Prefight: Kaley takes the podium in tight what look like biker shorts but Medallion points out later that they are yoga shorts and white t shirt. "I should be standing up here with the championships but I don't. This is a fact Missy is going to pay for." Kaley says looking over at her opponent. "I'm the fittest I ever had been and the most skilled. I'm the best boxer in the Lightweight division. Yvonne is so lucky or...nevermind."

Missy does a slow burn as Kaley rants. The blonde steps away from the podium offering it to Missy. The brunette walks up and Kaley grabs her waistband forcing what must be a wedgie. The blonde slaps Missy's buns as hard as she can a loud slap rings though the room. Kaley smiles and says something off mic before hopping away. Missy says simply: "Kaley, you ought to worry more about me and less about Yvonne. That's all I'm saying about it--for now."

Kaley comes to the ring in her orange bikini from The Big Bang Theory while Missy has on a bra style blue bikini. Both have on white gloves Missy's brunette hair pulled back.

R1: Kaley on the offensive, going for Missy’s head early, but Peregrym quickly gets her head and upper body moving to evade the blonde’s incoming. Missy employing her jab to make Kalery pay to the body for her aggressiveness. Kaley grimaces but she’s not backing off, then Missy hooks a muscular punch into Kaley’s taut gut and the blonde grunts with the impact. Kaley brought to a stunned halt and Missy quickly shifts to the offensive herself smacking more punches into Kaley’s midsection forcing the blonde to retreat. Then Kaley does a little sidestep to finally get a good shot off Missy’s jaw. Missy now forced back and Kaley pursues. Fierce flurry of punches follows until it is Kaley who sullenly withdraws, her body ringing with Missy’s punches, but jabbing strongly to keep Missy at bay to the bell. Round goes to Missy Peregrym close.

R2; Kaley looking grim during the break, she can feel the damage Missy has done to her body and she doesn’t like it. Kaley back out and this time she’s going to the brunette’s body with vengeful leather. Missy trying to get at Kaley’s body but Kaley’s quick on her feet early and Missy can’t land effectively. Missy tries to readjust, but is getting worked over to the body in the process. As the second minute ticks by, Missy finally able to knock Kaley’s jaw aside with a surprise overhand right that slips passed Kaley’s high guard. Kaley looks shaken but then as Missy is trying to build on the jaw shot, Kaley strikes back with some good, digging hooks into Missy’s belly. Missy on the defensive as Kaley swarms at her. A good many of these punches are blocked or glance off, but Kaley wins her first round, though it’s close.

R3: Fighters come out to midring and try to find some advantage as they circle around. Missy seems to like this kind of fighting or at least she does better at it than Kaley. Missy very good at finding unexpected directions to strike at. She’s working Kaley’s body for the most part, but will shake up the blonde with a sudden chin or head shot whenever she gets the chance. Kaley never quits trying to get at Missy, but can’t seem to land her punches where they would do some good. Missy takes round by a wide margin.

R4: Kaley decides to take the direct approach this round: she moves on Missy with speed at the opening and clouts Peregrym chin to shake up the brunette. Missy looking confused is sluggish getting her jab going and has to concentrate on protecting her chin. This allows Kaley to feast on Missy midsection, methodically punching from waistband to rack with some side shots into Peregrym’s ribs. Missy pulling back with Kaley dogged in pursuit. Missy’s evasion tactics keep from taking heavy punches, but you don’t score many points that way and Kaley takes the round by a wide margin.

R5: Missy apparently determined to get back on the offensive, challenges Kaley early and they have a blazing exchange. Gloves crashing into sweaty bodies with noisy SMACKS and they are practically toe to toe as they churn punches into each other. Then Kaley sees an opening and gets an uppercut in behind a loose Missy guard and rocks the brunette with a head snapping blow. Missy’s legs turn to spaghetti and she sits down with a crash, landing on her butt, then lurching over to her side. As Kaley goes to neutral corner and watches hopeful as the referee starts his count. Missy pushing herself up on one arm, lets the count go on, then rises at 9, ready to resume. When Kaley comes in she is met by solid Missy jabbing. Kaley forced to circle looking for another opening, but not finding a good one. Still, the knockdown leaves no doubt who wins this round, even if Kaley looks frustrated at not finishing the brunette. Missy looking tired, but relieved she’s still in this thing.

R6: Kaley quickly goes after Missy once again, this time she is slamming her leather into Missy’s gut. Missy twisting and grunting from Kaley’s bombardment of her midsection. Kaley circling, trying to cut Missy off and driving her back into the ropes. Missy jabbing, trying to slip away from the relentless blonde, but Kaley keeping pace and the brunette suffer. Kaley never able to get Missy onto the ropes, but she clearly dominates the round and takes it wide.

