The Lioness Club of America’s Eva Mendes didn’t have a lot to say as she got out of the Limo at the Dunwich Mansion, “I should be facing Alba, McCarthy or Beckinsale, not coming to the American Gothic house to fight a demo fight with an unknown.” Eva sweeps by and heads inside the admittedly Gothic looking Dunwich Mansion.

Anna Silk arrived at the pre-fight weigh in and press conference wearing a black muscle shirt and spandex shorts, Eva arrives moments later, but before she can reach her seat, she’s nose to nose and chest to chest with Silk. Words are exchanged though the reporters present are not privy to them and afterward neither Anna or Eva is forthcoming with details. The stare down goes on for nearly three minutes of breast mushing without either fighter as much as flinching.

Finally pulled apart they conduct the weigh in, and pose for the few pictures. The press corp. is disappointed though as before they get a chance to start questioning the ladies, another stare down begins that quick leads to a shoving match and Anna and Eva are escorted from the room in opposite directions.

Anna Silk is out first a simple, but sturdy black fighting bikini with small black gloves. Her black hair pulled back into a ponytail. Eva makes her way to the ring in a Lone Star inspired halter bikini top and matching boy cut shorts, the red, white and blue Texan flag design extends even to the small gloves she’s wearing.

ROUND 1: Not wasting time with a feeling out period the two brunettes meet mid-ring and open up with all guns on each other. Anna heavier handed pounds at Mendes arms and shoulders slipping through to the body occasionally. Eva showing better technique is more choosy in her approach, but gets through to the body and head more often. There isn’t much clinching and grabbing, but this is point blank battling as sturdy bodies are tested. Anna hooks Eva’s hips, Mendes fires back to Silk’s ribs just behind her elbows. When the bell sounds the referee is quick to jump in to avoid extracurricular activity, Anna and Eva stare each other down, their eyes saying, “You can’t hurt me.” Eva pulls out a slim 10-9 round on two cards the third scores the round a draw.

ROUND 2: Eva moves more to start the second, not fighting as flat footed as she did in the first round. Anna adjusts to the pace and the trench warfare of the first round is now more a slow moving brawl. Mendes now works Silk just above the waistband from hip to hip, testing Anna’s core. The Iffy fighter still throwing heavy shots into Eva’s arms and shoulders when nothing else is available. Eva on track to take her second round is caught with a right to the side of the head and staggers backwards. Anna rushes in, but Mendes back pedals gloves high protecting her head. Silk hammers Eva’s tummy and flanks, but Mendes stays off the ropes sliding along the ropes. What looked like it was going to be another Eva round ends with Anna taking a clear 10-9 on all cards. Eva walks back to her corner grumpy knowing she let one slip away.

ROUND 3: Eva back out strong, but now Anna is pushing her. Silk gets in tight, bludgeoning Eva inside. Mendes answers though the SMACK of leather on flesh ringing out even over the rising volume of the crowd in attendance. Eva upper cuts jugg, her advantage is short lived as Anna pancakes Mendes’s left tit with a straight right. Anna hooks the body, getting a left from Eva for her troubles though. Anna starts wearing Eva down, the Texan clinching to get a short break and space from the plowing attack from Silk. Anna covers up when Mendes throws a flurry of punches to the body and head. Again the advantage is short lived, Silk’s uppercut splits Eva’s gloves clouting into the brunette’s chin. Anna claims her second round 10-9 except for one judge that calls it a draw.

ROUND 4: The clash at the center of the ring is audible as Eva and Anna wade into each other again. Silk gets loose, WHAAAAPPP! Eva’s right blasts into the IFFY fighters chin, Anna reels back her legs rubbery. Eva storms in looking to bring an end to the Canadian’s night, but Anna covers up backs into the ropes and tries to survive as Eva lays the leather to her. Eva delivers gut shot after gut shot trying to bring Anna’s guard down from her head, Silk rights herself enough to throw some punches, but they lack the normal heat Anna brings. Eva sends a left upper cut between Silk’s elbows plowing rack, the referee watches on closely. Anna throws a flurry of punches only to have Eva hold her ground and come back with more. Finally the bell sounds saving the besieged I.F.F.I. woman. Eva leans into Anna keeping her pinned on the ropes for a moment after the bell, the Texan grinning through her mouth piece at the wincing Anna. Round comes back 10-9 Mendes close only because Silk managed to keep her feet.

ROUND 5: Eva comes out looking to pick up where she left off, Anna comes out like the fourth round never happened. Anna gets inside Mendes and just begins chopping away at the body, Eva in trouble early as Silk backs her to the ropes. Anna keeping the pressure changes levels moving her gloves from shoulder to waist and always hammering Eva. The Texan manages to fight her way off the ropes a few times, but Silk in full bully mode herds her back to the cables and pounds flesh. Anna hammering at Eva with rights and lefts, boobs and belly getting beat. Eva continues to slip off the ropes with just enough offense to buy her short breaks before Anna plows in again putting Mendes’s butt against the cables. At the bell, it is Anna’s turn to grind jugg the crowd loves it, but the referee orders both fighters to knock off the after bell shenanigans. Anna clearly takes the round, but Eva also gets rewarded for staying upright 10 – 9 Silk.

