Sayaka Ando has been highly touted among the BBU pundits and has every chance to follow Sayuki Matsumoto's and Mikie Hara's path into the boxing elite however Charlotte McKenna thinks otherwise and wants to celebrate her maiden victory against none other than the Japanese gravure model. McKenna suffered a couple of defeats to Leilani Dowding and Sam Cooke last year but promises to surprise the Cardiff audience on her comeback after spending few successful months in the gym.

Denise van Outen remains coy on these prospects though as BBU TV was unable to establish the names of McKenna's sparring partners while Sayaka simply ignores her and judging by the laid back demeanour she doesn't consider the buxom blonde as a potential threat but is up for any sort of exposure she can get especially in wake of Mikie Hara's recent rise to the flyweight crown.

Round 1:
Charlotte jumps after the Japanese rival and starts jabbing at her midsection but Sayaka blocks her off and pummels between the arms herself, clips the blonde's rack and swings around the head as McKenna ducks low and seeks more damage around the elbows but eats an overhand right on the nose and Ando follows up, tags the temple and forces the English girl back. Charlotte steps to the side but tries to square up to her foe again but Sayaka cracks a straight jab on the chin and whacks her on the temple with a left hook and McKenna sags on her knees, must jump to the ropes and gets trapped under a flurry of leather as Ando ups the tempo and begins to bounce off the blonde's body, keeps her pinned to the ropes and cross-hooks the guard just before the bell, nails McKenna on both cheeks and turns her on the ropes but runs out of time to inflict more damage and just gives the glamour model a long look at the bell as Charlotte struggles to respond and just slumps on her stool.

Round 2:
Sayaka still looks very calms but her mitts make immediate impact on Charlotte's flesh as she whacks the blonde model on the chest after a quick approach; follows up over the top and tags the chin before switching low on the jugs again and just outworking McKenna in close range and ripping into her guts with a methodical display. Charlotte tries to fight back from behind the guard but she only grazes the brunette's forearms and eats more shots between the arms with Ando targeting her breasts and showing great strenght as he reels the blonde to the ropes and keeps firing away at her midriff. McKenna sags butt-in-ropes and soaks up more punishment, drops her guard low and gets nailed with counter shots on the chin; Sayaka hammers away at the hapless looking English blonde and splits her mitts, spikes her on the mouth and snaps the head back. Charlotte's hair flies everywhere as Ando keeps sending clean jabs and making mockery of the guard and McKenna's left on soft knees at the bell as the fight threatens to become a vicious rout in the Japanese girl's favor. And Denise van Outen thinks that Sayaka isn't even firing on all cylinders and one shouldn't argue with that.

Round 3:
There's still some fighting spirit left in Charlotte and she bravely squares up to her rival and if Sayaka was surprised by this action, she didn't move a single muscle on her face and just blocked off the blonde's hooking approach and nailed her with an overhand left on the temple to tame any silly ideas the English vixen had. More shots crash off McKenna's face thereafter and Ando just slices the gloves apart and keeps slamming leather against the cheeks which results in Charlotte's face being covered in bruises already. But there's no stopping from the Japanese girl who refuses to switch low and just whacks her opponent on the face time and time again and McKenna's pushed back to the ropes with ease, tries to keep her mitts in tact but Ando shatters them anyway and tags on the chin. It looks like the Japanese warrior drops her pace a bit in the final minute, seemingly lets the blonde off the hook before a quick charge in the dying seconds bursts Charlotte's lip open as Sayaka bangs more hooks on the temple and literally thumps McKenna spinning back to her corner.

Round 4:
Sayaka keeps tormenting the proud blonde and now switches low for body assault as Charlotte seeks respite in mid-range but gets clobbered on the liver area and staggers in the middle of the ring, can't protect her face either and eats a left uppercut on the jaw which sends her tumbling to the canvas as the ammount of leather thrown by Ando finally proves too much. McKenna's battles to beat the count at seven but her face now matches the color of her outfit and Sayaka gives her another telling stare and rips into her chest after the command. Charlotte squeals in pain and tries to clinch the brunette but Ando whacks the jugs back & forth and sags the blonde on the ropes, gutwrenches her on the navel before finding another uppercut to the jaw and McKenna screams out in pain; Sayaka leans on her and bangs a combo on the temples, cracks another low jab on the navel and simply thumps the blonde to the ground as Charlotte can't find her breath and bellows out into submission. Sayaka stands over her and checks if the English model wants more punishment tonight but McKenna realizes she's gonna get knocked out of her senses if she continues and lets the ref count her out. KO4 Sayaka Ando!!!

AFTER: One-way traffic in the opening fight of the card and Denise van Outen reckons the Front Street Japan management just advertised their girl into future title discussion by this straight-forward victory. However beating an otherwise attractive but not very skilled Charlotte McKenna might sell tickets among the fans but will it launch Sayaka's career in similar fashion to her stablemates Matsumoto and Hara? A tougher test of strenght is required but one shouldn't bet against the Japanese model just yet as she hasn't done anything wrong tonight and just battered her opponent into submission in a fine style.
