacy’s head with authority to open the round. Haiduk goes to clinch, but Bridges wrestling her way free, bounces her fists off the brunette’s ribs and turns the fight into a brawl. Bridges gets the better of it, With Haiduk starting to grimace, Angie chases her to the ropes with a barrage of striding rights on the jaw--only Haiduk’s deft ability to sponge saves her as the bell sounds to end a big redhead round.

R8: Haiduk able to take advantage once again of Bridges’ aggression. Fading away from the redhead’s right hand and countering with hard right hands down the pike. Haiduk gobbling Bridges up on the inside, taking her by the back of the trunks and spinning her to the ropes for breaks. Midway through the round, Haiduk neatly ducks a long left and beats Angie to the right on the jaw--Bridges nearly taking a knee swoons, and Haiduk able to put punches together to work Angie over at the bell.

R9: Bridges won’t be denied--puffy-eyed, stiff-lipped, she continues to walk the brunette down and forces Haiduk to fight. Pressure getting to Stacy--she’s clinching more, small gloves constantly pulling Angie by the back of her waistband and holding as the ref separates them. Haiduk gives up the round, but Angelica unable to get anything going in the swamp.

R10: Messy, defensive round from Haiduk as she wilts in front of a still aggressive redhead, leaning away, then jumping in to clinch hard around Angie’s body. Bridges throwing her hands up in frustration as Haiduk clutches her tight--Stacy keeping her head in close to Angie’s neck not taking any chances, Bridges with another default round, but she can’t extend and is bottled up brilliantly by cagey Stacy H. narrow decision goes to Haiduk as bridges stalks the ring in disbelief.

After: bridges moaning about the decision, but credit Stacy for executing a brilliant and confusing game plan to offset the redhead’s power for the most partl. Haiduk showing precision, always one step ahead in this fight, leaves Bridges buffed up and bruised, hopefully wiser after another tough-to- take loss.
