Before: Lawrence eager for retribution after two losses to the girl she's described to intimates as “just another a blown up blond bimbo.” J-Law's taken the FCBA like a honey-blond whirlwind, but Cuoco's been more than a speed bump - more like a roadblock – on Jen's quest for her first lightweight title. It seems every time Lawrence gets on a roll, Kaley's there to derail her. The Oscar winning actress vows, “The third time will be different!”

Kaley grinning, smiling, confident - even smirking - prefight. She knows how much her bubbly blonde persona annoys Lawrence so she just plays it up that much more simply for the aggravation factor. The former bantam champion and three time lightweight champ can't resist pointing out that she's beaten Lawrence “...every time I faced her and this one won't be any different.”

Both women have been victims of “selfie theft” from the Cloud and they ignore jibes from the press and pundits as they appear uncharacteristically modestly attired for the weigh-in. J-Law in a solid baby blue bikini; Kaley in bright red lace bra/panties.

During R1: Lawrence off her stool coming straight at Cuoco behind a straight left jab; digging rights to the body as she jabs Kaley upright. Weight on her back (right) foot, Jennifer pressures Kaley from bell-to-bell, never letting her set her feet. Cuoco countering sporadically, punching paunch as they trade, but Lawrence gets the better of every exchange. Lawrence finishes up trapping Cuoco on the ropes and giving her jiggling juggs a flourish at the bell before sending her breathlessly back to her corner with a slap on the rump that earns J-Law an angry glare over the shoulder. Jennifer wins the round on points.

R2: Lawrence picking up right where she left off last round, attacking Cuoco with a fury; never letting up as she drives her backward across the ring and stuffs her butt in the ropes. There, J-Law bludgeons Kaley's plush body with both hands; Kaley hanging on around the neck as Jen brings both hands up underneath. Round ends with Kaley hunched forward, butt stuffed between the ropes, head rocking and rolling under a flurry of mean-spirited uppercuts. Again, J-Law slaps glute as Cuoco wobbles past her toward her corner; face flushed. Jennifer wins her second straight round on points.

R3: Cuoco getting an earful in her corner, late off her stool and can't escape the on-rushing Oscar winner who tackles Kaley around the shoulders as she slams into her body-to-body and drives her backward onto the ropes. Lawrence attacking Cuoco's lush rack with both fists; jubblies jumpin' and juggs a jigglin' as J-Law gets payback for previous Cuoco wrongs; real or imagined. Kaley rocked late, knees buckling from a series of body shots as Jennifer stacks her up and socks sack to the bell. Lawrence spins and struts away arms raised, big grin on her face. J-Law's pitching a shut-out after three and bounces back to her corner brimming with confidence, winning her third consecutive round by her biggest margin yet.

R4: Opening minute of the round sees Lawrence's domination continue. A woman on a mission, the honey-blond attacks Cuoco's mid-section with cruel vengeance; pounding and pummeling her blond rival with undiminished fury. J-Law's dominance is unabated into the second minute of the round when Cuoco lands her first damaging blow of the fight - a left hook to the kidney that doubles Jen in pain. The sight of her rival in pain brings renewed energy to Kaley who fights like a different woman thereafter; stringing together combinations; battering Jen back onto the ropes; then bludgeoning the nubile young fighters body as J-Law cringes in pain. Down the stretch, it's Kaley C dictating the action; piling on the hurt. Bell: Cuoco - winning her first round of the fight to finally get on the score sheet and she gives Lawrence's butt a hard spank that sends ripples thru the youngster's thighs! Kaley wins round on points; it's close but she wins it going away.

R5: Cuoco continuing the renaissance she began in the previous round, getting on top of Lawrence from the bell and not letting up. Jennifer, still cramped up thru the early going, finally gets it going mid-way and for the remainder of the round the two blondes go at one another hammer and tongs, battling toe-to-toe. At the bell, Cuoco's face wearing a crimson blush from five hard rounds while Lawrence's tummy and upper torso glow bright pink thanks to the attention they've been getting from Kaley's fists of fury. Kaley takes the round on her dominance of the first minute as after that, they fought evenly.

R6: Kaley in control from bell to bell using her footwork. Cuoco targeting Lawrence's mid-section in the first two minutes, putting miles on Jen's “suspect” body. Late, Kaley feeling confident to do a little head-hunting, rocking J-Law whose punch rate falls off drastically as the older veteran begins to ladle on punishment like gravy on a Christmas goose. Kaley concludes her third straight winning round by shoeshining Lawrence's juggs to take the round by a wide margin to even the scorecards after six rough rounds.

R7: Prideful Jen Lawrence mounts a gutsy comeback after a stern talking-to from Teri Hatcher in her corner between rounds! Jen landing two big right hands in the opening minute stalling the Cuoco express and allowing the younger blond vixen to re-assert the control she'd shown in the first three rounds with a dominant two and a half minutes of slick boxing and hard punching. Cuoco, fighting back late in the round, rocks Lawrence with a left hook to the body that puts a wobble in the youngsters legs, but J-Law clinches and the bell sounds before Kaley can take advantage as Lawrence takes the round rather easily.

R8: Lawrence right back on the attack at the opening bell; pumping a sturdy left in Kaley's face to back the older woman up against the ropes. Lawrence hooking the body; Cuoco bobbing and ducking behind a peek-a-boo defense but being rocked by slick right hands over the top. Crowd on their feet roaring as Lawrence opens up with both guns; Cuoco trapped with her butt in the ropes, unable to fight her way off the ropes. LAWRENCE WITH AN UPPERCUT... Cuoco just manages to slip it, being caught by only a grazing blow. She counters with another hard left hook to the body and LAWRENCE IS HURT BY A BODY SHOT. For the second time in two rounds Lawrence is groaning in pain as Kaley digs another hook to the same spot! Cuoco pushes off the ropes to drive a straight right to the chin and J-LAW GOES DOWN in a heap at Kaley's feet! Cuoco steps over Lawrence's writhing body and walks to the far side of the ring as the referee starts to count. Jen struggles to get to her knees, leaning on her left hand, her right holding her side. Lawrence's mouthpiece slips from her lips and bounces on the canvas between her knees. Her left hand slowly slides forward and she goes down on her chest with her knees under her, her butt in the air. Then she rolls onto her left side and curls up holding her belly with both hands. The referee waves off the count at eight and raises Kaley Cuoco's hand. The winner by KO8, Kaley Cuoco!

After: “Hall of Fame, baby!” Kaley crows, popping a muscle pose for the paparazzi. “Jen always gives you a tough fight. She's so difficult to handle, the way she comes after you. She kinda reminds me of Jewel Kilcher,” Cuoco says in praise of Lawrence. “This is the third time I've had to put her down and I have to be honest with you...it's a lot of fun! She's not going to be a champion until she toughens up. Oh, I know she's cute and funny, but she's soft and any time she faces somebody who can attack her body the way I do, she'll have a long, painful, night. But she's young and, with the right training, she could be a champion and when she is, she can last a long time.”

Lawrence's people say she's unable to meet with the media; that she's being taken for x-rays of “possible broken ribs.”

It's gotta be frustrating for Jen Lawrence. Three times she's fought Cuoco and three times she's been sent to her room without supper (losing by UD, KO6 and KO8). At this rate, it may be years before Lawrence can finally break thru against the curvy blond. Kaley's being referred to as “a J-Law killer” or “J-Law's blond nemesis.” Hey, it's a tough crowd!
