Debby Ryan makes her bantamweight debut in London tonight and according to BBU TV's Charlie Webster she's still in the flyweight range which adds more mystery to her future plans. It's also hard to judge whether Debby will be any good against heavier opposition since she takes on a previously lacklustre Lucy Mecklenburgh who couldn't get through the third round in her past outings and was thought to have retired. However the buxom brunette still offers the BBU TV a good laugh claiming she's at least better than Sara Tommasi and will have no problems in beating a flyweight-based girl like Ryan. We shall see about that...
Debby Ryan wears a red basque top, black knickers and red gloves. Lucy Mecklenburgh wears a lacy black bikini set and blue gloves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.
Round 1:
Lucy comes out swinging, sends a couple of hooks on the blonde's head but Debby easily avoids them and throws a quick hook in response... she nails Lucy on the jaw and sags her on the knees on the spot... A loud yelp comes out from the brunette's mouth as she wobbles back and has no chance to escape a flurry of Debby's leather which crash off the cheeks and SEND LUCY TUMBLING TO THE CANVAS.... That was ultra quick from the American who just thumped the brunette with her first attack of the night and exposed Mecklenburgh's woeful punching resistance... Lucy's up at seven but still shaking and just staring at her opponent in sheer disbelief... Debby doesn't want to play around and jumps at her straight after the command, sends more head snapping punches as Lucy just can't offer any sort of resistance and allows the blonde to thump her cheeks at will; Ryan traps her butt-in-ropes and sends another combo on the temples which turns her lights out moments later... LUCY'S DOWN ON HER KNEES and just collapses face-first at the American's feet... Effortless KO1 Debby Ryan!!!
AFTER: The blonde hardly broke sweat tonight and can only laugh at Mecklenburgh's performance, that was easier than a sparring session in the gym according to everyone in the O2 Arena and at least the crowd gets to see Lucy's boobs as Debby rips her bikini top off before pushing her into a lenghty Walk of Shame. Lucy still looks dazed and unaware of her whereabouts but that's the last worry on Ryan's mind as she sports the biggest smile of her career. "I could do this all week long!", she shouts to the crowd before finally releasing the wobbly brunette to slump on her knees again.
Charlie Webster thinks this fight gave no answer to Debby's true bantamweight potential and one can only speculate what she can do in this division while Lucy looked terrible as usual and based on this performance even the fellow jobber Sara Tommasi could easily beat her up.
Final result: Debby Ryan def. Lucy Mecklenburgh KO1. |
