Julianne Hough versus Megan Fox
Flyweight Title

Before: It's a big night for both stars looking to build off of their recent successes in the pop culture scene with Megan Fox scoring a number one hit with “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” and Julianne recently being named to the judges panel for the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars.” Megan is confident that her momentum in the box office will translate into the ring and Julianne hoping that she will be the one dancing triumphantly by the end of the night.

R1: Juli putting on a clinic, keeping her lead foot outside Megan's left, turning her clockwise as she drills away with right jabs before retreating. Fox unhurt but schooled in an effortless shutout.

R2: Megan flustered, badly outclassed in the first. She storms out of her corner in a reckless fury. Juli working jabs to Megan's belly then pelting away with high flurries as Fox drops her elbows. Megan sporting a cut lip, lumping up, flailing away as Hough helps herself battering Megan's face. Bell: Fox spent, eyes closed, quivering as her corner desperately tries to revive her.

R3:‎ Juli goes all in, punishing Megan, putting more behind her shots as she senses Megan is fading. Juli in close, peppering Fox with tight flurries up top before rocking Fox with a compact left to the liver sending Megan crumpling to the canvas in agony. Megan sobbing, hair obscuring her eyes in agony as she desperately bests the count. Fox swaying in the wind, out on her feet, hands, low, but still snarling, all but knocked out, Hough charges across the ring, eager to end this contest as the bell rings! Megan's corner threatening to end things soon if she doesn't fight back

R4: Hough moving in quickly, ‎Fox clinching, still desperately hurt.... Juli staggers backward! Megan lands a cheap left to the trunks followed by a pair of rights to the belly button! Hough eyes shut, mouth open as she hits the ropes. Megan pushing forward, pressing her left forearm against Juli's breasts as she clubs away with her right! Megan keeping on the pressure, dropping hooks to the body as Hough sobs on her shoulder, it's too much... Megan lands an uppercut to the solar plexus followed by a hook to the chin, sending Juli to the canvas! Megan bellowing, Juli ashen face, busted up, as she beats the count at eight! Fox snarling, screaming "stay down, you're finished" Hough wisely clinching, fighting back with tight hooks as both girls return to their corners trembling.

R5:‎ Foes stumble mid ring, clinching in a boozy embrace, exchanging hooks to the body in a phone booth. Megan gets the better of it, peppering Juli's sculpted abs where she left off and following up with another low left bringing Hough forward gurgling before punishing her with an uppercut, sending her ramshackle into the ropes! Fox snarling, charging forward as Juli leans back for support, tragically hurt, on a stupor as she takes hellacious head shots, crowd in hysterics, Hough ready to go... and Juli bangs back! Hough out on her feet, summons the reserves to blast Megan back to the stone age with a sequence of hols that send her stumbling backwards mid ring. Crowd on its feet as both girls flail away punch drunk! Megan lands a punishing shot to the body but swings over a ducking Hough who lands an uppercut to Megan's belly button, winning a sob as she lands a series of hooks to the body, forcing Fox to drop her hands, Juli relentless, eager to finish her dirty foe, landing another uppercut to the belly before launching a high hook that catches Megan on the chin, sending sheets of sweat flying across the ring, Fox jelly legged collapsing into the turnbuckles, and hitting the canvas, hair over both breasts, left arm out of the ropes. Megan desperately trying to rise...And it's over! Megan unable to get to a knee, as both girls break into tears. KO 5 Julianne Hough!

After: Julianne excited following her first flyweight title defense, grinning as she looks over at a dazed Megan Fox who has recovered from her loss and looking furious, hands on her hips as she is forced to watch Julianne being handed the flyweight belt she felt she deserved to win! It's a rough loss in a close match for Megan, but a big night for Hough, who is excitedly addressing the press following her victory: “I don't think there's any question that I'm the top flyweight over at Empire Boxing! Sorry, Sienna, but it's obvious by now that I've passed you by! You're a has-been and guess what? I'm on top now, so get used to it! Same goes for the rest of the flyweight division, so bring it on!!” as Julianne looks to build on this success and build momentum as she continues her run with the gold!