ROUND 6: Eva shakes off the bad fifth round and comes out swinging. Mendes keep some distance between her and Anna forcing Silk to expend energy to come after Eva and then the Texan opens up with a flurry of lefts and rights making Anna pay. The early lead gives Eva a chance to dictate to Anna terms and mostly it’s the Canadian’s arms and tummy that takes the brunt of those negotiations. Anna slugs back, holding her ground under constant attack. Eva works around Anna, while racking up the points Eva seems unable to move Silk into a more compromising position. Towards the end of the round Eva throttles back a bit, still tagging Anna, but Mendes seems more concerned with not getting caught and letting a round slip away with some late mistake. Eva out boxes Anna giving her a 10-9 round.

ROUND 7: Eva works to extend her lead keeping Anna from getting in too close and turning the fight back into her favor. Anna’s left shoulder is a favorite target now for Mendes as she tries taking away the IFFY fighter’s power. Anna though breaks through and getting her gloves on the inside works Eva’s abs with a blistering display. Eva slugs back, but finds herself again trapped inside where Anna has shown she has the advantage. Anna’s right works on Mendes’s ribs behind her elbows, each punch now followed by a wince or groan from Eva. Anna shoves Eva just enough to bring a right uppercut up between Eva’s gloves into her face. Eva staggers backwards covering up, but now Anna is unloading on her forcing her into the ropes. The final thirty seconds are long ones for Eva as Silk cleans up and puts the round solidly in her column 10-9.

ROUND 8: Mendes clearly hasn’t shaken off the last round as she comes back out. Anna jams her left into Eva’s face and drills the Texan in the gut with a right. Eva’s guard drops and Anna plows a combo into Mendes’s sleepy face DOWN GOES MENDES. Anna stalks over to a neutral corner hands on her hips as Eva who dropped face first into the canvas rolls over on her back. Mendes sits up listening to the referee count, doing the veteran thing and using as much of the count as she can before getting back up. At Eight Eva stands and is checked over by the referee, it’s clear Eva can and plans to go on, but again she is stalling to recover as much as possible. Eva on the run, Anna stalking Mendes down trying to put her back on the canvas, Silk muscles in and goes back to work on aching abs, Eva buttocks tremble as the legs holding them up are weakening, but she stays up until the bell. Anna 10-8.

ROUND 9: Eva gets a second wind on the stool this time, she’s not as quick as before, but she’s clinical in her boxing. Anna gets caught a few times, to the ribs, stomach, tits and face, Mendes isn’t packing much of a wallop right now, but she’s scoring points. Anna still looking for the knock out is giving one and taking two or three. It’s a gutty performance by Eva as she stems the tide and slowly is turning things back in her favor. A rather pedestrian round by the fans standards, but for Eva it keeps her in the fight as she takes the round 10-9 and it gives her a chance in the tenth.

ROUND 10: More of the same from Eva, she is controlling the pace and making Anna work to get anything. Silk clearly frustrated walks giving Eva too many targets, and then Anna only gets a single punch or two in before Eva fades back and resets her position. The middle of the round is more of Eva being selective and Anna blundering in. Silk looks like she’s the one behind on the cards trying to get a big blow in to collect a knockdown or KO. Eva takes what’s available and by the end of the second minute has the round secured. Final minute of the fight, Eva explodes into action raining punches with all her fury. Anna surprised by the onslaught covers up, but Mendes rocks her with a right and ANNA TAKES A KNEE. Silk overwhelmed kneels down covering her head, Eva’s chest pumping as she’s breathing heavy now walks to a corner and waits. Anna is up at three and takes the rest of the count standing, Eva nearly ready to jump out of the corner as she waits for the referee’s signal. Finally in the waning seconds of the fight the action is back on, but Eva doesn’t have the time to capitalize on the knock down. Round comes back 10-8 Eva, but is not enough for the win as the ring announcer quickly informs everyone, “WE’RE GOING TO OVERTIME!”

ROUND 11: In the first round of overtime Anna jumps out quick, Eva clearly spent her reserves on the comeback and now Silk is bullying her around. Anna’s work to the body continues and backs Eva on to the ropes where Anna goes to the rack. Eva wincing as her orbs are pancaked against ribcage, the Texan unable to get her back off the strands. Anna has Mendes in the meat grinder and is turning the crank. Eva staggers back to her corner, she needs to find a way to win the twelfth round.

ROUND 12: Eva sets up to box from distance again, keeping Anna back, Mendes looking to dictate again and out score Silk to keep the fight going. Eva seems to right the ship, but then Anna gets inside and stays too long chopping away at bruised abs. Anna nearly shoving Eva into the ropes. Eva’s mouth piece is spit out after a vicious shot to the solar plexus, Anna takes more Jugg, and goes to the head. Leather bouncing off dreamy features is all the referee needs to see. Stepping in Eva is hugged to safety as Anna wins a TKO12.

AFTER: Anna stomps around the ring arms raised after the savage ending. Eva looks to be out on the stool as she is tended to. Silk finds a camera and looking in she smiles, “Hey Neve, You going to duck me here like you did in Canada?” Message sent Anna heads to the back ready to party with her BFF Ksenia after both posted wins.
