BEFORE: High-stakes fight - Minka on the cusp of title birth...Eliza's always had problems with Cuthbert-class bantams...so is Elisha squarely in Kelly's corner? "Elisha's refusing to help in any way," Minka reports icily. "That's fine. Her wins over Eliza were just lucky-punch brawls - it's not like Elisha ever has any kind of plan going into her fights, so what advice could she give? I'm coming off a huge win over Lilly, I know the champion Jennifer Love Hewitt is VERY beatable, and I know Eliza's in my way. THAT'S what's going to get Dushku beat: good ol' fashioned Minka Kelly momentum!"

Eliza in soft red leather bra style bikini; small black gloves; curly ponytail with ringlets framing face. Minka in electric blue bikini top/yellow bottoms; small white gloves; high pony with long bangs bracketing cheeks. Chilly stare-down during ring-instrux...Minka glaring, quivering on the spot...Eliza with that mean little half-smile, eyes dancing.

During R1: Minka planting on that left (lead) leg, looking to jam the straight right lead into Eliza's chest...Dushku nullifies with a neat sidestep-left, opening up Minka's front, touching her a brisk one-two counter tits or face. Dushku light on her feet, turning Minka - playfully jabbing tummy, then creating distance...Eliza content to play ring general, touch her girl, and keep Minka from setting and detonating the way she likes.

R2: Minka adjusting, using her jab to locate and fix position, then stepping close to carry right hands to pit of Eliza's belly: Dushku frowning on receipt, electing to disengage rather than body-swap. Minka the aggressor, walking Eliza down - chopping the jab to Eliza's tits; shoveling right hands to belly on the step-in...Dushku leggy, using the ring, avoiding any hot-tossing exchanges in a strong Kelly second.

R3: Dushku circling clockwise - sidestepping Minka's lead right hands, tattooing her jugs one-two, but instead of scooting, Eliza's now digging in - dipping left shoulder to hoist jagged left uppercuts to Minka's tanned tummy. Kelly engaging shoulder to shoulder, exchanging tightly clipped uppercuts and cuffing body shots in close. Dushku just a smidge cuter - using left hand to push Kelly behind right elbow, flanking Kelly, touching her from angles, forcing her to adjust. Minka working hard, but getting a little bamboozled here...Eliza's experience very evident as she chisels out close points.

R4: Eliza's face calm, eyes hard...she sidesteps Minka's predictable lead right; jabs her tits-and-face; beats Minka to the right cross toe-to-toe; beats her to the tidy hook; crowds close to scrub uppercuts, chipping away on Minka's chin. Kelly grumpy - never hurt by any one shot, but Eliza definitely getting her touches. Kelly pretty much stops punching half way through, showing a tight earmuff...Eliza methodically going right/left to gut; scraping right uppercuts off Minka's guard; clout-hooking Minka's right ear, then rip-DIGGING that hook in deep behind Minka's right elbow. Kelly very brave here - turning to stay square, absorbing a dreadful pummeling as Eliza's fists take what they want.

R5: Same again - Eliza quicker off the mark, being first, sidestepping to angles, touching Minka into defensive postures, then closing to work her over. Kelly's curvy legs baring up well under another dreadful assault...Eliza working the gut short, digging right/lefts; triggering right uppercuts off the back (right) leg; hooking head or body while pivoting-left to fresh angles. Minka turning-with, sponging...it's another tough 3 minutes at the hands of a heartless, methodical Eliza Dushku. Insult to injury: Elisha Cuthbert tweets "Eliza's battering Minka. Kelly's getting ready to quit!"

R6: Eliza knows she's winning the energy-management war...she moves in forehead-to-forehead, making the fight all about hustling mitts onto meat. Kelly grimly competing - answering to Eliza's tight gut, small gloves spank-bouncing off toned meat; shoulder-shrugging in tightest-kind uppercuts from either hand, trying to hold ground. Eliza willing to absorb in order to tap into Minka's reserves...awful calculus of battle simply favouring the fresher girl as Kelly is forced into grudging retreat. Minka fights final minute off the ropes, looking tired, frazzled as Eliza's really getting her back and hips into clobbering side-to-side shots, handing out a healthy, clubbing assault to tummy/tits/head in close. Bell: Minka stooped forward - Eliza turns a short right hook across Kelly's temple late, bringing the ref in hot. Excited Kristin Kreuk shouting from ringside: "Punch her face more E! Punch her face!"

Elisha tweet: "'Liza findin the quit-switch on minka!"

R7: Same again: Eliza like a dog with a bone - moving in pate-to-pate, pummeling tummy both hands, improvizing from there. Kelly trying to keep pace, pushing Eliza's breasts with the left forearm, whacking right hands wide to hip; digging underneath to beef. Dushku cuter in the phone-booth - bobbing on the spot; sliding her head side to side - chopping and hacking vicious little clouts while making Minka miss. Kelly fights last minute off the ropes, falling behind the pace...Dushku investing heavily in belly down the stretch, leaving Minka breathless at bell.

R8: Minka shopworn, mouthbreathing off her stool...Eliza moves in strong, head-butting Minka under left eye, then bundling Kelly to ropes. 2-fisted pummeling barrage cleans up what's left of Minka's tummy-resistance...Kelly groans, sits in ropes, looking to clinch. Eliza cold-blooded now - ripping short, jagged uppercuts in close, digging at helpless tits, and the bone just beneath the jugline. Vicious assault beats Minka into stupor - pretty face vacant with pain as she sags forward butt-in-ropes...Eliza scraping short right uppercuts across Minka's groggy face, grimly putting her out...poor Kelly helpless, getting scrubbed - ref steps in and cradles her to safety. TKO8 Eliza Dushku.

After: Heartbreaking night for Kelly...trying to go Lilly/Dushku still a pretty tall order at bantam. HISC women efficient as always - shooing away the ref; bundling a stunned, battered Minka into the HISC corner while Eliza looks on, fixing her own ponytail.

Minka stacked and prepped, head lolling as gloves are removed...Dushku mounts up all grins, just leaning her hips forward, putting her tummy on Minka's bruised face, pushing it to the side. Eliza: hands at shoulders...she does a few little head-slides back and forth - tummy sliding across Minka's face, making her feel the greatness. Finally Eliza taking control of Minka's ponytail - sometimes tugging it up in one hand while signaling "Number 1" with the other; sometimes gripping the pony in both fists - Eliza tugging her hands up tight to her chest to reef on Minka's hair...poor Minka crying out, eyes clenched tight, arms wrapping tight around Eliza's toned thighs as Dushku torments her. HISC girls standing around clapping and encouraging. Kris Kreuk scowling, arms crossed, constantly grousing: "She doesn't look that pretty to me. Do you guys think she's pretty?"
