CHAMPION: VANESSA HUDGENS (LOOKOUT! BOXING)

1. Jessica Lowndes…is twelve of fifteen after beating Hale, Portman, and Williams between rankings and losing only to Cyrus in the tournament final.

2. Miley Cyrus…went Dobrev, Lovato, Carter, Panettiere, Song, Lowndes. Won the tournament and title, then lost to Hudgens. Would be number one except for our rule that prevents the most recent champion from occupying that spot.

3. Hayden Panettiere…has won twelve of sixteen after falling to Cyrus and beating Vega.

4. Natalie Portman…is now eight of twelve after beating Bilson and losing to Lowndes in the tourney.

5. Sarah Shahi…rallied from upset loss to Song in the tourney to beat ex-champ Lohan.

6. Lucy Hale…is now thirteen of seventeen, responding to her loss to Lowndes in the tournament with wins over Grande and Krissy Bell.

7. Brenda Song…jumped back into the top ten with the tourney win over Shahi. Couldn't keep the roll going against Cyrus, but, still…

8. Sarah Carter…has won 14 of 18 after beating Keegan, and her most recent loss, to Cyrus, looks a lot better now than it did then.

9. Julianne Hough…former champ still a threat if she gets and stays active again.

10. Lacey Chabert…is three of five after heart-breaking one-point loss to Mishy. Can't drop her too far for that.

11. Megan Fox…yes, she's lost three of four…but the losses were Hough, Shahi, and Panettiere.

12. Sienna Miller…is nine for thirteen off loss to bantam Scherzinger.

13. Allison Scagliotti…is six of seven after win over Seydoux.

14. Rachel Bilson…Rachel Revolution put down brutally by Queen Natalie's forces. She's still seven of ten, though.

15. Kristen Bell…is two for four with wins over Chung and Tisdale and losses to higher-rated Chabert and Hale.

16. Kristin Kreuk…got back on track with win over Hyland, then kept the roll going by beating Kunis and making Mila a gatekeeper. With Mishy retired, somehow Krissy has gone from end of the bench to right in the middle of things…again.

17. Cassie Scerbo…win over Osment showed just how talented she is. If and when she shows that kind of stuff consistently…LOOK. OUT.

18. Ashley Tisdale…is only one for her last four, but there's nobody above her, or below her on this list she can't beat.

19. Lindsay Lohan…is now nine of thirteen after besting Rimes and Jsimpsy and falling to Shahi.

20. Lyndsy Fonseca…is now six of eight with Dixon her latest victim.

21. Scarlett Johansson…followed loss to Portman with one to Kelly. Neither is anything to hang the head about.

22. Kristen Stewart…is 21 of 23 after running off Browning, Hayek, and Keegan.

23. Selena Gomez…is five for six and nine of eleven with the most recent wins being over Benson and Jojo.

24. Ashley Benson…is now three of four with wins over Keegan, Monet, and Scerbo. The only loss? Gomez.

25. Mila Kunis…heartbreaking loss to Kreuk (ok, something ELSE got broken, too, but these are family rankings) didn't send her packing, but did put her on the end of the bench.

26. Penelope Cruz…is five of eight at the weight after loss to Shahi. Lots of people have "after loss to Shahi" in their notes, though.

27. Virginie Ledoyen…might be back on track. Win over Harnois was her second in three fights and the loss was to Carter.

28. Elisabeth Harnois…down a bit on inactivity.

29. Emma Stone…win over Dunst was her fourth in five tries.

30. Leighton Meester…has won four of five after decisioning British vet Juno Temple.

31. AnnaLynne McCord…followed three straight wins with losses to Cassidy, Dobrev and Borth.

32. Lady Gaga…is four of five against flyweight comp.

33. Emilie de Ravin…has won three of four, with Cook and Bilson the latest victims.

34. Kendra Wilkinson…has won five of seven after pounding out Seyfried and Cavallari.

35. Keira Knightley…lost her last time out, but it was to bantam VanCamp. Doesn't drop here for that.

36. Keri Russell…is now two for three in her comeback, having beaten Stewart and Witherspoon. Had she managed to handle Bilson, too, she might be Top 20.

37. Reese Witherspoon…loss to Russell was her fourth in a row.

38. Emily Bett Rickards…now 3-0 after beating bantam Holland. Lost management, but has plenty of potential.

39. Jessica Simpson…is four for eight after loss to Lohan.

40. Kirsten Dunst…losses to Hudgens and Stone were her second and third in a row. Still hasn't gotten back on track after loss to Agron.

41. Fergie…gave a great battle to Allison Mack last time out. If Fergie gets some consistent work here, she might be higher than this and soon.

