Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars) versus Candice Accola (Vampire Diaries)

Before: This is an important fight between two of the principle fighters in either camp, especially in the wake of the previous match. Both Troian and Candince come into the match feeling very confident in their abilities as they are respectful leading into the fight, though things do get feisty between them from time to time. Troian declares in pre-fight: “I'm not worried. Candice is going to go down just like Nina did against me! The competition on our set is so much harder than anything that they have to deal with on the CW, but I guess she's going to have to learn that from me. I won't say she's a blonde bimbo or anything..(Troian and the assembled press chuckle) but when she goes down she is supposed to, I'll make sure she understands the difference in class between us!” Candice waving off Troian's taunts, “Of course I should've known Nina couldn't get it done and would leave me to take care of things. No surprise. But, if there is a difference in class, Troian is stepping up in class taking me on. Just because because she's able to beat up on Nina “I'm so freaking pretty” Dobrev, doesn't mean that she can handle me. It's going to be a long night for Troian and I am going to put this stable war out of their reach!!” This will be a big rematch between the two as Troian suffered a loss to Candice in her FCBA debut back in 2011.

Troian wearing that Burberry plaid bikini that she wore when she beat Dobrev with black gloves and hair loose in ringlets around her ears; Candice in a baby blue bikini with matching gloves – blonde hair in a fighting ponytail.

: Both girls head to the center of the ring, circling clockwise around one another as they use their height to fire out jabs at one another. Bellisario flicking out her jabs low, just swinging hooks to Candice's tummy and digging into her ribs with some steady body work that has Accola wincing. But, Candice looping around with some rangy shots of her own, drilling her across her chest and touching her up top with some short jabs to Troian's face. Troian and Candice trade punches in a classy boxing exchange, but Candice able to get more touches and is the busier vixen in the first to take the edge. Accola takes the first round as both fighters head to their corners, groaning a bit at the body work that took place.

R2: Troian coming in to pick up the tempo, doubling up on her right jab and then swinging in her left to dig right into Candice's abs with stuffing shots. Candice a little spooked as Troian mixes in power, setting up shots with that repeated double jab to force Accola out of position, then whipping in with the other hand to hammer into ribs or smack leather off of blonde cleavage. Digging in to establish her own body work this round, punishing Accola's torso, Troian keeps her foe off guard and hurts Candice repeatedly throughout the round. Candice gets in some frisky jabs, gloves whipping off of her hip to prevent a shutout and body Bellisario back, but at the end of the round, it's Troian wide.

R3: Accola shaking off the hurt as she comes out swinging, roaming the ring in heated pursuit of Troian, pre-empting her foe's attack as she turns Troian throughout the round. Punishing her with that right hand to steer her towards the ropes, stuffing hooks down into brunette belly or slapping in hooks across her face. Accola employs the left to keep ripping at torso and sometimes driving in a stiff jab across her foe's chest. Troian wincing this time, wobbly-butt back towards the ropes as a hard right uppercut to her belly-button and a left hook to her cheek has her staggering towards the ropes to finish off an Accola shutout in the third round.

R4: Troian is determined not to let Accola get any momentum, coming in behind the jab – poking it out furiously to batter at Accola. Circling at Candice, trying to turn her but Accola isn't having it as she touches up her rival with some right and left combination of hooks ripping to ribs. Troian bobbing around the ring, trying to avoid contact while dishing out touches of her own to pound away at Candice's abs. Accola answering with classy hooks around Troian's head and shoulders, forcing Troian to go earmuff for a moment as she stumbles backwards. It's an intense round and a hard-fought two way, but in the final minute, it's Accola just thumping down to her waist whenever Troian is forced to protect her head as she takes another straight round with authority.

R5: Caution is thrown to the wind as both girls head to the middle of the ring, throwing punches wildly as all pretenses of classy boxing are abandoned. Bumping shoulders and slugging away at one another, it's blonde on brunette chaos in the middle of the ring. Candice licking away at Troian's waist, bending her over while Troian whipping off short uppercuts from her hips. One of those uppercuts manages to connect early and kicks Candice's head backwards, staggering backwards as she drops to her butt and ACCOLA IS DOWN! Troian immediately steps back and waits for Candice to rise, which she does quickly and Troian is on her again – just pumping away with right and lefts across Candice's head and shoulders. Candice tries to bring up her guard, but that just allows Troian to switch her attacks down to Accola's tummy and sets up an overhand right hook that spills Candice to the sand AGAIN! TWO quick knockdowns to start the round has Troian surging with confidence as Accola makes it to her feet again, her sturdy legs holding her up as she suffers under Troian's power and pressure. Troian just pounding away, trying to make Accola take weight and shove her towards the ropes, but Candice keeps up her defense and legs away from the ropes to keep them away from her back. Accola firing back as she uses her jab to get back into this round, mixing in the odd hook to tummy as she manages to force Troian backwards. One such shot to tummy freezes Troian for a moment and then a hard overhand right sends Bellisario face-first down to the sand as TROIAN IS DOWN! It's late in the round and Troian makes her way back to her feet, but Accola bullies her back to ropes. Troian forced to take weight as Accola feeds her a steady diet of right hands to finish off the round. At the conclusion of the ring armageddon that ensued this round, Troian retains a 1 knockdown advantage in three of the craziest minutes you're likely to see this year.

R6: Both women are clearly hurt, coming out a little more slowly this round to compete once again. Neither of them are willing to go all in like they did last round as they both work to recover, but still trade vicious blows mid-ring. Circling around one another, delivering hard-hitting jabs and crosses that batter each other along the ropes. Both women trading positions on top as they keep jabbing at one another, flicking out shots to tummy or cheek, trying to bury the other and make them take punishment. Throughout the round, only Troian is able to sustain her offensive as she hurts Candice along her body, whacking away at her ribs and torso to push her backwards along the ropes. Candice struggles to defend desperately, protecting her body but leaving her open up top as Troian drifts in with crosses overhand to take control of the round – if not the match itself.

