BBB BOXING CARD CARDIFF, WALES

These two young lightweights are more than ready for this fight. Rochelle has already been BBU champion, then lost it, and picked up some nasty beatings, whereas Malika seemed to be heading for the title, then got derailed by Helena Mattson, asswhipped by Mary Winstead, then horribly beaten by Krystal Forscutt.

The girls are ready to fight, with Malika in a black bikini for this one, and Rochelle in a white lacy bra and pants set, long boots, and gloves – she’s a picture!

Round 1

The girls get stuck in straight away, and they both start by throwing lots of punches, no boxing involved here, just a savage exchange, with neither girl yielding. Rochelle starts to get though first though, and she has Malika backing off, hits her nicely with a couple of good right hooks, and it’s the French girl covering up. Malika clinches, pushes Rochelle back, gets warned by the referee, but now Rochelle moves into her and shows good movement, gets a couple of good shots in again, then gets held up by the taller girl, who leans on her, pushes her back to the ropes, then laces her face with a good left and right combo, Rochelle hurt by the bigger girl’s power, and shaking her head a little at the end of an even round.

Round 2

Rochelle’s a little slow to come to the centre of the ring, so Malika takes the fight to her in her quarter of the canvas, and unloads on the singer’s face with a series of hard, smacking punches. Rochelle’s been taken by surprise here, and Malika gets home with a great right hand, and Rochelle’s on her butt, not looking too clever as she rises at 6. Malika’s in control in this round, and she’s bouncing Rochelle around, making her look a poor fighter, just swiping the singer’s face back and forth – Wiseman’s got a lump under her left eye – and she tucks a couple into the girl’s ribs as well, and Rochelle’s on the ropes at the end of the round, defending herself as best she can.

Round 3

After the drubbing she took in round 2, Rochelle might be expected to stand off, but she’s taking the fight to Malika! She’s still taking punches, but hers are quick and a little more frequent, the tall French girl having to cover up a little and defend. In comes Rochelle again, but she takes a savage one-two to the mouth that leaves her lips bleeding, then ships a heavy shot to the belly, before coming back again, whipping a couple of good hooks into Malika’s face, the French girl again having to back off and let the singer take her on, and again Rochelle gets her gloves whipping past Malika’s defences in a good round for her.

Round 4

Rochelle looks good again as the girls exchange shots in the centre of the ring, but Menard’s standing her ground this time, and she bats Wiseman back, finding the range again, and this is bad news for Rochelle, the singer taking some heavy leather again now, and she’s the one covering up again, with the French girl tucking into her ribs, and now she lands to her face, and poor Rochelle’s eye is beginning to close now, with Malika finding it a couple more times with her right gloves. Wiseman clinches again, but Menard has the strength to push her back, then hit her some more, and Rochelle’s looking a little unsteady at the bell this time.

Round 5

Malika hits Rochelle hard to the face again, but she gets nailed by the Brit, who fights back once more! Maybe Malika’s a little overconfident now, because she’s giving Rochelle far too much space, and the singer needs no second invitation to smack the rangy model’s face around with a couple of well timed jabs, then a hook, and she’s landing better punches than Menard, who’s lost her timing again here, missing too often, and getting tagged in between sending out her own punches, and now Malika’s backed to the ropes, takes a couple of good shots to the boobs, draws Rochelle in, though, and cracks her with three good punches to her face in the closing seconds, the Brit staggered and stumbling at the bell.

Round 6

Now Rochelle looks less keen to take Malika on in a punchout, and she backs off – which encourages the model to chase after her, and she’s good in attack, this girl, now taking Wiseman to task again, and batting her head sideways and backwards, controlling her and dominating her. Rochelle clinches, but she’s been weakened by the shots she’s already taken, and now the model’s roughing her up inside as well, peppering her body, then pushing her back. Wiseman’s out of ideas here, and Menard’s hitting her, and hitting hard and often, the singer looking stunned and in big trouble, especially with her left eye now half closed.

Round 7

Malika comes off her stool quick and determined, and she launches into Rochelle straight away, takes her with a couple of good left hooks to the body, then lands a right to her mouth, and Rochelle just crumbles to the canvas, wiping at her face with her glove. Wiseman gets up again at 7, but she’s getting the wrong end of a battering now, and Menard clubs her again to the ropes, sends her sideways with a ripper of a right hook, and she’s cut her left eyebrow with that one, pretty much finishing that eye off, and it’s a bad round for Rochelle as Malika goes for the win, a win that looks near.

Round 8

Rochelle’s definitely shaky now, tired and well beaten. She tries to attack Malika, but it’s hopeless for her with just one eye working, and the model hurts her with a couple of stinging hooks to the body. Rochelle’s not able to fight back now, just tries to keep malika off, but the girl’s all over her, and down goes Rochelle again, tagged with a right hook she didn’t see. The former champion gets to her feet at 8, but she’s done for – that’s the end for her tonight.

Result: Malika Menard stopped Rochelle Wiseman in round 8.

Malika certainly looks like she’s back on track – that was no jobber she put away tonight! Rochelle maybe needs a couple of easier fights to ease her way back in – she’s still got the skills, but her defence needs some work.
