BEFORE: "It's time," Kate breezes in prefight, oozing "new-broom" confidence. "Ali's been a good horse for us for years, but every thoroughbred becomes an old nag eventually. She's being squeezed out. She's being put in her place, and me? I'm the hammer that's gonna knock her into position."

Ali pursing lips, rolling eyes at blonde threats. "I've been hearing this crap from Jeri's annointed-ones for a decade. They all come in strong, visions of laying Ali down dancing in their pretty little heads. Then comes the hard dawn and they realize it's just not going to happen. They aren't going to get their way; things aren't going to go as planned. Kate's just more blonde meat for the grinder, and she's gonna learn like the rest: Ali Landry's top girl. Always."

Ali in gold bikini; dark tangly curls loose; white gloves. Kate in crisp ivory white, satin-finish bikini; white gloves; blonde hair in loose curls.

During R1: Kate shoves jabs to Ali's jug; eats hooks and crosses to chin in receipt...brunette drives blonde to ropes in opening exchange. Landry ducks in, bodies up, smothering Upton to ropes, pushing her down, then digging at her. Hooks thump to Kate's gut; left shoulder plows jug; hook/right hand combos cuff jug in tight; constant body-ups keep Upton cramped in ropes. Kate grunting with the effort of pushing Ali off...blonde girl feeding her brunette brawny right uppercuts to little effect - Ali with firm tummy-to-tummy punch-and-clutch tactics retains control. Bell: Extra right forearm to Kate's jugs has her bleating in outrage as Ali pushes off...ref issues a stern lecture while escorting fiery-eyed brunette to corner.

R2: Ali up-tempo, driving on Kate...brunette jab-jab-jabbing to tummy; turning over the right hand tidy to chin...big blonde stumbling back on her heels, curls in her eyes as she hits ropes. Ali secures Kate once again - reaching in under Upton's arms to press her deep to ropes: Kate groaning under the weight, her arms reaching down Ali's back as blonde tries to shimmy out from under. Job of work for Landry to keep big blonde pinned...Landry keeping her head on either Upton shoulder, pushing Kate's face side to side. Landry's hands palming Kate's luscious hips, or pushing her biceps back, then it's pumping right hands shoved to tummy, or cruel short-forearm shocks to jug in the scrum. Kate wearing down, spending herself in the attempt to get out from under...Landry able to clip a right uppercut clean to chin in close, flipping Kate's head back, buckling her knees midway through. Big blonde girl takes the shot well - she's woozy, badly weakened, but keeping her feet...Ali able to consolidate control however, handing out a terrible, methodical beating to bell. Pushing off Kate's smoldering frame, Ali pounds another late right forearm to jug...Upton blurting in hurt as ref moves in hot...Landry all hard-eyed determination on the stomping march back to corner.

R3: Ali attempting to drive Kate to ropes again - blonde girl reaching in left hand to brunette right bicep, stalling the advance midring. Right uppercut out of this arrangement finds Ali's chin...Landry's legs give a shimmy as she tries to hold her canvas; Upton able to push forward, still reaching in with the left hand while resetting her hips and feet. Another right uppercut - another...Upton feeding Landry, clouting away on chin...blonde girl's right hand following through to her own left shoulder after picking Ali up and LANDRY GOES WOBBLY-BUTT! Ali staring, gobsmacked...she blunders forward, trying to clinch...Kate steps to her right, turning Ali counter-clockwise, drifting her a short right cross over Ali's tanned left shoulder. Landry shabby with hurt, reaching blindly for her tormentress - Upton with a crooked, meanspirited grin, her left hand reaching into Ali's left arm while the right hand serves uppercuts and crosses, UPPERCUTS AND CROSSES! Landry stumbling in a counter-clockwise reel, taking Upton's clobbering wallops and LANDRY GOES DOWN! Ali finally bludgeoned onto her tummy by a succession of slobberknockers...Upton hooting with glee, hands held high as she struts all jugs a-jumpin' to neutral corner! Landry tender, shellshocked, pushing up off her chest, only to spill face-first to canvas, rump high as her knees dig into mat. She gets to all fours, but it's over - KO3 in shocking fashion, Kate Upton!

After: Landry bleak, stunned on her knees...veteran doing a nice job of executing her fight plan when she ran into true big-jug power from Kate Upton tonight. "THAT JUST HAPPENED!" Kate squeals in postfight, obviously overjoyed with the decisive finish. "Power baby - power finishes fights, and I've got power to BURN! That was the torch being passed, the guard being changed...it's a new era at JKO guys - the Kate Upton era! I just beat Ali Landry sloppy and I'm LOVIN' IT!" Nervous broadcasters getting ready to insert the Swan Lake tape as Jeri and her cohorts circle the ring...you just never know with this bunch.