42. Alyssa Milano…split a pair with Pink in her last two.

43. Dianna Agron…win over Dunst affirmed this beauty's potential.

44. Lucy Liu…lost to Sarah Carter in her last bout and rose a spot. That's how good Sarah is.

45. Clare Bowen…fell to Hale last time out.

46. Emilia Clarke…is now 3-0 in the FCBA after win over Maslany.

47. Brittany Snow...is three for five after a loss to Hale in her last outing. Losing to Lucy isn't something to be ashamed of any longer.

48. Emma Watson…gone from HISC and only one of her last five. The potential is there. Not sue if the opportunities will be.

49. Alexa Vega…has lost three straight, but they were Hudgens, Scerbo, and Panettiere.

50. Christina Ricci…has lost four straight.

51. Hannah Spearritt…has only one FCBA fight in the last two years. Has potential. Needs work.

52. Jenna-Louise Coleman…shocked Ricci in her second FCBA fight. We want to see more of Coleman, and, here's betting we're going to.

53. Jennette McCurdy…is three of four at this weight after win over Keegan, and the only loss is Hale.

54. Jamie Chung…has dropped four straight after loss to Krissy Bell.

55. Zoe Saldana…no wins since 2011. Only fight was a loss to Fishel.

56. Salma Hayek…has won two of five beating Liu and Stewart and losing to Cruz and Scarjo before dropping the rematch with K-Stew.

57. Carrie Underwood…lost to Stone and Chung between rankings.

58. Naomi Watts…returned to the ring after more than a year away and looked it getting destroyed by Miller, then fell to Fonseca. It's fair to wonder how much Naomi has left at her age.

59. Heather Hemmens…upset loss to newb Kennedy makes her two for seven.

60. Ksenia Solo…the FCBA's highest-ranked Latvian-born fighter is now two of her last three after the win over Stevens.

61. Michelle Keegan…is now 3-4 in her FCBA career after falling to Benson, Carter, and McCurdy while beating Holland in the interregnum.

62. Kat Graham…returned from exile with win over Cook.

63. Eva Longoria…only two fights since 2009.

64. Christinia Milian…beat Hemmens in 2011. Hasn't fought in the last two years, though.

65. Hilarie Burton…has only a win and a draw in her last five, but she'll fight anyone. The draw was with a lightweight (Vandervoort), and the losses came to Kelly, DeCesare, and Peregrym.

67. Emily Browning…showed some of her potential in her first FCBA win over Seyfried. Fell short of the Front Street double against Stewart, but she can fight. Just needs consistent work.

68. Brianna Evigan...young, talented beauty has solid wins over Seyfried, brawler Cavallari, and veteran Jennie Garth. Is without management again, however, so opportunities may be hard to find.

69. Sasha Pieterse…is now 4-4 career after beating Justice and falling to Dobrev and Holland. If she keeps getting work, she'll keep moving higher.

70. Amanda Seyfried…loss to Wilkinson was her fourth straight. Is now on her third stable in a year.

71. Anna Popplewell…is now four for six on the career after beating Ripa and Hanningan in recent months.

72. Victoria Justice…win over Kane was her second in four tries and the losses are girls much higher up this list, Scagliotti and Gomez.

73. Adelaide Kane…is two of four after loss to Justice.

74. Jessica Parker Kennedy…made her FCBA debut in style by beating Hemmens, but Kane spoiled the party.

76. Kelly Monaco...has dropped six in a row...but it's a murderer's row. Fox, McCord, Panettiere, Alba, Sienna Miller, Mack. That said, a win soon would be nice.

76. Kristin Cavallari…brawling blonde got back in the ring and fell to Justice and Wilkinson. More activity might just lead to more wins.

77. Ariana Grande…loss to Hale makes her 3-2 career.

78. Kate Bosworth…hasn't fought in over two years. Hasn't won since 2009.

79. Debby Ryan…nice win over Agyeman evens her career record at 1-1.

76. Michelle Trachtenberg…after win over Kane revisited Harnois. Did not go well.

77. Janel Parrish…"shocked the world" with her debut win over Kat Graham. The athletic Parrish has people talking.

78. Rachel Stevens…has lost four of five, the latest to Solo.

81. Shannen Doherty…lost to Dennings last time out.

82. Geri Halliwell…has won three in a row, but that's been over several years. Only recent victory was Hannigan.

83. Shakira…followed win over Kimmy K. with loss to Underwood.

84. Anna Kendrick…broke the maiden against Popplewell. There's intelligence and talent here. Let's see where it takes her.

85. Jenna Dewan…gorgeous, athletic, a dancer. Now 2-2 after losing to Hale and beating Popplewell.

86. Amy Davidson…debuted in the FCBA with an impressive win over Dani Harris, then beat Johnson before falling to Seydoux. Is strongly built for this weight. Could cause problems.

