BEFORE:

"I'm a multiple-time champion, and the last time I was here," says Denise with a lovely smile, "I gave a Hall of Famer all she wanted. And, this time, they have me up against a girl who isn't getting in there without a ticket. I'd bet on me."

"Yeah, she's been a champion," says Pink with a little smile of her own. "She also had a film career. All seems like a long time ago now, doesn't it?"

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'The World Is Not Enough', by Garbage..."

McCarthy: "It' SOUNDS like garbage, this place SMELLS like garbage, this whole CARD is garbage..."

Tess: "Thank you, Al Pacino..."

O'Dell: "Now, calm DOWN, Mac. You are in a MOOD tonight..."

McCarthy: "Because RICHARDS isn't a Playmate! Half of these girls aren't PLAYMATES! And here I sit, the Playmate of the Freakin' CENTURY, and I was not asked to appear! Siri, call my agent!"

Cassie: "Here we go..."

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Scabbo..."

O'Dell(sighing): "The song, of course, is from the film of the same name, and here comes one of the stars of that film, Denise Richards. Richards into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal a red number and a body that still looks pretty amazing..."

McCarthy: "But not as good as the one sitting at this table owned by a REAL Playmate who didn't...SIRI, WHY AREN'T YOU CALLING MY AGENT???"

O'Dell(sighing more deeply): "This is going to be a long night. But, since we have to be here, take a listen to 'Trouble', which is booming through the arena, and the singer of that song, 'The Queen of Front Street', Pink, is on her way to the ring..."

McCarthy: "Oh, there's going to be TROUBLE, if this stupid phone doesn't call MY AGENT!"

O'Dell: "Pink into the ring. Helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that black number with the white skulls she likes, and we're about ready to go. Let's get some picks. Tess favors Pink. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Richards isn't a Playmate, but she's a good fighter, unlike her Dancing Hooker opponent who ducked me for YEARS. I'm picking Richards..."

Cassie: "I agree with Tess..."

O'Dell: "And, here we go. Richards right forward looking to engage, Pink, on the other hand, has a different idea. Pinkness bouncing, circling, snapping out left hands. Denise swinging and missing, short, wide, late, and that opens up space for solid counters from Pink."

Tess: "Pink, as you know, very athletic, does trapeze in her act, moves very well, but this isn't normally her style. She likes to engage and bang."

O'Dell: "Has some different ideas right now, though, and they're working to perfection. Richards can't square up, not able to land anything solid. Pink a moving target, stopping, popping with a flurry, and back on the move."

Cassie: "Have to like what Pink's doing here. Our former commissioner always said she was very well balanced, and she is. She can fight a lot of different ways and do a lot of different things, and you're seeing some of that now."

O'Dell: "Pink very quick, very fluid. Richards always a step behind. Denise dogged, trying to create some offense, but unable to get it done. Final seconds ticking off, good right hand counter from Pink and there's the bell."

McCarthy: "If I was in there, Pink wouldn't get away with all this dancing, because I'm quicker than she is! But, of course, I was SNUBBED, so Pink has the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second round underway and more movement from Pink. The singer all about the legs, snapping that left into Denise's face, slowing her as she tries to stalk, and, when she gets her where she wants to, letting the leather fly in sharp, accurate flurries."

McCarthy: "Richards needs to get more aggressive. She's got to push forward, walk through these jabs. Pink's picking her apart."

O'Dell: "Indeed, she is, Mac. Pinkness throwing very quick, accurate stuff. Fouling Denise's aim with the movement, and it's not just the feet. Hands, head, shoulders, it's all about motion, getting to spots, and scoring with both hands."

Cassie: "Denise having real problems squaring up and getting off. She's not even able to do much in counter. She's spending the round covering up and resetting."

O'Dell: "Pink easy, breezy, bouncin' and misbehavin'. She's fighting righty, as she usually does despite being a natural lefty. Using the left to create openings for solid right hands, and in complete control to the bell."

Tess: "Wide round for Pink, no question. Up 20-18 after two. Good start for Pinkness."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third begins with a strategy change by Pink. Pinkness more aggressive now, coming forward behind the left hand. Richards responds and we see a couple of sharp exchanges. Both ladies landing some good stuff in those."

McCarthy: "This is more of what Richards wants. She's setting up behind her left hand. She's got a little reach on Pink and she's using that effectively, making Pink take leather to give some."

O'Dell: "Exchanges longer this round, neither woman looking to break off and move. Both landing solid shot. Denise's punches are by far her best of the fight, and Pink's giving as good as she gets, going body some as she gets in close, banging home that left hook into the ribs."

