This bout featuring Ghadie and Longoria is a prelim to the 'Queen of Cleveland boxing' which will be a matchup between Kelly O'Donnell, Capitol Hill correspondent for NBC news, and Halle Berry who are both Cleveland natives. First, though, is the bout with Ghadie and Longoria. Samia was thought to be a real beat up doll when she decided to enter the U.S. and take on various opponents. In a short period she has won over Autumn Reeser, Stacy Dash and Lindsay Lohan. Her only setback was against her British foe Alesha Dixon. This was a brutal knockout she had vowed to avenge down the line. Meantime it is time to face the determined Eva Longoria who has been under the training regimen of Songstress Toni Braxton who had fought and beaten Eva in a bruising battle awhile back. Braxton isn't totally happy with Eva's motivation to the point where she put on gloves herself and proceeded to demolish her charge in the sparring ring. Once she came to Eva had gotten the message. Toni Braxton will not suffer any slackers she has been assigned to train.

Fight night: Kathy Lee Gifford is Samia's able trainer and has instilled some good fight habits into the careless Brit. The Dixon loss still stings but Kathy Lee thinks she has an answer. Meantime there is this Longoria fight to deal with.

Samia enters the ring first and strips off her robe to reveal a solid bodice in a red bikini. The crowd loves her. Eva is next and pulls off her white robe and is bedecked in a black hot and sexy thong along with stiletto heels. The Latina lass from San Antonio, Texas is smoking hot. Referee Shirley MacLaine motions the gals to center ring for instructions. They tap gloves and answer the bell.

Round One- Ghadie is quicker and feints Longoria beautifully with a rotating right arm which is cocked to hit but then she hammers Eva with a vicious left hook to the body. This shot carries pain and Eva is wincing already. 'C'mon old gal (Eva turned 38 on 3/15) let's see what you got smirks Gladie who then proceeds to pummel Longoria with a flurry of combos to the body. Kathy Lee wants Ghadie to dance and taunt Eva who she feels will let her Latin temper get the better of her. Samia is bouncing side to side leering at Eva who is fixated on not getting hit in the body. Many in the crowd are already chanting that Eva is a wuss. Longoria decides to wade in and trade shots with this upstart and hammers Ghadie flush in the jaw with a right cross. Samia is driven backwards and her legs buckle. Eva's ex, Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs basketball team, is cheering for Longoria. Eva follows with a left/right combination to Ghadie's midsection and then wallops her with a left hook to the right eye. That blow sends Samia's head sideways with sweat flying. Eva is finding the range suddenly and Kathy Lee Gifford sees her fighter faltering from the get go. Several more head shots greet Samia as the bell mercifully rings ending round 1. Eva has won it.

Between rounds- 'Let that little bimbo hit you like that again and I'll flatten your ass out
Longoria' snarls Braxton. 'Got it Lady Brax' is Eva's response. She won't cross Toni Braxton.

Round Two- Kathy Lee has been imploring Samia to be a lot more aggressive. 'Stick to the game plan' she exhorts Ghadie. Samia flys to midring swinging wildly but Eva is a veteran more than she and ducks all the blows. Longoria is measuring the Brit and looks out of the corner of her eye to see if Braxton has cooled down. She fears Toni more than Samia. This is all business to Toni Braxton and performance is all that counts. Longoria slams Ghadie hard with a wicked left right to the head. Samia stumbles backwards and reaches into whatever reserve she has. She finds a good right cross of her own nailing Eva Longoria squarely in the chops and sending her down hard on her ass. The crowd is on it's collective feet sensing a comeback by the plucky Brit. Eva's legs shoot up in the air as her ass connects with the canvas. 'Old canvasback that's you' taunts Samia. Eva is enraged and is up at 8. MacLaine waves them back to center ring to continue. Eva looks shaken up and Toni is steaming and ripped to say the least. Ghadie delivers a great volley to hits to Eva's head. Longoria's left eye is blousing badly and starting to close. 'Close her eye Samia' yells Kathy Lee. Samia feints a right cross which Eva goes for and then hits the Texas gal with another left hook. Then the Brit clobbers Eva with a great right cross to that injured left eye. Longoria is essentially battling with one good eye now. This circumstance has Eva compensating for the loss of sight in the one eye. She cannot pick up Gladie's right hand nearly as well now. Samia knows this and it slamming Eva Longoria with unanswered shots to the head. Suddenly it is 'speed bag' time for Samia Ghadie who is now pulverizing Eva with lefts and rights to the head and body. Eva Longoria is knocked cold by a Samia Ghadie right cross and falls hard on her back and lies still. It is 'lights out for Longoria' this night in Cleveland. The theme from the movie 'Rocky' plays for the winner Samia Ghadie. Toni Braxton collects her beaten fighter and reaches out to congratulate Samia and Kathie Lee. Both accept her accolades.

Postfight- Kelly O'Donnell is boasting that what happened to Eva will be Halle Berry's fate. Halle is chuckling at the red head and simply says 'you look like a butter tub to me gal who's been out for too many expense account lunches with those fat assed jerks from Congress'. O'Donnell leaps at Berry but is pulled back by her trainer and pal Katie Couric. Berry's trainer, Linda Kozlowski, tells Halle she will kick Halle's ass again like in their former fights if she goes down to O'Donnell. Let's see what the future brings.
