The Man In The Hat sits, as usual, at the center of the dais. To his left are Leven Rambin, Leighton Meester, Kesha, Mariska Hargitay, Jewel, and Jane Levy. To his right sit Allison Mack, Britney Spears, Grace Park, Pink, Neve Campbell, and Avril Lavigne.

Man In The Hat: "All right, as usual, before we get to questions, there are some people I want to thank. Let's start with Odds and Ends. We always enjoy workin' with them and appreciate them agreein' ta come see us again. Also, our indie fighters, who remain a big part of what we do here at Asylum. It was great ta have girls like Denise Richards and Pam Anderson with us. And, of course, my good friend Pointy and the Bazz stable, a regular participant here at Asylum. Also, to Av and Jane for putting together another great card, and, as always, last but not least, to the FCBA commission for sanctioning these bouts and making Asylum possible. Now, questions. Cable Boy. Go!"

HBO Reporter: "The word 'upset' was used to describe Leven's loss to Kendra..."

Man In The Hat: "Well, if you look at the relative experience levels, it wouldn't be an upset. But, Leven's a full bantam and Kendra's really a fly, so, I could see why people would say that. But, what it comes down to is this. Leven was gonna lose one sooner or later. Again, most stables aren't fated to have a Claire Holt. And Kendra's a dangerous opponent at either weight because she hits above her weight. She's never out of a fight and she showed why tonight. But, I wasn't disappointed with what I saw from Leven. She fought well and she got caught. It happens. I ain't worried about it. Cable Boy II!"

Showtime Reporter: "A couple of your other bantams, Grace and Pink, looked pretty good tonight..."

Man In The Hat: "Well, we've got three girls who are tightly spaced atop our bantam division right now and Gracie and Pink are two of 'em. Gracie's been champ before and she wants those belts back. Pinkness may be ready to make a move of her own. We'll see what happens. Well, look, it's BLONDE! Magazine!"

BLONDE! Magazine Reporter: "Kesha was impressive tonight..."

Man In The Hat: "Yes, she was. Angie is a tough, veteran fighter who can hit. She's very slick and has a lot of experience. I knew she'd be a test for Big K, and she was. But, Kesha passed, and not just because she won. She did the things she needed to do. She handled the things she needed to handle. And, when she got Angie in trouble, she FINISHED. Boxin' is a lot like soccer in that some girls ain't FINISHERS, and some ARE. Kesha IS a finisher. If she gets you in trouble, she knows how to get you out of there. And that's extremely important. You HAVE to finish when you get the chance. Kesha can. And Kesha DOES. Tess, dear, go ahead..."

Tess: "You talk sometimes about fighters having to 'take care of business'. Leighton needed to do that tonight. Did she?"

Man In The Hat: "Yes, she most certainly did. Leighton showed some of the stuff that makes me believe she can be a champion at this weight. She wasn't great, didn't have her best stuff, but she used what she had and she won the fight. I liked what I saw. Liked it a lot. Smackeroo, I'm gettin' peckish. Take us to dinner!"

Reporter: "The Mack/McCarthy fight. What would you have done if J-Mac turned you down?"

Man In The Hat(smiling broadly): "We would have gotten to dinner a little earlier."

(Laughter)

Man In The Hat: "But. McCarthy wasn't gonna turn us down, because McCarthy's got a problem with EGO. She couldn't STAND not to be included on a Playboy card. Couldn't handle it. So, when she got the chance, she was gonna take it. There wasn't any question about it. And I new 'Knife' would beat her. Wasn't any question about THAT either..."

Reporter: "Are you still 3-9?"

Man In The Hat: "Well...maybe we're 4-9 now, but it doesn't matter none. We still ain't gonna accomplish anything this year, and we're still gonna use what's left of this season for Evaluation purposes. Now, let's eat. Tess! Smackey! Limo!"
