Big Sexy had operated several previous FCBA stables under the SWO banner (1999-2004), but after a long absence he revived the SWO an unleashed once again on the FCBA. The SWO often promotes its own non-FCBA fights, but is always ready to take on any FCBA fighters who dare square off against their fighters. The intial SWO bouts established the starter order with the group and saw A.JK. Lee at flyweight, Manuela Arbalez at bantam, and Ronna Rousey at welterweight. In August of 2013, SWO divided itself into two groups:  SWO (Headed by Big Sexy & Ronda Rousey) with AJ Lee, Manuela Arbelaez,  Amber Lancaster, Brooke Hogan, and Bridgit Mendler and SWORD: (Headed by Spizzy & Alyssa Milano) with Ariana Grande, Miranda Cosgroive, Aisha Tyler, Brie & Nikki Bella.

The organization officially entered inative status 7/15.14,.