R7: Candice does not appear to have recovered in between rounds as she comes out, definitely sore and moving slowly as Troian just slides out to midring and works to shut Candice down. Looping around her, using her footwork to work inside and sending shots into Accola's abs. Accola doubling over a bit as Troian shrugs in some left uppercuts to chest and chin to body her blonde foe backwards. Troian batting down at blonde breadbasket as she keeps bobbing away from Accola's jabs, then pouncing forward to keep up the pressure as her mitts keep finding Candice's midsection. Accola appears worn down by the end of the round, butt-in-ropes and hugging her body as Troian pushes off confidently as she heads back to her corner.

R8: Accola comes out, obviously sore, but eyes flickering with determination to reverse the trend of recent rounds and feinting a bit, then committing to the jab to keep smacking away at Troian's face. Troian backpedaling at the start with Accola dipping down to drop right hands to brunette tummy, boxing for advantage as she scrubs in that right across her opponent's chest as well. But, Troian will not be denied as Candice can't keep her from breaking through, bodying her backwards towards the ropes as she dictates terms, just slamming in right hooks to torso and left uppercuts to Accola's abs. Candice groaning out, forced backwards to ropes as Troian takes the round away, battering her across her head and shoulders to put her butt-in-ropes again. Accola forced to cover up, groaning heavily as she competes early, but Troian takes the round with another late surge of offense. Accola taking a talking-to in the corner from both Holt and Dobrev, being told it's “now or never” as Accola tries to catch her breathe. Troian stares across from her corner, arms folded across her chest, eyes narrowing in cold confidence.

R9: Accola surges out from her corner, apparently having caught her second wind as Candi commits to the jab, managing to send her jab in between Troian's mitts to rock her backwards. Staggering backwards, Accola pours through the breach and planting her feet, putting her weight behind it as she delivers a furious series of right and left jabs to crash across Troian's face, sweeping her features back and forth in shock. Pumping down into brunette tummy, then ripping a stunning hook across her cheek as she sustains the pressure into the second minute and beats TROIAN TO HER KNEES! Troian falls to her knees, almost slumping down to all fours as Torrey orders Candice backwards. Troian trying to shake off the knockdown and the hurt as she gets back up to her feet, then faces Candice as she finishes off the round with a savage beating. Candice bullies Bellisario back to the ropes, trapping her along them as she rips with right hands to her tummy and left hooks to the body and head. Troian slumps to the ropes, suffering under the determined onslaught as Accola scores a big shutout with the knockdown to take the round 10-8 heading into the final round with some momentum. It's Candice's turn to push off smugly as she maintains blistering eye contact with Troian.

R10: Both women know how important this round is determining the outcome as they immediately head out to the center of the ring, eyes ablaze and immediately begin hurling hard-hitting right and lefts to body. Checking each other with stiff jabs and crushing crosses as they trade punches in a phone booth, just battering and whacking at each other's bodies. Bodying and bumping up against each other aggressively, it's Troian who manages to land a big shot with a rangy right uppercut that sneaks throug and catches Candice across her chin. It's almost heart-breaking to watch as Bellisario starts off the tenth with an answer-knockdown of her own in the first minute as ACCOLA IS DOWN! Candice spills to her back as Torrey ensures Troian stays backwards. The two on-screen sisters and rivals exchange a momentary cool glance, but Troian complies. Accola beats the count but Troian is immediately on the offensive, ragdolling Candice backwards into the ropes in confident fashion. It's an aggressive display as she starts ripping right uppercuts to body and left hooks hammering towards head/shoulders. Candice's sturdy thighs keep her up as she slumps back against the ropes, keeping her guard up and fighting from behind the jab to try to escape. But, Troian is on a roll now and isn't going to be stopped. As Candice tries to tie her up to push off of the ropes, Troian grips her forearms to make her take weight and trapping the bigger blonde along the ropes. Just stuffing in shots towards her belly-button and battering her along her body to deliver a terrible beating at the bell. Candice groaning out as she slumps into the ropes and Troian keeps punching away, forcing Torrey to step in as this one goes to Troian in a triumphant UD10!

AFTER: Wow - this was a huge boost for the Pretty Little Liars, managing to take down not one but both of the biggest names on the Vampire Diaries in a stunning turn of events to tie things up heading into the finale. A great back and forth contest, but Troian was able to take control in that final round and not give it up! Troian is smiling and high-fiving with Shay, though both of them know there is still one more match to go and it's still far too early to celebrate. But, this is definitely a moment of triumph and they enjoy it – deservedly so. It's chaos over in the Vampi D corner with Candice arguing with a shocked Dobrev, with Kat and Claire pulling the two of them apart as they each blame the other. The roster of the Vampire Diaries cast talking strategy heading into the final and as it turns out, deciding match. Troian confident in herself and her stablemate after this match, “I thought Candice said it was going to be a long night for me and guess what? It will be – we are going to be going out all night to celebrate after Shay takes care of business and gives us the win over these skanks! I can't stand them and I'm sure the feeling is mutual, but after tonight, we're going to know who is best in show. Pretty Little Liars are going to rule!” Troian heads out, noting Emily VanCamp on the sidelines as the two of them trade smoldering gazes across the beach. A lot of pressure on both sides, but perhaps more so for the Vampire Diaries after these recent results, as they head into the biggest match of the evening with the stable war on the line.
