BEFORE: "I'm better than Kelly in all areas," Theron says crisply in prefight. "Always have been. She's got power, but that's no excuse to lose to her. I'm in the stretch-drive of this thing; Kelly's in the way; she'll be beaten, and savagely. That's really all there is to it."

Brook equally as confident, somehow seeing the fight in a completely different light. "The only smart tactical disposition of the Crusade, has been with-holding my striking power until the later stages," Kelly instructs at podium. "The only hope Charlize had of beating me was taking me early on, her legs fresh, her body still supple and resilient. Now, after so much punishment and heartbreak she has nothing left with which to withstand me. I view the fight as a job-of-work - a matter of applying punishment to a problem until it goes away. In fact, there's every chance that after me, Charlize may not be able to continue on with this challenge!"

During R1: CT loose outside, batting her mitts together at waist, holding her arms out wide to either side as she's loping to her right - being all rangy and lithe, letting her legs make a statement early. Kelly stalking with a bully's gait - right tight to breast; left relaxed, slightly extended; chin tucked. Kelly in on Theron's chest with a probing left, but blonde girl glides away, rotating counter-clockwise, batting wide-walloping lefts or rights in riposte while on the move. That's the way of it - Kelly aggressive, but frustrated by Theron's limber legs: CT batting and slapping punches more to confuse and harass than hurt. Just at the bell, Theron leans in all bendy-backed, slap-chopping a right hand down/across Kelly's heaving bosom: Brook slap-shocked, outraged as bratty CT struts away grinning with classy points.

R2: Same again - Charlize featuring her legs, loping the ring in wide circles, batting happily away on a frustrated Kelly B. Brook scowling, trying to drive-through to Theron's chest, but Charlize not cooperating. Easy-breezy dancing-pace set by Charlize...she's at play, stinging and vexing her girl, mounting mock-rushes at Kelly's breasts to get Brook flinching/covering up, then leaving her with a forget-me-not jab in the tummy before escaping. Later in the round, Theron targets jug for real - pumping jabs while rotating clockwise; sweeping horizontal, straight-arm right hand chops across rack after Kelly's misses. Brook scalded to breasts as a result - the jugs glowing bright pink and all a-jiggle after catching hot swat. Second straight shutout for Charlize: she makes playful eye-contact with Kelly, as if promising more to come.

R3: Kelly steps in, drives a right hand across CT's chin...blonde girl's head snap-toggles side to side, legs stop moving...Theron staring in surprise as Brook hurtles in. Charlize getting left arm up over Brook's right shoulder...Kelly sloppy-brawling right hands over this obstruction, clubbing Theron in a stumbling little counter-clockwise reel. Theron ragdolled, but eventually tying up for ref's break...blonde girl no longer taunting or vexing as seething Brook's imposing will. Kelly continues to pour forward, landing heavy single right hands chin or tits...follow up shots partially-blocked as CT gets her arms up, drawing both girls into messy stumbling clinches. Down the stretch, Theron flat footed, but organized, jabs Kelly off, starts leaning in to kiss long right hands off Brook's chin, giving her a taste of her own medicine. Brook attempting to work jab/right hands in response, but Charlize establishing distance in a wide stance, fighting a good set-piece battle outside to stabilize her front at bell.

R4: Theron settling down to engage now: she wants to fight with Kelly. Brook getting her range and a relatively stationary target, but CT clever with her left arm inside - draping it over Brook's right shoulder to blunt Kelly's overhand rights; pushing on Kelly's right shoulder in close while curling right uppercuts tummy and tits; wrapping Kelly into headlocks/twisting her off balance for ref's breaks. Theron uncharacteristically cute in the phone-booth - always keeping her left shoulder inside Kelly's right, angling-body in such a way that it's hard for Brook to bash right hands to chin. When Charlize really wants to land with authority - she drops right foot back, pops hips-right and straps a snappy left hook across Kelly's tummy or ribs, bunching Brook up all pinch-faced and cranky.

R5: Charlize showing a little leg in spots, circling and curling-in to work cute on in the inside - that left hand controlling Brook; the right pumping tummy, tits. Kelly working hard, but largely frustrated...until late. Theron with her left over Kelly's right shoulder as Brook's pushing forward...Kelly pours a right hand over the top, smiting Theron behind the ear and buzzing her legs! Blonde girl staggering around counter-clockwise, desperately crossing wrists behind Kelly's head, trying to drag Brook into clinch. Kelly head down, hands pumping...Brook pounding away to glory on Theron's waist as blonde buns settle into ropes. CT's eyes closed, lips parted in hurt at bell...she's a frazzled beauty. FOREARM SMASH TO BREASTS, KELLY TO CHARLIZE! Angry Brook pounding her left elbow in across shellshocked blonde puppies, leaving Theron sputtering as ref tackles Brook away for a stern warning.

R6: Charlize flat-footed, but nimble - steppin' and pivotin' to her left, dukes up, palms out. Crisp, knocking jab from CT nags at Kelly's hairline...Theron shimmying to her left while nibbling, her left elbow up high, the hand extended, relaxed. Brook seething, bobbing, trying to close-and-bang, but Theron jabbing to pre-empt, sidestepping pressure. Every once in a while, CT drops sneaky right hands in - more of a slap-chop than a driving right, but it's scoring cleanly, startling Kelly. Midway through, CT batting a cuffing hook from the high arm-angle, chopping that pesky right...she's buffetting Kelly's face, causing brunette to stagger-step on the spot. Kelly more frustrated than hurt - both hands extended as she tries to wade in...Charlize with weight on right (back) leg, sliding to her right...she walks Kelly in, drops a short left hook to chin from the high arm-angle, the hand in palm-down aspect...Brook's legs freeze up and she pitches onto her face! Weird punch from CT - that left arm already extended for a very short trip to chin...perfect placement shuts the power off to Kelly's legs. Brook struggling up to knees and knuckles, then sprawling forward, careening into and through the lower ropes - her legs and backside still inside the ring as the 10 count passes her by! KO6 Charlize Theron!

After: Kelly sputtering, blubbering trying to extricate herself from ropes...CT strutting the ring all long tanned legs, hands held high...blonde girl smiling, nodding her head in smug triumph. "Too good for Kelly," Charlize reaffirms in postfight. "Walked her in, checked her out. She's fat and slow at welterweight - no threat to a sleek jungle cat like me. A lot of people under-rate my left hand: not only is it the most educated in boxing, it's got Brook-busting pop! Dropping Kelly on her face goes right into my personal highlight reel - I don't show the hook for power very often, guys - savor it!"
