Missy Peregrym (Lookout Boxing) versus Kelly Brook (Jeri's Knockouts)

BEFORE: "It's not like I'm being jealous but Yvonne Strahovski's rise to the lightweight title stardom has deprived me of all the exposure!" Missy Peregrym sounds pretty sour but not stirred ahead of her much anticipated comeback vs Kelly Brook, "Many people think I should be doing bantamweight again but I'm more athletic than Vonnie so I don't think I should give up on the light because I'm supposedly too small for most of the girls these days. And I'm glad to fight an experienced veteran whom I never faced before. It's cool we finally get to meet but she'll get no easy pass from me!"

Indeed Kelly Brook has 90 bouts under her belt which puts her among the most experienced lightweights around but amazingly she's never faced Missy Peregrym before: "I respect what she's done thus far but I still have plenty of skill left in me", the model is keen to secure a valuable scalp tonight and she's not without an outside chance having dispatched the highly touted Katy Perry in her last bout but one, "Missy is the A-list and I always thrive on such opposition! I just hope she doesn't fear getting mauled a bit!" (laughs).

Missy Peregrym wears a navy blue basque top, black hip huggers and blue gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a ponytail. Kelly Brook wears a red bikini with black & white trim and red gloves. Light brown hair in loose curls.

Round 1:
Both girls in feisty approach and a solid jab to get things going, early test of strenght has Missy searching for Kelly's temples but the response is more accurate as the model pumps her mitts into the Canadian's ribcage and slows her down enough to pierce the midriff and chase her down after a shift of positioning. Missy struggles to stretch her elbows as classic body set up does the trick for Kelly and enables her to score clean blows, avoiding the wide Peregrym approach. Missy's forced to up the intensity a notch but struggles in landing a really big punch and skims off the model's flesh all round instead.

Round 2:
A quick tangle in the middle of the ring has Brook pumping midsection leather again but Peregrym finds her chin with the opening punch and sends the light brown hair flying; the model shrieks in surprise but wobbles back onto the younger brunette's cleavage and refuses to stop pounding her ribs. Missy shrugs her off with some athleticism display and beats for an overhand on the eye, walks from the close range dust up whereas Kelly struggles to find the precision in wider stance and skims off the forearms herself. Missy adds more agility and sends quick jabs around the elbows to slow the model down even further; Kelly's too eager to close her down and almost eats another piledriver on the chin, wobbles to the side in chaotic avoidance and gets wrenched on the liver area with Peregrym's ponytail flicking back & forth now as the Canadian tries to chop her down but catches the elbows late and looks upset at the bell.

Round 3:
Missy beats the model for another overhand on the eye and works the drilling jabs on the midsection thereafter; Brook very sluggish in catching up with sheer intensity, has to retreat but falls foul to another overhand and gets run around the ring under heavy pursuit. Missy ducking & weaving underneath a single hand approach, spikes the chest with a quick response and goes really low on her feet before opening up down the stretch as Brook shows first signs of frustration. Both women leap into a furious tangle in the final minute and Missy kinda outfoxed the older brunette into such a move but as they bump off each other's cleavage, Kelly sends the ribcage ripper but gets nailed on the chin and sags on the ropes quickly, covers up with a shriek and has Peregrym drilling her tummy all the way until the bell.

Round 4:
More from Missy in the opening minute as she accepts the furious tangle and bashes away at the model's tummy and moves up on her mounds afterwards. Kelly winces and yelps but refuses to buckle; she bounces off the Canadian's ribcage before leaning on her and adding more on the navel; Missy tries to shrug her off with her superior core strenght, the girl is really a gym maniac in weeks leading up to a fight but she gets trapped by a quick deke from the model and loses her balance, tries to still catch her with a flying overhand on the temple and loses her plot, wobbles forward alltogether and the veteran model just pierces her arms and smacks twice on the nose in quick succession... Perregrym's ponytail swings around her neck and she closes her eyes, seemingly never saw what nailed her... MISSY TUMBLES DOWN ON HER KNEES and goes flat on her face, unable to stop the momentum... Brook screams out in delight but looks surprised she chopped the fellow brunette down, the lenghty lay off period still taking it's toll as a steely-eyed Peregrym gets back up at six and demands vengence... Brook thrives on the knockdown though and clatters into her instead and pounds back to the ropes in almost all-in fashion... mindless jabbing in pursuit of the finish but Missy soaks it up well even if just covering in earmuff and eating more piercing jabs on the ribcage.

