Dancer Ola has been promoted by her stable as a contender, but has yet to really show it. Cheryl is a good mover and puncher, and can hurt the Polish girl.

Ola: I’ve trained hard to recover from defeat by Heidi Range, and Cole will suffer.
Cheryl: I beat Gemma Merna last time, and she’s way better than this bimbo!

Ola’s wearing a startling turquoise bikini for this fight, with Cheryl in white bikini top and faded blue denim cutoffs, hardly any more than knickers, really.

Round 1

These girls look well matched, and Ola will be looking to use her natural legspeed and stamina against Cheryl tonight, but the singer has other ideas, and she smacks the dancer hard with her left early in the round, sending her backwards, follows her up, tags her again with her left, lands a right, and Ola’s on her knees! The blonde’s up at 5, but Cheryl’s all over her here, giving her a hammering as she lays into her body, trapping the older girl in a corner, and Ola has to clinch to escape, tries to turn Cole, but gets sent back and thumped again, really taking a bad beating in the opening round.

Round 2

Ola’s sending out some good punches, but Cheryl’s looking fitter than she’s been for a while, and she’s slipping Ola’s own punches, getting inside, and hitting the blonde, her left glove smacking into the pretty girl’s cheek repeatedly, and she’s marking up already. The referee’s having to look hard at Ola to check on her when he parts the girls, and Cheryl’s landing again, wiping her punches to and fro across the dancer’s face, and she can’t get into Cole at all at this stage, looking for her body to slow her down, but getting her face thumped without mercy.

Round 3

Cheryl looks for Ola early again, and lands a couple of stunning left hands, then mistimes her right hook, having to take a few shots from the blonde at last, stepping up the pace, and making Cheryl look ordinary now as she flays her body with solid punches. Cheryl’s standing back now, acknowledging Ola’s comeback maybe, the dancer quick on her feet and using all the ring, circling Cheryl and dishing out a good two fisted battering in the latter stages of the round, Cole trying to trade, but she gets smacked again around her mouth, and she looks as if she’s tiring at the bell.

Round 4

Now Ola’s moving through the gears nicely, starting off with an attack on Cheryl’s body, clearly wanting to draw the strength out of her, then she’s after the head, smacking good jabs into Cole’s face, the singer’s head rocked backwards each time. Cheryl’s upping her game, too, and she counters nicely, gives Ola a couple of hard right hooks to the face, and the girls are beginning to clinch a little more in this round, Cheryl seeming to land to Ola’s body inside, but Ola does well when they’re reset by the referee, quicker to the punch than Cheryl at this stage, but not seeming to hurt the singer, who lands another good punch in the dying seconds to keep Ola on the ropes.

Round 5

Ola again comes out quickly, feeling she’s gaining the upper hand now, and she trades with Cheryl, lands a nice little combo, gets in a little closer, but eats a right hook, and has to back off again. The girls circle, then trade again, Ola jabbing away, lining Cheryl up for a bigger punch, put Cheryl beats her to it, smacks a cracking right hook onto Ola’s jaw, and down she goes, on her butt, head swaying. Jordan gets up at 8, but she’s a bit of a sitting duck now, and Cole finds her face with a good, tight combo, blood beginning to trickle from her nose as she gets beaten against the ropes, glad to get through a round dominated in the end by Cheryl.

Round 6

Cheryl looks to be well on top again in this round, not landing big punches, but chasing Ola round the ring as she lands some neat glancing blows off her face. Ola gets caught with a right hook again, her knees trembling a little, and she’s backed up to the ropes, having to cover herself with her gloves, Cheryl now hitting her body, the singer protecting her face, then she drops her gloves, which allows Cheryl to slam her head from side to side, Ola getting well beaten against those ropes, but just not able to get out, Cheryl just bullying her at this stage.

Round 7

Again Cheryl starts to bully Ola, pushing and thumping her backwards, moving her to a corner, looking to finish the job off right here, it seems. But this time Ola fires back, catches Cheryl by surprise, and sends the brunette stumbling backwards with a telling left hook to the face, catches her with another, then with a right, and she’s opened a cut under Cheryl’s left eye with that punch, the singer needing to protect that, and she’s suffering as Ola rips punches onto that cut, lines up an uppercut, which Cheryl blocks, then hurts her with a couple of hard punches to the body, and she’s beginning to wear Cheryl down as this round draws to a close.

Round 8

It’s all Ola Jordan as the round starts with a bang for her, the dancer moving well and slamming Cheryl backwards, fixing her in a corner and hitting her head, Cheryl clinching and waiting for the referee to part them. They reset, and Cheryl gets to Ola with a couple of good punches around the ribs, tickling her up with a good one to the belly as well, but Jordan spots an opening and drills her left glove through it, smacking Cole’s cut again, and the singer stumbles into the ropes, followed by Ola, who looks for a big uppercut, but can’t quite find the target, Cheryl covering well, then she comes back at Ola, who’s beginning to run out of ideas, and crashes a couple of right hooks into her mouth, finishing the round well, giving Ola a lashing at the ropes.

Round 9

Ola comes in quickly on Cheryl, and now the brunette looks tired, takes some hefty shots around the body, Ola stepping in, Cheryl not seeming to offer much up, and Ola’s got in really tight, keen to pummel the strength out of Cheryl. But Cheryl fights back, and Ola’s too close, gets her head thumped hard, and the singer’s turned her, now presses her up against the ropes, and lands three, four, five shots to her face, and now Ola’s cut, a nasty one too, just over her left eye, near the bridge of her nose, and Cheryl hurts her to the body immediately, brings down her protective gloves, and thuds a good combo into the blonde’s mouth, Jordan now looking a little sorry for herself as the fight is swinging back towards the singer.

Round 10

The girls touch gloves, but they soon put their fists to better use, as Ola hits Cheryl with two neat left jabs, comes forward sharply, but Cheryl hits her with that right hook again, and Ola stumbles slightly, then clinches when Cole approaches. Once they have been parted, Ola comes back at Cheryl, who tags her again, left hand, right hand, the blonde’s bloodstreaked face taking a lot of punishment, and Cheryl lands another right hook to Ola’s jaw, sending her crashing to the canvas on her back. Jordan gets up again at a very shaky 8, and she looks ready to go, but Cheryl can’t find her with anything big enough to put her down again, and the final seconds are spent with the girls leaning on each other, totally spent.

The decision comes – Cheryl Cole beat Ola Jordan on points.

The judges all agreed, Cheryl well ahead on all three scorecards, and that’s one of her best performances tonight, beating the much vaunted Ola, and flooring the girl three times without looking like losing at any stage.