88. Nicole Behaire…followed stunning debut win over Liu with loss to Popplewell.

89. Jane Levy…athletic former college athlete handled Hyland in her debut.

90. Tatiana Maslany…followed debut loss to Clarke with one to Kane.

91. Nicole Gale Anderson…broke her maiden with a win over Ghadie.

92. Kylie Minogue…showed she could still fight going the distance against Pink, then gave Stewart a fight as well.

93. Beverley Mitchell…win over Jessica Simpson was her second straight.

94. Emmanuelle Chriqui..win over Graham showed she has ability and just needs work.

95. Kelly Ripa…lost to Popplewell last time out.

96. Sara Jean Underwood…has won three of five and the losses were Song and Meester. Could be she's figuring some things out.

97. Roxanne Pallett…started her career with a win over Danielle Campbell and the loss to Underwood.

98. Juno Temple…solid showing against Meester no surprise considering her BBU pedigree. We'll see if she gets more work on this side of the pond.

99. Dove Cameron…got a win in three tries between rankings, beating Ghadie while falling to Grande and McCurdy.

100. Jojo..has lost three of four after falling to Gomez.

101. Danielle Campbell…"DC" has management and ability. She's 0-1 career, but, if she keeps getting work, she'll be higher than this and quickly.

102. Rachael Leigh Cook…has dropped five straight now, to Scerbo, Watson, de Ravin, Spears, and, most recently, Graham.

103. Emily Osment…didn't have an answer for Scerbo in her debut, but she's young and has a power-puncher's build. Let's see where it takes her.

104. Ashlee Simpson…tried to extend her mastery of Front Street flys to Kristen Stewart. That did not go well…

105. Danielle Harris…still no takers for her planned fight on a dead-in-the-water cruise ship with no working plumbing…

106. Sarah Michelle Gellar…has lost three more in a row since breaking her losing streak against Page.

107. Amy Jo Johnson…lost to Davidson her last time out.

108. Alexis Bledel…amazingly, Bledel made her FCBA debut in 2012, instead of a decade ago. Showed something against Stewart. Let’s see where she goes from here.

109. Emma Roberts…couldn't handle Popplewell in her debut.

110. Samia Ghadie..now 1-5 in the FCBA after breaking her maiden against Beckham.

111. Alyson Hannigan…has lost four in a row since her comeback, the latest to Popplewell.

112. Anna Paquin…is now 0-5 after a loss to Kane.

113. Shania Twain...returned to the ring against Jewel and showed she could still box. Then tried on Pink, which turned out to be a mistake.

114. Britt Robertson…cute little blonde. Too bad the brunettes, in the form of Hale and Bilson, have already taken notice…

115. Lea Michele…is 1-3 now after a loss to Hale.

116. Daniella Monet…debuted with a loss to Grande, then fell to Benson.

117. Jamie Lynn Spears…third straight horrible loss was enough to put her on the shelf, quite possibly for good.

118. Christina Aguilera…lost to Fishel last time out.

119. Stephanie Jacobsen…is 0-1 lifetime…but the loss was to Lucy Liu.

120. Kiele Sanchez…has fought twice in the last two years and lost both.

121. Elsa Pataky…is 0-2 in her FCBA career, but the losses were Cruz and Brewster.

122. Rose McGowan…now 1-4-1 after loss to Stewart.

123. Amy Adams…is 0-3 in her FCBA career with losses to Stewart, Seyfried, and Jamie Lynn Spears. Should stop returning Wiz's calls.

124. Sarah Hyland…is now 0-6 after losses to Kreuk and Levy.

125. Miranda Cosgrove…couldn't handle Justice in her debut.

126. Gabrielle Anwar…went all Cougar Town against Kelly Ripa. Got shuffled to cable.

127. Victoria Beckham…has lost six of seven after falling to Ghadie.

128. Laura Breckenridge…is 1-3 in her career, and last fight was in '07.

129. Samaire Armstrong…has lost her last three and hasn't won since 2006. That one WAS against Chabert, though.

130. Gillian Anderson...is 0 for her last three. Last FCBA fight was in '07 and her last win in '03. Still, talk of an Anderson/Hayek meet on Cougar Beach continues.

131. Drew Barrymore...is 1-1 career but hasn't fought since '99.

132. Holly Marie Combs…still hasn't won since '00. Blew off the rust, though. We'll see if she cares to continue in the ring.

133. Vanessa Marcil...last win was in '05. Last fight a year later.

134. Ellen Page…lost to Hale and Michele. Becoming the go-to girl to break a streak or get that first FCBA win. Somewhere up there, Mike Boyette smiles…

135. Shiri Appleby...famous (ok, bad word) for losing to Dani Harris twice, once in a shopping mall.

136. Thandie Newton...one for her last four. Last win was in '07.

137. Melissa Joan Hart...probably can't make the weight anymore. Last win was over Michelle Williams. It was also in 2000.

138. Tara Reid...is one for her last nine, has a career record of 4-18 and hasn't been in the ring for over four years. Doesn't even rank as the hottest mess in the division anymore. Thanks for that, LiLo.

139. Scout Taylor-Compton...is 0-2 and hasn't made it past the third round.
