Before: "First, Liz now Jill, then Alana. I’m going to clean out Bazz’s lightweights, it’s only a matter of time!” Kelly Rowland exuberant in anticipation, feeling her recent win over Elizabeth Rohm.

“She’s not anywhere near as good as she thinks she is, but anybody who can knock out Liz isn’t somebody to take lightly. That’s what makes her a body to pave my way up to the top of the lightweight divison. This is going to be a huge step for me!” Jill defiant in prefight, looking past Rowland for bigger fish. Rise of Rachel Nichols this year has made every working-class lightweight hungry for the spotlight.

Kelly’s outfit going for a black leather pants and boots with a white belt, black bands looping over the breasts and over the shoulders and joining into a Y down her back. White gloves, permed hair down her back. Jill wearing a red bra, with a torn black “tank top” hanging across her front. Red panties under black leather chaps, hair wrapped up in a crowned braid, black gloves

R1: Kelly circling wary, caught unprepared as Jill comes in behind a rapid-fire suppressive jab. Rowland bedazzled, brings her gloves up into an earmuff just in time for Wagner to come down and work over the body. Side to side torso action as Jill looks to put this one away early with ripping shots to belly and ribs. Whacking hooks to body and head have Kelly swooning to ropes, she comes out of the crouch with a desperation uppercut, AND WAGNER’S SHOOK! Both fighters flirting with knockdowns, swaying on their feet, bell sounds before either can resume hostilities in a slam-bang first.

R2: Complete change of pace from initial rumpus. Jill’s established her power, now seems content to set up on the perimeter. Wagner’s legs the story of this round. Rowland unwilling or unable to mix things up, gets touched up and batted around bell-to-bell without sustaining any real damage.

R3: Same again, Jill firmly in the driver’s seat, but content to stay on the outside, poking out points to the bell. Kelly’s unhurt, but down 3 rounds to love. She’s going to have to break the cycle and soon, or see this fight completely slip away from her.

R4: Kelly’s able to make an adjustment, seeing the boxing game isn’t working. Risking Jill’s demonstrated power, she’s able to cut off the ring, engage on her terms. Poking jab to the chin sets up a chopping overhand right that sends Wagner reeling for the first time this fight. Now Rowland has her first chance to work the body since the opening round, and she lets her hands go. Slapping hooks, sweeping rights drive Jill back into the ropes, Rowland able to set up, roughly massaging her breasts with the left shoulder to pin her in place as she cleans up to Wagner’s paunch with the right for the final minute

R5: Jill reestablishes outside, poking out the round for yet another shutout. This is out of the ordinary for both ladies. Kelly’s facing a Bazz fighter for the second time this month, Wagner must have seen SOMETHING either on tape or at ringside that’s giving away Rowland’s tells. She’s not reacting to Kelly’s adjustments, she’s anticipating them. Rowland is going to have to throw out her regular playbook to have any chance in the second half.

R6: SIDEARM RIGHT KELLY ROWLAND! Kelly gets one through Jill’s guard and sends her reeling! Rowland joyous in pursuit, jabbing to Wagner’s rack as Jill tries to leg it out of range. Kelly whipping punches around, really using her leverage as she batters Jill. Wagner rallies just shy of the ropes, brawling from a tight earmuff, dipping side to side to set up clubbing blows to Rowland’s head & shoulders. Kelly brings her uppercut into play, trying for the knockout now that she has Jill where she wants her. Ref has to separate them after the bell as both sets of legs hold them up.

R7: Jill shakes off Kelly's power, comes in hard and fast. Rowland forced into earmuff as Wagner turns puncher, backing into ropes under thudding fire. Jill able to crowd close, her head nudging against Kelly's raised guard, then chop away vicious right hands to Rowland's left side, beating the solidly built fighter along ropes. Kelly pulling away to regroup, able to meet Jill head-on in the final minute to avoid a shutout, but any momentum the last round may have built up is gone.

R8&9: Story of this fight, Jill continues to dominate this fight from the perimeter. Kelly doing her best but this girl does not like to be in the center. Rowland trying to change things up, but Wagner just poking away for points on the outside as she posts back to back shutouts.

R10: Kelly knows she needs a knockout, finally takes the initiative. Sidearm rights and uppercuts pummeling Jill, forcing her to cover up. Wagner cool in the pocket, knows she just has to ride this out. Right hand counters snapping Kelly’s head back, enough to keep her off the ropes, but Jill mostly focused on not making mistakes. Rowland in tears as she desperately searches for Wagner’s off switch, but Jill keeps her feet to the final bell. UD10 wide as Jill Wagner picks apart Kelly Rowland tonight!

After: Liz Rohm at ringside doffs her robe to reveal an identical paint job to Jill’s. The two Bazz fighters flank Kelly, and keep a firm grip on her biceps as they take her on a nice slow, walk of shame. Liz’s immaculate outfit a sharp contrast as the paint jobs of both fighters have started to run from a mixture of sweat and impacts.

Physically equal, Jill’s skill proves the difference as Kelly is just not able to match Wagner’s poised maneuvering. Jill looking wonderful, really firing with all cylinders as she takes her opponent apart. Not a good night for the X-Factor hosts, losing back to back bouts in paint.