Round 5:
Kelly's really pumped for this now, jumps back at the Canadian who ignites some speed in avoidance early but the wayward jabbing can only last as long as she gets smacked across the mouth and Kelly adds more leather downstairs to slow the younger girl down. Close range dust up with Missy the more vocal of the two and soaking up more damage. Brook's piercing jabs push her back to the ropes again where she gets cleaned around the elbows and fails to shrug her away as the guts are feeling the heat now. Kelly drills her right hand against the soft tissues and keeps a somewhat cumbersome actress trapped, Missy leans over the ropes and almost invites the model into burying her where she wants her, either an extreme form of teasing or just taking her time in preventing a swift knockout as Kelly seems happy securing another round on the cards rather than flat out destroying Peregrym. Either way at half-distance it's advantage Brook!

Round 6:
Missy's jab still ineffective as Kelly pounds away to the tummy and staggers the younger brunette in the middle of the ring before piercing her mitts and making heavy contact with the chin. The ponytail goes for another trip but Missy refuses to jump back to safety this time and tries to respond by mauling the model's breasts. Kelly in a mix of whimper and aggression, accepts the stand-off and scythes her foe across the mouth after showing some muscle, Missy's eyes still glued just below the chin but the single jabs are overwhelmed by the model's effort and the proud Canadian must yield real estate as Brook has the number and looks to be seemingly a lone combo away from blowing Peregrym out of the water for good. Missy's sweating really bad now and has to wipe her eyes clean just as Kelly tries to pierce her navel, without any errors from the actress she can't knock her down again though and must settle for another trip against the turnbuckles where she has the Canadian moaning after more drilling jabs but just unable to terminally break her down.

Round 7:
"C'mon, Missy!", the sweating and tiring actress still gets the bigger cheer from the crowd and it really annoys Brook who jumps into another all-in charge, just determined to build upon her lead by just knocking the Canadian out but it's another stand-off in the middle of the ring instead that wears both girls out. Missy's athleticism prevents her from bawling out and she cuts Kelly up on the left cheek with some of her best jabbing all night, Kelly's too eager to punish the temples and loses her accuracy, still matches the intensity but Peregrym's eyes are still piercing her with a lot of disdain. Down the stretch the tempo drops and Kelly is the first one searching respite, she's well ahead on the cards and knows it, tries to shut the contest down and has the finishing line in sight; Missy refuses to chase her in the final half minute, is aware she's in need of some knockdowns if she's gonna steal the fight on points... we've seen 'em happen but Brook still makes the most of her lay-off period than the highly touted actress.

Round 8:
Kelly seems unconcerned by the bloody gash on her left cheek and keeps pumping leather on the Canadian's midriff as Missy looks awkwardly sluggish and slow on her feet in the opening minute. Has the Lookout! boat sailed here? Would be quite a story that and Kelly's aware she's punching Missy's guts without any resistance come the minute mark, sports a huge smile once the actress sags on her knees with eyes closed and seems to be giving her last cries... Brook drops her arms and tries to bump the Canadian with her chest alone, Missy's gloves are almost wrapped around her waist but a sudden uppercut nails Kelly's mounds and Missy opens her eyes to send a vicious overhand on the temple... Ugh!!! Brook raises her arms too late and gets stunned by all the teasing... she bends to the side and Missy moves into more chest punishment as she drills the model's flesh who loses her footing and collapses onto the ropes. She tries to bounce off them but meets a seething right hand on the windpipe and screams out in pain, gets shoved butt-in-ropes and soaking up facial assault with Peregrym ripping her guard apart and opening up the cut on the left cheek again... Brook's all shimmy shake and can't stop moaning as Missy's really keen to knock her head off, a late burst of leather squashes Kelly's nostrils who can't believe at the revival as Missy shouts in her efforts and smacks one heavy punch on the nose too many TO SEND BROOK SLIDING DOWN on her backside in the corner... Ugh! The nasal bleeding adds to the gash on the cheek and the model cannot embrace how she got exposed, is fortunate to have the clock save her butt moments later as Missy screams: "You're too old for this, Brook!" strutting back to her corner with a beaming smile.

