BEFORE: Both girls reputed sweethearts out of the ring, but similarity breeds contempt...first photo shoot...head to head posing...a look, a scent, a slightly flared nostril and Summer's slapping Odette's face; Yustman's answering, and all hell's breaking loose! "All I can think is she's scared," A disheveled Yustman says at podium. "She's reading everywhere that I'm the 'lightweight Summer Glau' and that has her really worried. It means I do everything she does - I'm just as bendy - but I'm bigger and better!"

Glau frowning throughout - she's not buying Odette's world-view one bit. "As far as Yustman being a lanky lightweight, I have two words for her," Summer glares, "Serinda. Swan. I kicked THAT ass, and Serinda's a legit lightweight - not a blown-up, stick-girl freakazoid. Odette could never beat Serinda or Britney...I doubt she could even handle Piper to the body...anybody who thinks I'm 'scared' of Odette's size is dreaming."

During R1: Loping strides, angry glares...girls stepping in and slinging wide, curling punches - each trying to strap the other lanky. Spanking blasts sounding out from either body - Summer bending in and down, sweeping the right round-punch into Odette's ribs; Odette bending into rangy overhand rights/straightening up and twisting into limber lefts. Minute mark, both girls bend into slap-choppy rights upside either head...GLAU GOES DOWN! Summer punched to her right hip - Yustman seething down before ref shoos her away...Glau getting to her feet all achy-painy. After that it's Odette on Summer, all around the ring...Yustman snarling, twisting into haymakers from either fist, walking Summer down as Glau wilts in the heat. Down the stetch - Summer hurt, standing at the ropes face-in-gloves...Odette just weaving side to side in front, dragging lanky wallop onto Glau's ribs/ears. Odette's sinewy arms shivering as gloves slam to a stop on Summer...crowd squealing as Glau seems rooted in pain to the spot, unable to respond...SUMMER GOES DOWN! Gradual descent as Odette pours on the strapping, lanky lather, beating Glau to hands and knees...Yustman bellowing down in triumph as ref pushes her away once again. 10-7 Odette - turning puncher in a bid for the early stoppage!

R2: Summer desperately hurt, already well down on the cards...she's forced to come forward and be the aggressor. Odette able to be leggy, fighting tall outside - pushing her jab to Summer's breasts; leaning away from her; walking her into rangy bolo right uppercuts or looping right roundhouses. Glau bravely forward into sinewy shellack, forced to cover up and duck under sweeping barrages - Yustman loping to her right, having fun. Midway through, Odette lashes a sidearm right buggywhip in above Summer's left hip...savage lick cramps Glau up, leaving her stricken in pain; Odette dips left shoulder, leans in close, snaps that rangy left uppercut off Summer's sternum to PUT GLAU DOWN! Summer groaning, easing herself to haunches-and-hands with pain-wracked expression...Odette all smiles, jogging gangly to neutral corner. Glau up, blinking away "how-could-you" tears...she gamely tells the ref she's good, and Odette wades back in. Strapping whacks once again lash at ropebound Summer - Odette bending into her shots, curling the punches in circular trajectories, bouncing mitts off lean meat. Bell: smouldering satisfaction on Odette's face as she straightens, looks Summer over; Glau wincing, looking very much the ass-kicked ingenue through 2.

R3: Summer backs off, being her normal elusive, leggy self...Odette loping in pursuit, anxious to finish. Summer rotating to her left, then backing out, roaming to her right - her hands at her sides, arms dangling when she's out of range. Odette hopping-after, hands loose at her chest - she's trying to bending into sweeping, rangy haymakers, but Summer's not cooperating - ducking low under shots, scampering to freedom. Leads to Odette giving up her height a lot - Summer able to strap wide right licks to body; lick slapping lefts upside the head as Yustman's striding in. Lots of sloppiness: Odette wrapping punches around Summer's head/shoulders as girls fall into rangy embraces; tottering, stumbling clinches to ropes. Bell: noticeable uptick in Summer's mood as she outboxes Odette in wide-ranging action.

R4: Same again - Odette feeling her oats, wanting to be Big Girl...she's loping after Summer, loading up, twisting into curling power shots. Glau leggy, leggy, leggy - using the whole ring, walking Odette in and beating her to punches. Nothing super-damaging, but Sum landing a palm-down left across Odette's chin; placing strapping wide right hands to leftside lats...even slap-chopping Odette's breasts insolent little left/rights. Sloppy fighting throughout - lanky lasses wrapping punches around each other, dragging one another off-line, hugging and mugging until ref's breaks.

R5: Magnificent Odette punching performance from outside. Yustman pushing her left into Summer's breasts, stalling Glau just outside of her own punching distance. Long, spearing right hands spanking off Summer's tummy, driving her off with a cranky frown. As Glau falls behind, her anxiety mounts, forcing her to rush in...Odette pulling punches up out of her front pockets - kissing them palm-down across Glau's mouth, sidestepping cute as Summer stumbles on receipt. Buggywhip right hands lash against Summer's leftside lats and hip...Odette bending her back into the blows, turning herself into a human bullwhip. Bell: Odette giddy with success...she throws her hands in the air, shouting "BOOM! Summer, that was all me baby!" Then, as a shabby, frazzled Summer's walking to her corner, Odette jogs past, chirping to Glau's trainer: "Might want to throw in the towel - Summer's hurting!" Ref chasing taunting brunette out of there - Glau radiating groggy resentment.

R6: Summer: hurt, discouraged, plodding forward. Odette: upbeat; happy to be punching; walking Summer in, then getting off first. Yustman's hands on her thighs...she'll pick the right up, kiss it criss-cross across Summer's punch-shiny face with palm-down delivery, then repeat with the left, pasting away to glory. Poor Glau stumbling into the hurt - Odette sidestepping all gangly - tight buttocks trembling in her bumble-bee bottoms as she steps and punches with lanky abandon. It's all too much - Summer open-mouthed, stumbling after Odette, taking punches and DOWN GOES SUM! Exhausted brunette ragdolls into canvas, rolling to her back with agonized expression...she's so hurt, trying to roll-over to either side, but it's just no-go. KO6 Odette Yustman as Summer can't get off her back.

After: Odette SO happy - constantly looking over at her type rival as Summer's being sat up and brought around. Stool is brought for Summer near midring...she's seated there, getting salts, when Yustman moves in from behind, snags Summer's wrists, and pulls her arms up behind her back! Odette: grinning and happy; Summer miserable - head back, eyes winced shut, mouth whining...Odette's got an overhand grip on either Glau wrist (right over right/left over left) yanking the slender, bendy arms up nearly to the base of Summer's neck! "So flexible!" Odette taunts...officials finally intervene, pulling Odette away...Yustman cackling, exchanging high-fives with her croney's after a great night in the office.
