DISNEY & NICKELODEON CHALLENGE BOUTS PART TWO

Keen to notch a win after her crushing defeat by Jennette McCurdy, Ariana has gleefully accepted the challenge by Daniella, and she intends to beat the older ‘Victorious’ actress tonight. Daniella is equally keen to win, and has promised to punish Ariana both during and after this evening’s fight.

Ariana wears a white one piece suit for this fight, with matching gloves and boots, with busty Daniella opting for a tangerine top and boots, white knickers and white gloves.

Round 1

The opening seconds are rather fraught, with both girls looking to land a big punch, Ariana finding it tricky to settle as Daniella bats her face with a good left right combination, and the girl has to cover, forcing Daniella to change her tactics, the brunette now giving young Ariana a good shot to the midsection. Ariana hits back, coming out of a potentially dangerous position on the ropes, but Daniella again manages to find her jaw with a neat left hand shot, Ariana swaying clear of a follow up right, and she’s needing all her energy in this opening round, Daniella coming to her again in the closing seconds, but this time she’s comfortably dealt with as Ariana lands her own left, right combination, but Daniella has impressed in that opening round.

Round 2

Daniella bosses Ariana in a tough opening exchange of punches, takes a couple in the body, but lands sharp shots to the redhead’s face, and she gets through to the body again, only for Ariana to slip sideways from her, and then to pop a series of shots into her face, the younger girl getting her jab operating well, spearing her right between Daniela’s gloves, the older girl not quick enough to take evasive action, Ariana coming out of her defensive shell, and she shows good agility, moving side to side, giving Daniella a couple of firm punches to her face, takes one to the mouth in return, then closes the round out as she hits Daniella’s midsection her gloves connecting with the older girl’s flesh, the leather making a satisfying slapping sound as the punches land.

Round 3

The rounds starts slowly, which seems to suit Daniella, the brunette keeping to the centre of the ring, letting Ariana come to her, the younger girl beginning to tag her more regularly but she needs to be careful, because Daniella fights back, knocks Ariana backwards with a crisp uppercut, the redhead spinning backwards, Daniella not quite speedy enough to take advantage, so when she tries to get some follow up punches into Ariana’s face, the younger girl’s ready for her, and hurts her with a left hook to the ribs, Daniella stepping back, but managing to punch Ariana to the face when the little redhead gets in closer, Daniella nicking the round, but Ariana on top at the bell.

Round 4

It’s Ariana taking the initiative now, and she’s quickly into action, working on Daniella’s body, the older girl not looking quite toned enough to take real punishment, her arms dropping rather too quickly for her corner’s liking, Ariana thudding another right hook into the brunette’s abdomen before moving her assault to the girl’s head, and she cracks a left hook into Daniella’s face, follows that with a right hook, and Daniella’s knees seem to quiver, the older girl just about managing to clinch, but her strength is waning, and Ariana clubs away at her body inside, Daniella suffering in this round, the referee separating her from Ariana, and she stands her ground a little better in the closing stages of the round, takes a pair of hard punches to her body, but at least hits back with a couple of punches to Ariana’s face.

Round 5

Ariana takes the fight to Daniella again, but she hasn’t got the physical presence to dominate the brunette, who takes the younger girl’s first pair of punches, and starts fighting back at her, swiping her face with a good left hook, and following up with a right, and another left. Ariana still comes forward, gets her jab in between Daniella’s gloves to land in her mouth, but the older girl hits her to the body with her right hook, only to miss with her right, Ariana clinching, giving herself enough room to hit Daniella inside, the brunette again showing her inexperience, and she needs to tighten up her defences – the referee does her a favour by breaking the hold, Daniella able to react better from the restart, right hooks Ariana to the jaw, sending the girl back to the ropes, but again she’s too slow to follow up, with Ariana giving her three hard punches to her body, taking the shine off her efforts earlier in the round.

Round 6

Ariana again moves with agility across the ring, and Daniella’s not moving too much as she absorbs a crushing battering to her body, the little redhead really unloading to the brunette’s ribs and midsection, Daniella stubbornly defending, but Ariana whips in a good uppercut from her hip, which sends Daniella’s head backwards, the brunette struggling to hang on to the smaller girl, the referee again separating them, but Ariana’s hurt Daniella with that punch, and she tries it again, doesn’t quite land it cleanly, but still has the brunette backed up to the ropes, smacks her head to the left, then to the right, her eyes beginning to glaze over, but she gets her gloves upside her face again, Ariana quick enough and agile enough to hit her to the midsection instead, Daniella looking like a girl on borrowed time, stumbling as she goes to her stool.

Round 7

Ariana’s making Daniella look poor now, hits her to the face with three rat-a-tat jabs, the older girl flailing with her gloves in defence, Ariana dipping back in close, hitting her to the body, now the face again, left hook, right hook – Daniella’s legs are wobbling again, and Ariana hits her with the right hook to her jaw, putting her down, and on her back. Daniella lays there, looking up through beary eyes as the referee stands over her, giving her the 10 count

Result: Ariana Grande knocked Daniella Monet out in round 7.

That was an excellent performance from Ariana, making Daniella look poor, wearing her down and finally putting her away. Daniella will learn from this – she needs to sharpen up!
