BEFORE:

"This 'Sexiest Woman Alive' thing is silly," says a smiling Katrina. "I mean, who's to say I'm number one? Some days, I might be second or third, you know? It all depends. Besides, that was a few years ago. But, tonight isn't about that, it's about coming out on top in the ring. And that's just what I'm going to do!"

"'Sexiest Woman Alive' vs. 'Six Feet Of Sexy'," says Ke$ha with a smile of her own. "It's got a ring to it. Just like the ringing that will be going on inside Bowden's head for about a week after Big K lands the overhand left."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Miss Jackson', by Panic! At The Disco, and here comes the star of said video, the lovely Katrina Bowden!"

McCarthy: "Well, she's not bad to look at, but, 'Sexiest Woman Alive'? Last I looked, I was still breathing..."

Cassie: "Here we go..."

McCarthy: "Shut it, Scabbo! And you, too, Walmart!"

Tess: "What did I do?"

McCarthy: "You were thinking it!"

Cassie: "The entire AUDIENCE was thinking it..."

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as Katrina climbs into the ring and is helped off with the robe by the Diamond Boxing Club's corner people..."

Tess: "She certainly fills out that pink and purple striped number pretty well..."

O'Dell: "The fans seem to be appreciating it. And that's 'Tik Tok' you hear pounding through the arena, and here comes 'Six Feet Of Sexy', Ke$ha!"

McCarthy: "I repeat, 'Six Feet Of Grungy' is more like it. Bowden could win this disrobe with her eyes closed..."

Tess: "Wait, why would it make any difference..."

Cassie: "Again, Tess, is it worth it?"

Tess: "Good point..."

O'Dell: "Ke$ha into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that navy bikini she likes, and the fans seem to like THAT, too..."

Tess: "She definitely looks like the bigger girl..."

Cassie: "She is. Ke$ha's one of the biggest lights in the FCBA. She walks around a full welter, but comes down to 130 to fight. Katrina's a more natural light. Probably just a matter of time before Ke$ha joins Decker, Ruah, and Perry with one foot in both divisions. But, tonight, we're at lightweight."

O'Dell: "Well, ladies, we're about ready, so let's get some picks. Tess favors Ke$ha, what do you think, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Bowden's a typical Dancing Hooker opponent. One FCBA fight and she lasted three rounds. Ke$ha's nothing special, but she has to be the favorite."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess."

McCarthy: "Here we go..."

O'Dell: "And there's the bell for the first and here comes Ke$ha! Big K right to work letting 'em go and Bowden immediately in retreat! Ke$ha throwing bombs out of the gate and she's lighting Katrina up! Bowden battered back into the ropes and Ke$ha lining her up..."

McCarthy: "One thing I'll say for the kid is, she's plenty aggressive. Problem is, she gets TOO aggressive and gets sloppy..."

O'Dell: "Not happening now, though. Big K all over Bowden and landing a high percentage of shot. Katrina tying up. Spins free and gets off the ropes, but here comes Ke$ha again! She nails Bowden with a good right and Katrina's knees did a shimmy!"

Cassie: "Bowden getting squared up. She's got to figure how to angle up, because Big K has the range right now and she's going to land one in the magazine eventually..."

O'Dell: "And that's precisely what she's looking to do. Bowden ducking, covering, backed to the ropes again. Ke$ha banging away at the high guard as we go down the stretch. Final seconds tick off. There's the bell. Bowden still on her feet but plenty unsteady on them as she heads back to her corner."

Tess: "10-8, Mac?"

McCarthy: "I don't give out a lot of those without the knockdown, but, in this case, yes."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second round begins with Ke$ha on the offensive again. Working behind the big right jab now, though. Not as busy. Maybe a bit arm-weary, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Has to be. Went all in for three full minutes. Used up a lot of energy in that first round."

O'Dell: "Work rate has slowed, but Ke$ha still in firm control. Bowden on the defensive, giving ground and covering up..."

Cassie: "She's still a little unsteady. Doesn't seem to want to exchange here. Might be a good idea to just try and get through this one, and that's what she seems to be doing."

O'Dell: "And Ke$ha able to take advantage of that. Staying in control behind the big right jab. Bowden unable to get anything going offensively. Ke$ha filling in those gaps. Not landing as clean or as frequently, but she's scoring plenty, and there's the bell."