Cassie: "We've seen enough of Denise lately to know she can still fight. She's strong and sturdy and in great shape. She's not going to get bullied around, even by Pink."

O'Dell: "She most definitely is not. Denise holding ground in the face of Pink's onslaught, and the singer doing the same as Pink responds. Good, crisp stuff from both women, as this round turns into an effort on both sides to grab canvas, and neither woman willing to cede any. Final seconds tick off, and there's the bell. Close round, ladies, but I think Richards is on the board."

Tess: "And the cards now read 29-28 after three."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "We begin the fourth with Richards working forward. Pink now willing to give ground as Denise advances behind her left hand. Richards accurate with the jab, controlling Pink with it, setting her up for good right hands."

McCarthy: "Pink doesn't want to stand and bang with Richards. She's backing up and fighting counter, giving Denise the offense."

O'Dell: "Third different strategy we've seen from Pink this far. She's now allowing Denise to fight lead, backing into the ropes, working from the pocket some a la Britney. She's landing some in counter, but Richards doing a lot of scoring. Denise getting into rhythm, landing in combination as well as she has all night."

Cassie: "Pink having a little success in counter, but these terms are working very well for Richards. The movement that was working for Pink in the first two rounds no longer in evidence, and Denise can now range in and score."

O'Dell: "And this is very good stuff from Richards. Very accurate. Very slick. Keeping the feet moving to square Pink up. Pink clever in the defense, especially when she's in the pocket, but not doing a lot of scoring. Under 15 seconds left in the fourth. Richards measuring with that left. Lands a good right and there's the bell. Best round of the fight for Denise."

Tess: "And we're all even at 38 after four."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth round underway and it's movement from Pink. The Front Streeter back on her horse, bouncing, circling, snapping out lefts, forcing Denise to stalk. Richards determinedly doing so, but Pink using that jab to slow her down, then dropping in right hands."

Cassie: "I get the feeling that Pink has tried out a few strategies here and found one she likes..."

O'Dell: "Seems that way, Cassie. She won the first two rounds doing this, and she's causing a ton of problems for Denise here in the fifth with it. Richards can't get off at all, taking leather as she tries to get to her spots. Pink all leg, a constantly moving target, stopping only long enough to flurry before bouncing away."

McCarthy: "Again, Richards needs to be more aggressive. She has to get after Pink, be willing to walk through some of these lefts."

O'Dell: "Might be willing but unable right now, Mac. Pink VERY accurate with the left hand. And these aren't powder puff jabs. Pink's, as we've said, a natural lefty, and there's power in that left hand. Richards getting stopped again and again, and Pink picking her spots for those hard right hands. Richards getting the head snapped back several times down the stretch, and there's the bell. First shutout round of the night, and it belongs to Pink."

Tess: "48-47 at the halfway point."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Sixth underway now, and Pink has the terms she likes. She's all movement, showing that athleticism, circling, stopping, popping, then moving again. Richards getting hit with jab after jab, that left hand of the Front Streeter snapping into her face and stopping her advances cold."

Tess: "Denise has to be getting a bit frustrated, Jenny. She's had no answers for Pink when Pinkness has used this strategy."

O'Dell: "Richards dogged in her pursuit, but she's unable to get to spots, unable to get off, just shipping leather from the singer and DOWN GOES RICHARDS!"

Cassie: "Left hook! Set that up off the left jab. Left jab, feinted a right hook and dropped the left over Denise's left glove!"

O'Dell: "Richards knocked flat to her back. Referee count at three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Denise to her feet at eight. Ref going to give her the mandatory. And waive for it to continue. And there's plenty of movement from Pink now and it's all forward. Pinkness moving in for the kill, backing Denise into the ropes and going after her with both hands. Pink BANGS home a big right that shakes Richards again, hooks the body with the left, back upstairs with another hard right. Denise in a high guard, holding on. Pink snaps her head back with another right that wobbles Richards' knees and IT'S OVER! Referee has seen enough and he's stopping it! And your winner by TKO6 is 'The Queen of Front Street', Pink!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I've got our winner, Pink, and, Pinkness, were you surprised about how good a match Denise gave you?"

Pink: "Not at all. Neve told me she could still fight, and she can. She's in great shape, and she's physical. Problem is, if a girl is trying to match physicality with me, she's in trouble."

Tess: "What's next for you? Are you after one of those wheelbarrows?"

Pink(smiling): "You know, I've been around here awhile. Might be time for me to get involved in that title discussion. We'll see what the bosses think, but I'm game if they're interested."
