Before: Huge bantam showdown—Electra’s third in a row means she’s shedding that paper champ rap. Hu looking unbeatable on her way up, leaving a pile of worthy contenders in her wake. But reading between the lines shows she’s faced good finesse fighters., not one punch KO artists—Carmen can whack at this weight. Electra also has formidable wheels—Hu won’t have a decisive mobility edge, although most agree she is the superior combination puncher. Hu in slick ponytail, black sports bra, red aerobics bottoms, Carmen in purple two piece aerobics wear, high neck top.

During R1: Both girls showboating, laying traps for one another and trying to sucker the opponent with something big. Near misses for both in high-stakes potshotting—good defensive reflexes and upperbody movement from Carmen, good in and out slashing from Hu, Late in the round, Kelly steps in, feints an catches Carmen with a licking straight right hand from the shoulder and ELECTRA IS HURT! Kelly stepping to the right, dropping the right hand over Carmen’s left shoulder and turning into a biting left hook to the face has the champ reeling backwards at the bell.

R2: All Kelly Hu as Carmen looks tentative—over reacting. Electra running for long stretches, hopping around the perimeter of the ring, trying to make Hu lead, but Kelly able to close ground and stab with the sudden lead right, or lick jabs to post the shutout.

R3: Carmen getting bolder, dropping her hands, bending low, and starting to sling punches with plenty of leg behind them. Hu now circling in retreat, clearly conscious of the thudding power of these lunging blows and not wishing to try one on for size. Late oin the round, Hu once agin steps in, fades back—Electra jumps up like a Jack-in-the-box and Hu NAILS her a well timed left hook on the face. Carmen stumbling away, and in comes Hu, fists slashing in from the sides to chew up Electra’s beautiful face in a series of crashing connects. Carmen hammered to the ropes, looks dazed as Hu shoeshines her breasts at the bell. Kelly turning briskly from hurting opponent, whips her ponytail across Carmen’s putting face with a smirk.

R4: Electra posting her best round—touching Hu with a rangefinding jab and lunging up from her crouch to drag a few heavy rights into Kelly’s midriff., Hu wincing, backing away—very few punches thrown in the final minute as the girls are clearly wary of one another, Shutout Electra.

R5: All Kelly or most of the round—she’s winning the battle of jabs, punching at the right time and pre-empting Electra’s rushes. Late in the round, Carmen able to sweep wide lefts as a screen and jump at Hu’s body with shirt right hands to score. But it’s Hu’s round as she continues to control the action for the most part.
R6: Carmen fighting more desperately, knows she’s behind. Hu’s starting to circle more, punch less—Electra able to cut off the ring, jump at Kelly and get over with looping rights and lefts. Carmen sticking that right uppercut from the knees into Hu’s gut this round—Kelly’s legs don’t like it.

R7: Vintage Kelly Hu as she pre-empots Carmen with a sharp lead right hand, falling off to the left behind a pounding left hook that has Carmen’s face looking shiny. Electra wobbled on several occasions as Hu starts to9 connect flush, hitting Carmen before she can react. Punishment adding up on the champ—she’s lumping up and looking anxious at the bell.

R8: Kelly rolling, mounting her slashing attacks, pasting Carmen’s face with the lead right, then turning the shorter girl to reset the angle, Midway through the round, Carmen finally times the damaging blow, slipping the right hand and running Hu onto a looping left that smashes face as Electra bends into the punch. HU GOES DOWN! Kelly simply bludgeoned to her back and she is HURT! Hu up and shaky, eyes swimming as a scuffed up Carmen Electra gets determined, All Electra the rest of the way as she pounds short right hands to the body, then jumps up with wild left uppercuts, Hammering her way through Kelly’s guard and draping her on the ropes in shock. Hu staggering, fielding huge punches this round—Asian eyes beginning to swell painfully as Carmen starts to take her pound of flesh, Electra tagging Hu with a late right hand over the top—Kelly seems stunned as the ref jumps in.

R9: Cardiac Carmen continues the assault. Kelly’s legs trembling—guard high, and Electra nearly puts her down with a running right uppercut between the mitts! Hu staggering back as Carmen falls off to the right, swinging a straight-arm left palm/heel into Kelly’s face almost directly beside the Asian. Kelly crumbling to the ropes, Electra staying to her side, jumping across Hu’s body and sweeping a huge right hand across the brunette’s exotic face. Hu in trouble, covering up and taking now as Electra feasts. Carmen on wide spread legs, twitching a hurtful left into Hu’s ribs, swaying onto her back foot to make Kelly miss, then leaning back forward to drive in with the right hand to Hu’s battered face. Kelly can’t shake her, can’t get off the ropes and she is CUDGELLED as Carmen pounds away. Carmen grinning late in the round—Hu seated on the ropes, eyes nearly swelled shut from constant clubbing—Electra moves in close and swishes her mitts back and forth, drubbing Hu across the face with keg and torso driven shirt shots. Hu wobbly butt at the bell, bleeding from the nose as Electra thrusts her mitts in the air.

R10: Kelly mounting a last stand, pushing the jab an weeping around Carmen, but Electra patient, stalking, cuts off the ring and takes over the first minute. Hu just can’t get out of the way as Electra reefs the right uppercut into her stomach, buckling the Asian’s legs, and once again driving her to the support of the ropes. Carmen again tormenting her foe, setting up close, but able to sway in and out to deliver crushing blows to the body and head. Hu soaking it up, battered almost unrecognizable by the bell. A final sailing right hand over the top skids off Kelly’s forehead, laving her helpless as the bell sounds—Electra coming back, drives a bolo left into Hu’s crotch, then falls in to cover the atrocity with her body. Kelly groaning in pain and outrage as Carmen leans into her, lapping up the misery. UD10 for the winner and STILL Unified Bantam Champ—Carmen Electra.

After: Hu Squanders a brilliant opening, not finishing her prey, and the champ keeps her composure long enough for her gambling power to pay off. Kelly unable to stand following Electra’s cheapshot punctuation mark, sobs pitifully on her stool as Carmen struts the ring. Electra at her absolute peak right now, nudges her way oast Theron on Many pound for pound charts.
