Australian Pride Tour

BEFORE: This match will take place on Cable Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in the world, with over 22 miles of pristine white beach to enjoy. It's an ideal location for both swimming and relaxation, though today, it'll be the site of a heated battle between two gorgeous Australian beauties.

Rachael Taylor is a stunning Australian star, having had a major role in the hit movie “Transformers” and sci-fi thriller The Darkest Hour. On television, she's had roles on shows such as “Grey's Anatomy”, the short-lived “Charlie's Angels.” and the recent ABC show “666 Park Avenue.” She has not had as much success here in the BBU as she might like, but is still relatively new and this is a good chance to gain some exposure, especially if she's able to win, for her stable, Downunder Boxing. Yvonne Strahovski has been able to take down some stiff competition thus far in the ACBA, but will definitely be presented with a hard match today.

R1: Taylor comes forward to deliver some wild jabs from the outset of the contest as Yvonne is bobbing early on, returning some own stiff jabs to Raechel's tummy and ribs. Just searching her opponent out as Taylor sends out a higher volume of punches, almost 2 to 1, but not all of them land as Yvonne displays good footwork to evade many of them. But, the sheer volume does accumulate a bit and finally, Yvonne has to sendsa hard right cross that catches Taylor right across the cheek. Taylor backpedals, shaking her head, Yvonne following up with some left and right hooks that land solidly across the face, then the upper torso and shoulders as Taylor brings her guard up. As the round progresses, Taylor gets back behind her jab to deliver some solid shots of her own. Delivering a few hard shots as Yvonne is slightly rocked, stumbling towards the ropes as Taylor is delivering a hard series of hooks towards Yvonne's body as the bell sounds. This round was largely about testing each other out, but Taylor takes the round.

R2: The sorting out period is over as Taylor comes out behind that jab once again, just slamming towards Yvonne's face as Yvonne uses her own jab to force Taylor backwards, then catching her across the cheek with a swift right cross. Taylor finds herself on the defensive as the two of them land hard shots to the body, and shifting their focus to the face when the opportunity presents itself. Taylor is backpedaling towards the ropes, but still slamming in shots to Yvonne's ribs, tummy and breasts. Yvonne scrubbing in shots across Rachael's shoulders, tits and clipping her right across the cheek when she can, dazing Taylor. The two of them trading shots, but it's Taylor who is pushed back against the ropes and absorbing a hard right uppercut that has her wobbly-butt at the bell to award the round to Yvonne.

R3: Taylor ducking underneath the oncoming Strahovski jabs, just displaying some very good movement as she hooks down towards the body, slamming into blonde torso. Yvonne bringing up her guard to block a straight jab from Taylor that would've impacted her face hard, but the collision does smack into her gloves hard enough to back her up slightly. Yvonne parries back with some jabs of her own – rangy, stiff jabs that pound away at Taylor's tummy. Taylor stumbles back, then charges in with more jabs that smack in towards Yvonne's upper torso and face. Yvonne managing to absorb as she winces, her guard preventing them from connecting and as Taylor shifts her attention to Strahovski tummy, Yvonne sidesteps. Delivering a hard right cross that has Rachael staggering, head whipped to the side as she is blinking, mouth-breathing and legs wobbling. Strahovski digs in with a spanking little hook to her tummy that doubles Rachel over and then Yvonne connects cleanly to Taylor's face with a hard right uppercut that has her crashing to the beach. Sand flying as she lands hard, pitching to her side as she tries to push herself back up, but in a surprising finish, she can't. The ref calls it off - it's Yvonne Strahovski getting the win via KO3!

AFTER: It's a shocking end to what was shaping up to be a real back and forth contest between the two, but a sudden combination of blows from Yvonne Strahovski puts Rachael Taylor down for the count. Rachael is up again just a few moments after the bell, shocked and dazed from the outcome, immediately demanding a rematch. Strahovski is celebrating initially with the wildly cheering crowd, but comes over to assure her that Rachael can have a rematch sometime soon! Taylor does not seem mollified at all, still clearly upset about the result, but does agree to pose for pictures as the two continue to engage in a mostly calm but spirited debate as they go swimming and even are still hanging out as the sun goes down.

The sunset at Cable Beach is supposed to be one of the most beautiful and gorgeous as any you can see in the whole world. There with their respective entourages, Yvonne and Rachael were inclined to agree. The sky and ocean both seem to be on fire as the red orb in the sky sets down in the west, seeming to sink down into the boundless Indian Ocean on the horizon. Enjoying the magnificent sight, both of them forgot about the fantastic match and shocking outcome, just enjoying the moment with a brand new day and bright futures ahead of them.

Though Rachael still demanded a rematch as the two headed back to their respective hotels.
