BEFORE: "Going Jessica/Kaley's no joke," Rachel admits in prefight. "They're one of the most difficult duos in boxing to sweep...but that's what makes the challenge so exciting. I feel for Kaley a bit - having to deal with the massive ego-that-walks-like-a-woman Jessica Biel: I know what that feels like; I know how Jess can suck the air out of a room. But I feel like I've dominated Biel - especially lately, and I'm uniquely qualified to get Kaley beat as well. If anyone's going to subjugate those two, it's most likely going to be me!"

Kaley resolute at podium - very much a blonde-on-a-mission. "Rachel's putting a lot of stock in the idea that beating Jessica means she'll match up well with me, but she's forgetting one thing: JESSICA doesn't match up well with me! I'm my own thing...you can't prep for me by fighting Biel; you can't watch tape of Biel and figure you're good for Kaley too. I think Rachel was psychologically bruised by Jessi, that's what I think: Nichols' whole outlook has been deformed by her friction with Biel, and I'll take advantage of that. I know she thinks that she's done the hard part of Jessica/Kaley, but I assure you guys, she doesn't have any idea how hard things're gonna get for her!"

During R1: Rachel looking to fight tall/establish the jab...Kaley ruins those plans with a vicious swinging right to ribs, sinking in just behind Rachel's left elbow. Right uppercut lands for Kaley as she's stepping in close, then she's fighting off Rachel's test, crowding taller girl to ropes. Spirited stuff: Kaley with her head on Rachel's chest - pushing and mauling with hands/elbows, then tidying up the gut hup-hup, or clipping chin via ripping right uppercuts. Rachel under siege - dipping side to side for angles on Kaley's torso, hacking at her hips/lats in spots. Cuoco's constant presence has Rache grumpy-frowning...Nichols unable to get her back off ropes, gets outworked for points - Kaley pushing off all frisky at the bell.

R2: Rachel back to the jab - stiff-punching Kaley's mouth, knocking her head back early. Blonde girl circles-out to regroup, then pounces back in...only to stall on the end of Rachel's punishing poke - Nichols really pre-empting blonde attacks well. Middle minute, Rachel drilling straight right hands off the jab - cracking mitts off face, stunning Kaley, driving her off. Cuoco circling in wider and wider arcs, trying to use legs to shake pursuit as Rachel dominates the second.

R3: Kaley using bobs like feints, then pouncing in...Rachel legging away to create space, then putting the jab on Cuoco to fix her position. By the minute mark, Rachel's getting it right - walking Kaley into the jab; cleaning her up via stout, stiff right cross chasers. Kaley tattooed, but legging out of range before ever getting really lit up...it's a tactical series of engagements as Rachel's left hand establishes a "safe-zone" for her, but a "danger-zone" for Kaley: Cuoco learning the hard way not to let Rachel track her via the jab.

R4: Kaley jabs tummy while Rachel jabs face; Kaley circles away; Kaley changes directions, roaming to her right while scowling over left shoulder...Rachel stepping-with, eyes intense. Minute mark, Kaley with the sudden crouch-feint freezes Rachel...Cuoco lunging into hesitation left uppercut from her knees, crushing Rache to chin while jumping past her right shoulder...DOWN GOES NICHOLS! Rachel BLOWN to her back as Kaley basically jumps into Nichols' chin with the circus punch and it's OVER! Rachel a pathetic sight trying to roll over her right hip, flopping onto her back, trying to roll-over again as the 10 count passes her by. KO4 in electrifying fashion, for the winner and NEW champ - Kaley Cuoco!

AFter: Shades of Cuoco/Durance - Kaley with the quickest first step in boxing places the diamond-cutter uppercut on Rachel's chin and the belts change hands just-like-that. Jessica at ringside fuming in disgust, pursing her lips and staring balefully as Kaley basks in the limelight. "Ending Rachel's reign in a thunderclap like that," Kaley gushes in postfight, "not gonna lie: that was fantastic! I knew exactly what she was trying to do - it was a real cat and mouse thing we had going there, but I knew I could catch her if I baited her just right. It's a thrill because everyone knows Rachel was a strong champion...I feel like I just took down the best fighter in boxing at the height of her powers, so, you know...make of that what you will!"
