BBU: "CRADLE OF FILTH" PVV

(MAIN EVENT)

It's the Main Event from Wembley Arena and the prospects are mouth-watering as two former BBU champions renew their duell which saw Rochelle Wiseman knock Jessica Schwarz out in May last year which still remains one of just three defeats on the German brunette's resume. Meanwhile Wiseman who once battled with Sabrina Washington for P4P honours in the entire BBU organization has endured a bad slump in 2012 though, winning just one of her five bouts.

Things have gone much better for Jessica Schwarz who allthough lost her bantamweight title to Erica Cerra but won all her other fights this year including couple of brutal punchouts of Alesha Dixon. With the Beever's Babes' singer out of the picture for the time being, Schwarz hopes to avenge her painful loss to Wiseman and with the Saturdays' member recent poor run of results Denise van Outen along with many BBU pundits favors her to the victory. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Rochelle Wiseman wearing a white one-piece lingerie with silver stripes and yellow gloves. Jessica Schwarz wearing a similar black one-piece lingerie and red gloves.

Round 1:
Wiseman's off the mark better and jabs to the body with Jessica covering up and responding with single strikes over the top but the singer is quick on her feet, circles around the actress and doesn't stop peppering her guard which eventually forces Jessica back. Rochelle refuses to pounce, aware of the danger and that win from May last year really seems a forgotten tale as she allows Schwarz to find her rhythm late in the round with quick leaps and jabs to the ribcage. Jessica tries to land some of her signature one-shot destructions that caused so much havoc in the BBU so far, but Wiseman's speed and agility enables her to remain in safety and Schwarz is annoyed as she fruitlessly cuts through the air and Rochelle makes her look rather sluggish in the dying seconds.

Round 2:
Jessica closes the distance quickly but crashes off the guard and gets laced with a big hook on the temple as Wiseman pummels her midsection thereafter and forces back. Again, the singer looks better at the start, throwing quick jabs to the body, but she can't break through that guard and loses her intensity aling the stretch allowing the German to come back strong late in the going. Jessica flicks more hooks on the head and Rochelle's speed rather than defence saves her from receiving any damage as she winds down the clock circling around her opponent. Schwarz keeps her composure though as takes it strictly business. Rochelle's maybe in a slump but still a very dangerous rival.

Round 3:
Both girls square off in the middle of the ring and Wiseman snaps the German's head back as she beats her for speed and nails on the left eye and follows with some rack pounding and Jessica wobbles back but Rochelle doesn't hang back this time as she leaps after her and manages to land couple of big hooks before the actress can cover up. Still, Rochelle unloads that former lightweight championship possessing power, pummels the German to the ribs, goes around the elbows and backs her into the ropes. She tries to pierce the mitts too, but that's one place where she fails to succeed and Jessica clinches her in the second minute as the young singer just run out of steam or ideas. Schwarz uses the experience to her advantage and slows the pace down with blatant pulling and that even gets the referee mad as he's forced to break up things several times with Rochelle unable to free her long arms from the German's claw for remainder of the round. It's very rare to see Jessica reverting into such tactics but she's dodged the first bullet in this round as Rochelle really picked up some steam.

Round 4:
Schwarz fires back with some hooks to the body but Wiseman's ab muscles must be made of steel as Jessica makes no impression and in fact Wiseman goes right after her, bangs a left hook on the temple, follows with a right uppercut to the jugs and Schwarz bends forward, left hook on the eye and that's left a small cut on Jessica's face. More strikes over the top from the singer and she's pierced the German's guard and cut her lip as well with some incredible display of power! How come she lost four times this year remains a mystery! More covering up from Jessica who is forced to step back as well and Wiseman's back to her early tactics, no rush, just methodical single striking which leaves the German gasping for dignity at the bell as Rochelle maintains her advantage and quite frankly starts to boss this fight.

Round 5:
Rochelle's cool as you like to start the fifth but Jessica's desperate to make some inroads and she leaps after the singer straight away, crashes off the gloves again though, tries to switch low, to no avail and a big left over the top nails her on the mouth, right hook on the eye and that cut just got bigger in the proccess. Wiseman notices the obvious target, whips more hooks to the head and Schwarz's intimidating factor doesn't work against the youngster. She's not used to meet such a stubborn performer and perhaps needs to remember why exactly Wiseman beat her last year after all. Jessica tries to mount a comeback, works the low jabs, peppers the ribcage and even makes the singer wince for a moment or was that someone from the stands having fun? Nevermind, another right hook catches the German brunette on the eye just before the bell and she looks totally stunned as that's another round for the Saturdays' singer who's making a massive comeback statement tonight!