Tess: "Another shut out, Ke$ha, and now a 20-17 lead through two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round begins with a little offense from Katrina. Bowden seems to have the legs back and she's moving fairly well, slide stepping, jabbing for points. Big K clearly still arm-weary. Not doing much of anything."

Tess: "Looks like Bowden is finally able to take advantage of Ke$ha being a little punnched out, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Exactly, Walmart. She was too unsteady last round to do anything, but now she's boxing well. Using the jab to set up right hands. Getting off in combination..."

O'Dell: "And it's Ke$ha on the defensive in this stanza. Big K not getting hurt by anything Bowden's doing, but Katrina's landing clean shot and scoring well."

Cassie: "Bowden's got fairly quick hands, Jenny. Athletic. Moves her feet well. There's some potential here."

O'Dell: "Katrina in rhythm now. Punches coming together very well. Final seconds ticking off in the third, and there's the bell, and Bowden's on the board ladies."

Tess: "Ke$ha still leads, but it's 29-27 through three."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "We're into the fourth now and it's Ke$ha landing a couple of hard shots that stop Katrina in her tracks! Set up a left hook with that big right jab, and the singer right back to work with the straight right hand."

McCarthy: "Ke$ha seems to have recovered now, so Bowden needs to be careful. She has to keep moving. Can't stand in front of this girl."

O'Dell: "No she can't because there's a BIG left hook and Katrina is wobbled! Bowden stumbles back into the ropes and Ke$ha is right to work, banging away with both hands. Katrina in deep trouble right now as Big K is bouncing punches off her guard again..."

Cassie: "Referee looking very closely. He's not going to allow much more of this!"

O'Dell: "Bowden doing just enough. Ke$ha lands a good left hook in that last flurry. Katrina wobbles but stays on her feet. Bowden tying up now. Ke$ha shoving free, but Katrina ties her up again. Bowden hanging on as the final seconds tick away and there's the bell. Katrina lasts out the fourth, but another good round for Ke$ha."

Tess: "39-36 through four. Ke$ha's built herself a nice cushion."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "As we return to action in the fifth, the two ladies jabbing in the middle of the ring. Bowden the more aggressive of the pair..."

McCarthy: "Ke$ha looking winded again. This kid has to learn to conserve energy better."

O'Dell: "Bowden again making hay against a sluggish, tired Ke$ha. Katrina lands a solid combination. Again...AND DOWN GOES KE$HA! Bowden a nasty right hand to end another flurry and Ke$ha takes a knee!"

Cassie: "Give Katrina credit. She's recognized and is taking full advantage of the energy deficit. This is savvy stuff for a girl in her second FCBA fight!"

O'Dell: "Referee's count to three. Four. Five. Six. Ke$ha to her feet at seven. Referee gives her the mandatory, and he'll let it continue. Bowden quickly forward and letting both hands go. Ke$ha willing to give ground, backs to the ropes, hands high in a tight guard. Bowden going body now to try to bring the guard down. Ke$ha not having any, keeping the gloves high...."

McCarthy: "Katrina needs to get back upstairs, try to finish this thing."

O'Dell: "And that's what she's doing, clanging punches off the bigger blonde's gloves, splitting them with a good left hand. Ke$ha jabbing back in spots, but it's all Bowden down the stretch to the final bell!"

Tess: "And she's right back in the fight. 47-46 through five."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Sixth round underway and Ke$ha off the stool and after Bowden. Big K banging home the right jab. Bowden backing and circling away...BIG LEFT HAND AND DOWN GOES KATRINA!"

Cassie: "No point in counting. That was the overhand left...the Hammer of Thor. No one's gotten up from that one yet..."

O'Dell: "Bowden blown to her back. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Six. Seven...Katrina not moving at all. Eight. Nine. Ten! It's over! And your winner by KO6, 'Six Feet of Sexy', Ke$ha!"

Tess: "You have something for us on the replay, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Sure do. Watch Ke$ha using that right jab, and Katrina circling, but watch what Bowden does here. She steps to her RIGHT away from the jab. Not the way you want to go, because she's stepping right TOWARD Ke$ha's left hand. Here it comes. BAM! Check the head swivel. She's out before she hits the mat. Give the kid credit, though, she competed like heck and created a crowd-pleasing fight."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Ke$ha, and, Big K, she had you in trouble for a minute there..."

Ke$ha: "Got a little too excited trying to take her out and got winded a bit. It's all good, though. Sooner or later I was going to catch her. And, when I did? One word. 'Timber'!"
