Adele Silva's been busy with mentoring Roxanne Pallett into a meteoric run of results in recent months and unfortunately missed her own chance against Emily Atack but she's been handed another tough fellow blonde challenger, Kayleigh Pearson, to avenge that disappointement. Pearson looked mighty impressive in a brutal knockout of Amelle Berrabah last December before supervising the Mr. Marcus Invitational but many people in Cardiff think that Adele Silva will serve as Kayleigh's ultimate test and apparently she's looking at Emilia Clarke on her path towards the flyweight belts in the near future if she can destroy the Emmerdale blonde tonight.

Round 1:
Kayleigh finds the better precision early, swings on Adele's rack and makes the connection, reels the older blonde back and shows superior intensity before falling into a heavy response as Silva whacks her on the nose with a big jabbing effort, both girls start to trade leather mindlessly to surprise the crowd but it's Pearson assuming control again as she thumps Adele's boobs and digs leather into her stomach thereafter. Silva tries to clinch but gets sliced across the mouth and retreats as Pearson reaches out after her regardless and nails on the cheeks. Adele's forced into dancing her way out of trouble as the younger blonde's intensity proves superior through the bell and a jabbing series on the guts almost traps her onto the ropes in the dying seconds.

Round 2:
More high-intensity jabbing from Pearson who slices Silva's mitts and pummels her cheeks into reddish marks, early moans from the Emmerdale vixen fuels the model's will to make the breakthrough and she finds a quick uppercut to bend Adele to the side, follows up with more leather on the head but digs the breadbasket too and has Silva trembling. Vicious flurry of punches nails an aching actress on the nose and throws her onto the ropes just as Kayleigh pours in with more venom and shatters the guard terminally. She pounds away at the face and cracks another uppercut on the chin TO SEND ADELE DOWN ONTO HER KNEES... Denise van Outen shocked in the BBU TV booth as the experienced ex-champ crumbles under the underdog pressure... Pearson with her eyes glaring, resumes the Silva pounding after the seven count and buries the older blonde on the ropes, works the single hand on the navel and makes Adele whimper... Another uppercut on the chin slices the mitts and has the Emmerdale blonde in trouble, left hook on the temple adds more misery before one more hook nails her on the nose and causes a bleeding... Adele tries to cover up but gets shoved into the ropes even more as Pearson reigns supreme and pummels her mindlessly to stun the crowd... another piercing hook blasts Silva's nose and the champ trembles one more time, left hook on the temple spins her around the turnbuckle with eyes closed and arms dropped against her tummy... SWIFT LEFT HOOK ON THE NOSE leaves blood streaming from Silva's nostrils and marking the canvas within seconds... Ex-champion sags on her knees and is almost knocked to the orbit as Kayleigh piles on with more jabbing on the wounded nose... ADELE DROPS TO HER BACKSIDE with the blue bikini & cleavage now covered in blood and she refuses to acknowledge the count while the younger blonde struts back to her corner... KO2 Kayleigh Pearson!!!

AFTER: That's a genuine upset even for Denise van Outen as Adele Silva was rarely roughed up like that in her career even though Kayleigh Pearson seemed to be underused in recent months following the Tech Europe demise and still capable of producing the proverbial upset. And now she can fall into Roxanne Pallett's wrath, the Adele Silva protegee surely would be more than OK with adding the blonde scalp to her recent trophy room but other than that, Kayleigh's announced herself among the potential elite spoilers.

Back in the Millennium Stadium, Pearson just leans against the ropes and smiles back to the crowd, it seems like she hardly broke sweat but still Adele Silva quickly resumes her order and argues with the ref about lack of medical help following the nasal bleeding. "That's sour grapes, you silly tramp!", Kayleigh overhears the argument and laughs it out, shakes her glove in front of Adele who tries to wrestle her to the ground but it's all a bit too late for the Emmerdale girl. Shortly afterwards the security crew escorts a furious Adele back to the locker room and leaves Pearson posing for the cameras.

Is this the day when she finally breaks the undercard billing and starts selling the show on her own?
