Before: Williams trying to forget the hellish pounding she received at the fists of Nat Raitano, squares off against solid but unremarkable Milmore in the latter's TV debut. Jennifer a well travelled sparring partner for some of the biggest names in the division, but an unknown quantity as far as money fights go. Mish in cream sports bra, grey stretch shorts, Jen in cream sports bra, light blue adidas terrycloth trunks.

During R1: Mish crouching down behind a high, tight guard, showing butterflies early as Jen dictates the round. Milmore busy, clubbing serviceable lefts and rights to the flanks, then swatting hooks to Williams ear, knocking the blonde in a little semi circle mid ring. Nothing back from Michelle who looks tentative, giving up a workmanlike shutout to Milmore - good confidence builder for Jen.

R2: Bang, zoom - Mish steps out of the crouch to plant a beautiful short left hook on Jen's jaw, dropping MIlmore to the seat of her trunks with the first punch of the round. Credit Milmore with guts - she takes her 8, and wades in to stand toe to toe in brisk trade throughout much of the round - both girls stuffing short left jabs into one another's faces, then immediately stepping into hooks to the teeth. Down the stretch, William's heavier fists begin to tell - Milmore cringing from body shots, covering up at the bell.

R3: Pre-fight jitters long gone as Williams up tempos and leaves Jen in the dust. Milmore trapped in her corner, covers up and takes a pounding as Williams lets her hands go. Mish bashing her fists against Jen's defenses, breaking the girl down and ripping to belly and chin with clubbing blows at close range. By the final minute, Williams turns her shoulders to dig vicious lefts and rights in between Jen's elbows to get at the solar plexus. Milmore groaning at the bell, legs trembling as Williams stomps back to her corner.

R4: Mish charging the ring, stuffing Jen back into her corner again for another one-sided beat-down. Milmore can't take it to the body, crumpling forward as Williams digs both fists to the midsection, and Mish stands up straight, swinging wide left hooks against Jen's side, then turning into clouting right hands on the jaw as Milmore goes wobbly butt. Midway through the round, Jen leans back against the ropes and Mish catches her pulling out with a perfect left hand on the chin. Milmore out on her feet, butt still propped against the ropes as her legs relax, and Williams pounces, chopping a right hand, and a tragic left hand that bashes back Milmore's head with a sickening loll before the ref can jump in. Williams stomping the ring in triumph, KO4 as physicians rush to Milmore's aid.

After: Jen beaten to a pulp and dangerously battered while unconscious, Williams showing concern once the blood lust cools. Shaky start for Mish, but strong outing exorcises the demons and puts her right back on track.
