Originally members of the Garnet Gunners organization, Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Halle and Shay Mitchell grew concerned by the absence of activity from the managers of that group. Being young ladies of enterprise, they discussed setting up an organization of their own to promote themselves in the FCBA and other venues. Word of this reached Kate Winslet, the managing director (though minority shareholder) of Foxfire Atlantic Boxing Ltd who offered to finance the new organization and arranged for FAB's Communications Director Danielle Harris (who had managed the girls in 2011 as part of barnstorming team called "Dani's She-Devils" who a number of fights in the Brit Boxing Unlimited (BBU) federation and thus had their confidence) to come back to the USA to manage the young group. Ms. Harris has since persuaded veteran FCBA fighter Dani Fishel to come in and help train the rookies.

The group came into formal existence on 11/11/12 as "Pretty Little Punchers Inc." (PLP).

Autumn Reeser has served as the group's spokesperson and communications director from the beginning.

In June of 2013 Dani Fishel resigned as Head Trainer to return to Foxfire Boxing as an more active fighter there. Her place at PLP was then taken by retired FCBA fighter Nia Peeples..

In February 2014 the quartet was joined by fellow 'Pretty Little Liars' cast member, Sasha Pieterse.  Shortly after that. on the instructions of Kate Winslet, her protégé Adelaide Kane was signed to an initial one year contract. Willa Holland signed to a similiar contract about the same time)

In September 2014 the quest for new young talent brought aboard as Danielle Campbell and Leah Pipes were signed to one-year contracts)

In January 2015 Adelaide Kane and Willa Holland moved over to Foxfire Boxing. Janel Parrish was added to the roster with a one-year contract.

In July 2016 Hayley Atwell was signed from free agency to boost the stable's JMDD options.

In December 2016, Leah Pipes was released by PLP management. In January 2017 Melisa Benoist was signed by the organization.

On 02/02/18. The PLP formallyu activated its co-management (with the VIXERNS)  of welterweight Bo Krsmanovic.

10/01/20. PLP welcomes Flyweght Brec Bassinger and Flyweight Janel Parrish becomes "Special Assistant to the General Manager')
