Stacey Dash spots Samia Ghadie in a downtown L.A. gym hitting the speed bag under the watchful eye of Samia's trainer Kathie Lee Gifford. Dash is addressing Kathie Lee by the ring apron. 'Seems as though your girl got a big mouth on her' is Stacey's comment. 'Well she earned some bragging rights don't you think?' is Gifford's comeback. 'She wiped out that Reeser gal big time' continues Kathie Lee. 'Yeah well let's see her do the same to me' is Stacey's reply. 'You that good a trainer you can help her beat me?' 'That your claim there sweetie?' Stacey is laughing as Samia takes a break from the bag. 'Hey Ghadie heard you want a piece of my tookus' chirps Stacey. 'You got that right sweetcheeks' is Samia's reply. 'Staples Center next month'. 'Be there or haul your sorry ass out of town' is Samia's closing statement. 'You won't recognize yourself after this bout Samia baby' shoots back Stacey. With that she turns on her heel and leave.

Staples Center-
Stacey Dash is in a white bikini while Samia Ghadie strips off her robe to reveal a solid body clad only in a red bikini brief.
The ref is Elke Sommer once again.

Round one- Ghadie is confident in her punching ability and stalks the dangerous looking Stacey Dash. Samia tries a hard left hook to Stacey's body which is avoided and then she proceeds to walk into an overpowering right cross which sends her body sailing down to the canvas. 'Just getting started smartmouth so let me know when you're ready to beg for mercy' chuckles Stacey Dash. The tawny skinned Dash then crushes Samia's middle with withering blows which have the Brit immediately bent over. 'Gonna kill your dumb ass and it will hurt a whole lot too' snarls Stacey. Her powerful legs motor that magnificent body and Samia can't believe what vicious power this gal has. With resolve Ghadie fires a right cross which sails past Stacey's head. Again, Dash connects with Ghadie's jaw and drills her into the ropes. Ghadie is showing fear and little else. Stacey unleashes a merciless body attack that has Samia's face completely contorted. The bell ends this round won easily by Stacey Dash. 'You suck there honey' chortles Dash as she shoves Samia towards her corner and Kathie Lee Gifford.
'Want to pack it up kid?' asks Kathie Lee. 'Stacey is a human wrecking ball'. 'Beginners luck' is the proud retort of Samia.

Round two- They're at mid ring and the crowd is looking for a knockout this round. Samia reaches back like a British bulldog and delivers a good combination to Stacey's face. 'Not bad for the likes of you' says a surprised Dash. Samia is not going quietly into the night as she does her best to mix it up with the taller lady. She is inside Dash's reach and hammers the blue eyes of Stacey Dash and is showing incredible spunk and fortitude after having gotten a wicked flogging in the opening round. Stacey has had enough as she proceeds to deliver jackhammer shots to Samia's face. Both gals have swelling around their eyes. Ghadie connects with a telling right to Stacey's midriff which doubles the tawny gal over. Then it's a great uppercut to Dash's jaw which sends her to the canvas. She's been hurt. The crowd is on it's feet as a glassy eyed Stacey Dash regains her feet after taking an 8 count. Staples Center is rocking with an incredulous mob screaming for blood. They are not disappointed as Samia Ghadie is in a fury against this taller and formerly cocky opponent. Dash is backpedaling trying to regroup but Samia Ghadie is a total aggressor and won't let that take place. Ruthlessly she rains blows on Stacey's face. The bigger gal is faltering and once again doubles over. She never sees the shot that takes her down for the count. 'Goodnight Ms. Dash and sleep tight' yells Samia Ghadie as a beaten Stacey Dash topples face down. It's Over.UPSET doesn't start to describe this.