Round 6:
Even Denise van Outen looks puzzled as the fight enters it's second half and there's no prize for guessing what comes next. Jessica leaps to the singer with some high hooks this time, but Wiseman's gaurd is bulletproof so far and she counter with wide slaps herself, Schwarz ducks underneath and nails her on the ribs and Rochelle definitely felt that as she yelped a bit, left hand on the chin and Wiseman's head snaps back and here comes Jessica with some tit pounding, makes the youngster step back for the first time in a while as she pummels her chest, but the charge is short lived as Rochelle covers up and prevents her foe from making more inroads. Still, Wiseman's back at the ropes and firmly on the defence in this round and Jessica tries to make the most of it; pounds her rival to the body, tries to go around the elbows, but just crashes off the forearms and leather and leans on her, forcing a late clinch. Rochelle looks unmoved at the bell, but that might be the start of Schwarz's comeback!

Round 7:
Nevermind the comeback, ten seconds into the seventh, Jessica squares up to the singer, misses a left hook, loses her balance and leans forward and one-punch Rochelle arrives in full motion, whips a right hook on the jaw and SCHWARZ GOES FLAT ON HER BACK!!! All the might of lightweight have fallen victim of that punch and Jessica makes no exception as she scrambles back upright at six, throwing death stare at the singer. The mental battle takes the first blow as Wiseman's the one scoring a knockdown and the rage continues right after the command with both women trading serious leather in the middle of the ring, but Jessica's body shots come second best as Rochelle straight jabs her to the face and opens the wound under the left eye for good, pushes the actress to the ropes and Schwarz is somewhat lucky with a quick deke to the side as Rochelle endured a rare miss and alows her to step away into safety. However she's definitely keen to enforce that knockdown but Jessica prevents her from doing so, even though she has to revert into second-tier circling around the ring and some people in the stands are stunned as Schwarz is usually the one forcing her rivals to avoid classic stand-offs and bide their time along the ropes but Wiseman truly looks to have a stranglehold on this contest now. At the bell Schwarz throws a tantrum to her coach Gina Wild and both German women are engaged in a heated conversation during the interval but realistically speaking, only a knockout can save Schwarz now.

Round 8:
All-or-nothing charge from the German who keeps throwing shots at her rival, but Rochelle shows no signs of physical fatigue. At 23, she's much fitter than her rival and Jessica hasn't been pushed this far in her fights all that often. Precision lacks in Schwarz's efforts as even her hard punching fails to break the singer's guard and the intensity drops as round continues as Wiseman answers back with single striking and keeps her foe at bay. Tiredness begins to plague Schwarz as she's slowing down in the final minute and Rochelle flicks more shots around that wounded eye and perhaps deep down in her heart Jessica has accepted a defeat already. Crowd jeers at the fighters after the final bell but Jessica just can't do anything here while Rochelle seems to be happy with the way things stand as well.

Round 9:
Schwarz gives it another try and finds her range with low jabs, but she raises her arms too slow to cover up and Wiseman slices her across the mouth, snaps her head back with couple of hooks and that really roots the German brunette to the spot and Rochelle pours in with more venom, laces the actrees between the arms, wobbles her on her feet and bashes to the body. Schwarz takes this punishment with little resistance and falls back to the ropes and Wiseman affords herself a broad smile upon seeing her foe pretty much isolated and lacking that deadly look in her eyes. Rochelle drops her arms and teases the German to come forward but Schwarz ignores it, begins to circle around while Wiseman raises one of her arms and fakes some shots as Jessica's on walking pace now, just happy to ignore any more leather while her wound under the eye begins to bleed badly. More whistles at the bell, but Rochelle's got this one in the bank for sure.

Round 10:
One last hurrah from the German? Nope, she's happy to survive the full distance and Rochelle goes for a Muhammad Ali-like dance around the ring, flicks some shots to the body and Schwarz is too slow to cover up to them as she winces in pain which only makes Wiseman's smile bigger. The singer drops her cool demeanour for good as she continues to leap around her worn out opponent and scores further shots to the body, threatens to open that wound under the eye again, but Jessica protects that spot more than anything else, allowing the singer to land more punches to the ribcage and Jessica truly accepts her shameful performance, gets bashes to the ropes again in the final minute and does little to prevent more hooks to the chest as her left arm drops low and results in Rochelle bouncing off her rack in the dying seconds. Brunette's knees give way to some extent but she avoids another knockdown even though Wiseman signs off this bout with a big left hook on the cheek and as the bell sounds the young singer immediately raises her arms in the air while Schwarz sags on the ropes with her head slumped and staring at the canvas. Come back wide UD10 Rochelle Wiseman!!!

Post-fight:
Rochelle scores her second win over Jessica Schwarz and perhaps is on the verge of making a comeback into the lightweight elite. She's fought against some top opposition earlier this year and struggled to maintain that 2011 winning form, but a convincing performance against one of BBU's most fearsome women must raise her stakes for upcoming months.

On the other hand it was one of worst performances of Jessica Schwarz's career who avoided a knockout but got overwhelmed by a younger and more determined opponent. Jessica's been dominant at bantam lately and had to gain some weight to meet Wiseman who's a natural at this division but still that was poor from the German. Beating Alesha Dixon several times perhaps resulted in overconfidence in her camp and Wiseman's poor record this year smoke-screened the true nature of this duel. However we might have not seen the last of this rivalry yet!

Final result: Rochelle Wiseman def. Jessica Schwarz UD10.
