Before: Conquest Corp flexes it's muscle, leapfrogging Pressly to the top of Carmen's dancecard with one humungous cheque. Pundits wonder if Pressly's seasoned enough for Electra, but Jaime exudes total confidence just three weeks after her grueling battle with Hatcher. Carmen melts down to 112 for the weigh in, but fleshes out on fight night to come in the bigger girl. Collision of styles between two hard hitting dancers - Pressly more of an upright slugger in the Hatcher mold, Electra a club-fighter whose unorthodox moves and leg strength give her options other fighters just don't have. Pressly in grey cotton 2 piece dance wear, black sneakers, ponytail, Electra in purple two piece aerobics togs, high neck, white shoes, ponytail.

During R1: Carmen squatting low, working underneath Pressly's jab, but Jaime nimble, stepping around Electra, backhanding the jab, and picking Carmen up with a little clipping uppercut from the right hand to take the round.

R2: Pressly in control, lifting the jab off her hip, then stepping in behind to whip the right with authority. Carmen backpedaling, doesn't look comfortable, and midway through the round, Jaime lights her up with a wide right hand on the jaw. Electra wobbled, clinches and the girls grapple along the ropes to the bell.

R3: Electra straightens into her patented uppercut from the knees, dragging the punch into Jaime's rock hard abs to slow the blonde this round. Electra staying close, working inside Jaime's jab, puts punches together and outhustles Pressly inside. Carmen able to push Jaime around the ring, fighting off Pressly's chest to post a dominant shutout round of body punching.

R4: Jaime mouth breathing from Carmen's sustained body attack, looks uppercut to even things up, but Electra punching with Jaime catches her a clean left hook to put the blonde in trouble. Jaime shaken up, hands low, staggers forward as Electra leaps into wide body shots, virtually crippling Pressly to the bell. Intimidation from Carmen after the bell as she lays on Pressly against the ropes, trash talking the groggy blonde as the ref pries the two apart.

R5: Carmen's got a read on Jaime, coming in low, slipping Pressly's right hand, then stepping in, straightening up to bang the left hook on the blonde's teeth as Jaime throws her own hook.

R6: Pressly hurt by a series of these well timed hooks, finally takes a seat as Carmen stays with the pattern. Pressly up on rubbery legs, looks stiff and hurt as she wobbles away, pushing her arms straight out, while Carmen hunts her down, looking for wide potshotting blows from weird angles. Pressly dancing, running, gets out of the round, but is badly busted up going back to her corner.

R7-8: Cocky Carmen walks in with hands at her sides, looking to step into a big punch, but Jaime's recovered sufficiently to box. Pressly circling, feeds Electra a stiff jab, while turning a shoulder to deflect Carmen's overhand right. Electra unable to close, gets outboxed these rounds while she seeks the knockout.

R9: Pressly backhanding the jab, setting her feet, picks Carmen up with that biting right uppercut, and Electra looks a little wobbly after being rejected from the inside on a series of early rushes. Midway through the round, Pressly dazzles her foe, stepping to the right, banging left hooks directly to Carmen's left eye as Electra stumbles forward. Pressly reversing field, steps into a crashing right hand across the mouth and Electra folds forward, then crashes back to the canvas as though shot. Stunned and bloodied, Electra beats the count, but Jaime is on her with whipping combinations, lashing at the hurting brunette to the bell and beyond with wide lefts and rights. Fight is tied going into the tenth, and Carmen Electra is a wreck.

R10: Carmen struggles off her stool to meet Jaime at center ring, but the blonde is the fresher fighter. Fighting with a swollen face and bruised ribs, Jaime lays down a cruel blanket of jabs to Carmen's eye, pounding back the little brunette's head with authority, and breaking down her form. From the midway point, Pressly owns Carmen Electra, touching her lips with the jab, then whipping the right hand in hard from the side to bang savagely against the side of Electra's head. Carmen beaten senseless, simply stumbles forward for most of the round, unable to slip the punches, and unable to reach the lanky blonde with anything serious. Pressly pounding one-twos to the final bell, lifts her mitts with a sneer at the bell. Decision comes back a one point victory for Jaime Pressly, leaving Electra dazed and shell-shocked in the process.

After: Pressly punching above her weight, puts Carmen off her feet and guts out the final round to win a dramatic come from behind upset. Electra in control with body shots, seemed to have Pressly on the verge of a stoppage with left hook counters, but couldn't close the show, and Jaime showed heart in pounding out 4 of the last 5 to take it.
