Before: Farrell with some savvy matchmaking comes up with Sheridan it’s a fight that most commentators think shows guts on Farrell’s parts. Nicolette in her prime a very complete fighter and the victim of politics which saw her passed over for deserving title shots. Still. Farrell has the tools to ,make this easy—it’s up to her. High neck track two piece for Terry, ultramarine—simple white sports bra and high cut aerobics bottoms for Nicolette.

During R1: Bang, zoom—Nicolette slips the jab, comes up with a booming left hook on the chin and sits Terry down seconds into the first. Farrell up quickly, but shaken, and the brawl is on as Sheridan burrows in and completely negates Farrell’s height and reach advantages. Rough stuff from Nicolette—she pounds one-twos to the stomach, palms up on Terry’s arms as the tall girl folds, then bangs Farrell back with crisp left rights on the chin. Farrell going glassy eyed and lock legged, stands up at the ropes and gets bludgeoning, staggering back in her corner in a daze at the bell.

R2: Nicolette the aggressor, comes in straight and gets reeled in by Terry’s long reaching left. Farrell stepping back, blocking Sheridan’s right with the outstretched left, chops in a clubbing right hand over and over to Nicolette’s jaw as the blonde steps forward. And 3 punches later Sheridan stumbles to her hands and knees! Nicolette punched woozy—Farrell stepping away not fully recovered from the first round--both girls are hurting early. Rest of the ground is owned by Farrell as her still-tight legs force her to stand and trade licks—Terry looking good with the banging left uppercut from outside, and leaning into a spearing right hand on the face that has Sheridan groggy.

R3: Now Nicolette lets Terry lead, ducking under the taller girls’ ;lunging right hands and countering with curling right hands into the stomach that have Farrell shouting in pain. Terry getting taken apart and her limbs look weak, legs constantly on the verge on giving way. As Farrell weaves in retreat, hands low, eyes vacant. Sheridan is able to nip in and land with chopping rights or lefts on the chin, sending Terry reeling and the crowd roaring as Farrell just looks to keep her feet., Farrell survives several huge bombs, but Nicolette unable to put her punches together on her sprawling opponent can’t get the stoppage. Feverish work on Farrell in the corner as she looks all but done.

R4: Hacking, chopping attack continues as Nicolette ogresses her lanky foe all around the ring. Farrell battered, pushes punches weakly out as she steps back, while Sheridan continues to sway her torso low, make Terry miss, then jump in at the brunette with chin music. Midway through the round, with Terry absorbing another pillar to post beating, Sheridan pushes the brunette to the ropes and finally gets off a flurry, tagging Terry to the gut and heads with crisp, uncontested lefts and rights. Farrell sinking slowly to one knee is battered senseless, but the relentless offense has taken its toll on her tormentress, Sheridan can’t finish, and by the final minute, her punches have lost their zip—Terry survives another round and is greeted by a splash of water in her corner as she flops heavily to her stool.

R5: Farrell able to finally work her game plan, smudges her left jab against Sheridan’s face from bell to bell, turning the blonde and keeping the action in the center of the ring. Badly needed shutout for Farrell who gets some semblance of life back into those legs as Nicolette looks sluggish, if not hurt this round.

R6: Farrell circling left, spearing and slapping with the jab, and she’s spanking Nicolette’s head back with crisp connects this round. Sheridan’s right eye getting lumpy as Terry dials in—Farrell looking smooth and efficient when there’s no pressure.

R7: Terry going a little flat footed, stepping back to walk Nicolette in—Sheridan has no choice but to gamble. Farrell threading that long left over Nicolette’s right shoulder to block times a perfect right hand off Sheridan’s chin as the blonde falls forward. Nicky sprawling to her face as Terry dances away, gets groggily to her hands and knees but can go no further as the count passes her by. Startling KO7 Terry Farrell.

After: Sheridan left shocked and heartbroken as Farrell finds single shot stopping power in the seventh. Jab opened everything up for Terry—after 6 minutes of eating lefts. Nicolette got careless, walked into a well timed and well prepared right hand and Farrell gets a marketable win out of the bargain.