R7: Kaley naturally trying more of the same in this round, but Missy’s evasion tactics are working again and the blonde can’t seem to get much more than glancing blows. Then Missy swings around unexpectedly and catches Kaley deep in her gut. Kaley caught off guard, is staggered by the punch and Missy quick to step in follow up to Kaley’s breasts. The Cuoco melons take a shelling that makes Kaley pull out of there and try get her defenses reorganized. Missy trying to stay on the blonde, but Kaley’s jabbing now firms and Missy has to content herself with circle and punch tactics. As before, Missy does well at surprising Kaley with shots to the chin and jaw, but mainly she’s working Kaley’s body which is dark red with repeated punching. Kaley looking frustrated at Missy’s resurgence as they break at the bell.

R8:  Kaley’s frustration boils over at the start of this round and she makes a charge across the ring trying to blitz Missy. Wild exchange of punches as Kaley swings with blockbuster lefts and rights, while Missy tries to counter with wild blockbusters of her own. Then Kaley’s right goes whistling over a ducking brunette head, but Missy’s right crashes into Kaley’s temple and Kaley just drops to her knees in shock. Referee starts counting, but Kaley rises to her feet with an annoyed look on her face. Fight resumes, the pace is slower now, but Kaley’s punches seem aimed at Missy’s head and she clearly has payback in mind, Missy preferring to work Kaley’s body. Then late in the round, Kaley makes a feint and tries to land a right uppercut on Missy;s chin, but Missy sees through the feint and is waiting with a driving shot into Kaley’s solar plexus. Kaley doubled over and Missy bangs rights and lefts off blonde’s head. Kaley stunned, trying to get away from head shots, stumbles and takes another right to the side of the head, This time Kaley spins away and falls to all fours. Kaley’s panting, shaking her head and trying to regain her senses as the referee’s count, Kaley rises but she looks bewildered at going down for the second time. Referee checks her out before allowing fight to go on, but not much time left and bell rings with only a few punches exchanged. Big round for Missy Peregrym and Kaley Cuoco’s looking worried as she goes unsteadily back to her stool.

R9: Kaley seems a bit slow at the start of this round and Missy quickly on her, trying to get to her jaw, but Kaley has her jab going and connects to Missy’s jaw. Missy drops back and Kaley now in pursuit mode. Bitter exchange at midring, Kaley and Missy both working the body, but Kaley finally able to bounce some strong punches off Missy’s head which cause the brunette to retreat. Kaley tries for some blockbusters to knock Missy down, but Missy again manages to stay out of their way or be blocked by her shoulders. Missy trying back to pounding Kaley’s gut which does cause the blonde to pull back, but Kaley does manage a parting jab that catches Missy between the eyes and stun her. Kaley unable to land anything that will bring the brunette down before the bell, but she wins the round close on points.

R10: Missy knows those two knockdowns have her in a superior position in the cards, so doesn’t need to get reckless. On the other hand, Kaley knows she’s behind and she needs to make an all-out effort to pull this thing out. However, Missy not suited to just running out the clock. When Kaley rushes at her, she’s greeted with jabs to the head and ransacking hooks to the belly. Kaley really feeling the accumulated hurt in her midsection. It’s making her sluggish even though she keeps coming forward, trying to get in a knockout (or at least a knockdown) punch.. Just doesn’t happened for the blonde tonight as Missy Peregrym closes out with round with a wide points win.

Fighters standing with referee at the cards are totaled. Comes back UD10—MISSY PEREGRYM. Those two knockdowns providing her margin of victory. Missy beams with pleasure as her arm is raised. Kaley looks heartbroken as Missy celebrates a hard-fought win.

Postfight: Kaley battered though the closing rounds falls into her trainers' arms after the decision tears starting to form in her eyes after her second straight loss by at least multiple knockdowns.

Missy is in the process of getting ready for her post fight interview when she hears Kaley say something back from across the ring before collapsing to her stool. "Now I am ready to say something about that. On second thought--I'll just DO something." Missy says into the open mic then storms over to the Medallion corner. She grabs Kaley by her blonde locks and lands one hard blow to Kaley's already battered and bruised stomach before pushing her down face first to the mat. The brunette puts her foot on the small of Kaley's back. "Now do you admit I am the victor?" Kaley says something back but it can't be made out her writhing on the mat. Missy does a theatrical sighs "You are acting like a spoiled brat Kaley. I think you deserve spoiled brat treatment!”

 Missy then grabs Kaley sits down on the blonde's stool. Missy turns the Hall of Famer over her knee. Kaley is too stunned to cry, she lays there moaning and looking embarrassed as the brunette tans her buns. After what must have been a dozen hard swats Missy gets up and drag Kaley by the hair to the center of the ring where she lays on her back.

."I hope that spanks some sense into you Kals. You're too good a fighter to act like that. Now say you're sorry and it'll be over." Missy says with her foot on the blonde's heaving chest. Before Kaley can response Missy notices Jessica Biel hop up on the apron now in sweats. Jessica nods at Missy and the brunette nods back then starts posing on her defeated foe before simply returning to do her interview.