Round 9:
Brook unsure about the tactics and the judges scorecards after that knockdown, was going so well for so long but the cutmen have their hands full now! And Missy's caught the second breath showing all that resistance, gym ethic and past championship glory... Brook's in trouble early in the ninth, fails to match the Canadian's intensity anymore and gets pummelled around the ropes instead, just hoping to avoid more blood and a looming stoppage. All Peregrym thereafter as well, jabbing her way through the model's aching guard and thumping the boobs into jelly. Brook covered in earmuff and gassing out faster than Milli Vanili's records sellings once Missy pounds her butt-in-ropes and seems more keen to pulp her up rather than just plain knock her out. The aches and shrieks tell the horror story as Kelly avoids more bloody cuts on her face but gets ransacked on the body and leans back against the ropes late on with Missy punching her mounds like she's Nessa doing a number on Mishy's rack! Lookout! can still steal it and Missy is all over the sagging model after the bell, has to be dragged away by the ref with Kelly looking to be done here and just hoping to survive for the scorecards.

Round 10:
Brook tries to steal it herself as she allows Peregrym to close right up and swings one on the temple which catches the actress cold, a subsequent flurry of body shots pushes her away with a yelp but Kelly's feet are almost glued in the canvas and she fails to prevent a swift response. Missy in lethal jabbing now, belts away around the elbows and rocks Kelly back & forth in the middle of the ring before digging more in her cleavage... Brook seeks a late clinch but wobbles forward instead and loses her balance, tries to jump away anywhere possible but eats a drilling hook on the mouth instead and closes her eyes before she realizes she's heading down on her back... her legs shoot up in the air AND SHE THUMPS THE CANVAS WITH A BANG... Missy shakes her glove in delight as the fallen model battles to beat the count like her entire career depended on it... she's up at eight but all wobbly butt and aching... the man in charge refuses to give the Canadian such a late stoppage award which only fuels Peregrym's will to punch Brook's mounds into the orbit, she pummels the older brunette back to the ropes and shatters her arms aside as they provide zero cover anymore and thumps them against the chin... MISSY POUNDS KELLY like she's a training sack and has the girl almost out on her feet... could be another lenght absence if the model's knocked out by pure Canadian venom... Ref realizes he's made a mistake just few seconds earlier and hauls Missy off her prey before she calls the end of Brook's career... Oh my! What an epic beatdown right at the end with Kelly bursting into spasms of defeat and unable to stop crying out to confirm her lacklustre attire... TKO10 Missy Peregrym!!!

AFTER: Missy's eyes flashing neons as she watches whatever's left of the brunette model. That was a good day at the office despite a very sluggish start. "This is the girl that beat Katy Perry? Impossible! I was just as impressive as Vonne in some of her title bouts! We're got many places covered here!", Missy's just too happy about her performance as Kelly's reduced into a crying wreckage and has to be escorted off the ring with her face covered in a towel... so good for so long and all for nothing... Missy finds the come from behind victory after all and there should be no doubt she can do it anyway she wants to... "I feel like Mila Kunis watching my stablemates enjoy some juice! But my turn will come again sooner than you know it! This universe needs Missy P. pounding some girls around and you know you're gonna get that with me regardless of the division!" Missy departs the arena flexing her muscles and the audience gives her the biggest cheer of the night yet; she probably fooled them all into the denial like she fooled Kelly into being a punch away from folding like a cheap tent. Remarkable but brutally effective!
