Round 1

There's no more time for speculation as the fight gets underway here, with Price attacking, so that Pinder backs into the upper corner of the ring. Price is boxing beautifully, smoothly moving side to side and in and out, but gets tagged by Pinder, and retreats into her own corner - Pinder tries to give angles as she continues her relentless forward motion, Price trying to cover, but changing tactics, she goes to Pinder’s head then her body, though neither punch had much on it. The action is at ring center, and now Pinder does a great job with subtle movement to avoid Price's punches in close, and a hard uppercut from Pinder lands flush. Pinder is receiving a lot of encouragement from her corner. If this helps win fights, she has a real good shot tonight, but Price fires a wild overhand right, luckily missing everything. Pinder bobs and weaves her way inside and lets her hands go, scoring with a hook. Both fighters are feinting with the shoulders. Now, Price lands the right hand, but Pinder tries to get the hook into the the ribs, but Price blocks it. Both fighters are circling, keeping their distance from each other, as Pinder backs into a neutral corner. Price wants to go downstairs, but can't penetrate Pinder's defense, and now Lucy Pinder scores with a glancing cross. Pinder eats a jab from Price - as high as Price is holding her gloves she is leaving her body wide open to a damaging body punch if Pinder takes advantage of it, but Price lands a vicious jab! Pinder's eye's are glazed over after that shot, she is definitely hurt! Price doesn't have to look for Pinder this round. She is right there in front of her, and Price is literally dancing circles around Pinder this round.

Round 2

Pinder rushes out at the bell. Whatever her corner said to her seems to have her fired up, as she flicks a jab to Price's stomach. Price feels her back touch the ropes and immediately moves away. She doesn't want to be trapped there, but she’s forced into her own corner, and Pinder whiffs with the hook. Pinder telegraphed that shot and Price ducks under it easily, protecting her body nicely as Pinder fails to score inside. Pinder walks in to a glancing hook from Price, but she has Price cornered! Pinder feints downstairs, then lands two quick blows to the head. Pinder fires a lead right that Katie Price manages to avoid, and as the action slows for the moment, Price pushes her way out to the center of the ring where the fighters seperate. Price has Pinder trapped, Pinder's gloves under her arms. She won't let go until referee Behr breaks it up. Neither fighter seems to be anxious to mix it up. They've been a little overly cautious so far this round. Pinder steals a quick glance at her corner, and again Price pins Pinder's arms! The fighters are tied up, as again Behr separates the two fighters. Finally, the bell stops the action as Price and Pinder go back to their corners.

Round 3

Price is off her stool and waiting for the bell to begin Round 3. Amanda Redman was extremely upbeat during the break with Price providing some solid encouragement. Price misses the lead right, but follows up with a left hook that finds the mark. Price slides into a neutral corner, as Pinder misses with the jab. She lets go with a left and that fails to find its mark, too. Price leans on Pinder and fires a weak hook to the ribs. Pinder just comes up short with the hook. The fighters are trading punches and Price seems to have won that exchange, and now she smothers Pinder's attack as Pinder tries to get off some shots inside. Price lands a devastating uppercut! Price sent Pinder reeling with that punch, and now she Price traps Pinder in the corner! Price leaves the jab just short, and Pinder connects with a left-right combo. These gals are throwing caution to the wind as they go at it blow for blow. Price is keeping away from the ropes, and lands a hard uppercut! Pinder looks hurt... she's stumbling backwards! Pinder retreats into a neutral corner, and Price ends up behind her as she deftly avoids a straight ahead attack moving to her right. Price slides along the far ropes, with Pinder trapped in the corner. Katie Price doesn't connect with the combination, but scores with the jab, and lands the right hand. She's pretty effective with that punch when she sets it up right. The seconds jump into action in Price's corner as the bell sounds ending Round 3.

Round 4

Price looks to be in fair shape as Round 4 gets underway. Pinder is holding, and referee Behr is telling Pinder to quit leaning on the neck. Both fighters show virtually nothing in the way of damage, but are being extremely cautious in this one. We hadn't expected such a tactical battle. Katie Price lands a rapier like jab to the head of Pinder, who retreats into the right corner. Price grabs Pinder. Too much of this kind of thing can have a negative affect on the scoring of the fight, and Behr steps in and breaks it up. Pinder is blocked in her own corner, and Price is trying to move in behind the jab, which lands. Pinder has Price trapped in the right neutral corner, and scores with consecutive blows to the body of Price. Price fires a light jab to the stomach, and drives home a potent uppercut to the head of Pinder. Price lands the uppercut but there wasn't much on it, and now she rips away on the inside landing a solid uppercut that may have hurt Pinder. It looked like her legs buckled ever so briefly. Pinder slides into the corner. A lead right scores big for Price. She stunned Pinder with that one, and Lucy Pinder looks like she's in a world of trouble. The only thing that appears to be keeping her up is the ropes. This fight's going to over soon unless Pinder makes some kind of miracle recovery.

Round 5

Emily Head exits the ring to wild cheering. We await the bell, signaling the start of Round 5. There it is! Price got some great advice from Amanda Redman between rounds, let's see if she puts it to use here in round 5. Not yet - Pinder pins her in the corner, and lets her hands go inside, but Price protects her body well. Pinder dips as if to launch a body shot, then goes upstairs with a quick hook to the head that puts Price back on her heels! Price seems to have been hurt by that punch! Lucy Pinder fires a volley of punches but Price was already moving laterally and was out of harm's way. Pinder hitches up her trunks. She'd better be careful. She may get nailed while her hands are down. Price seems to be protecting her body which is leaving her head vulnerable. She doesn't like body shots but I don't know anyone that does. Pinder grabs Price's head, pulls it down, into her chest. Behr has to force Pinder to let go. Behr has to separate the two - Pinder swings...and misses. Both fighters want to work inside for the moment, as Price blasts home a hook. Price has Pinder blocked in! Price scores with a beautiful cross that just missed landing flush on Pinder's jaw. Pinder cuts loose with a combination and the crowd roars, but the truth is none of those punches landed. Price had her elbows tucked in nicely. The fighters are tangled up inside. Price has a hand free and lands a little uppercut. Pinder has Price pinned, again but fails to connect with that punch. She pushed it out there instead of cutting loose with it. Pinder misses with that combination. Not much happened in that round. It's going to be a tough round for the judges to score.

Round 6

The referee pushes them apart and tells them to get on with the action. Pinder gives a nice head feint and then lands a hook to the head of Price. Pinder seems really focused on what she's doing this round. Price moves to the center of the Ring taunting Pinder with her hands by her sides. Pinder throws a flurry of punches; at least two solid shots made it through. Now she moves away. Katie Price moves into the lower corner. Pinder misses wildly with the hook. Pinder ducks into an uppercut from Price, as she keeps looking to get inside on Price – now Pinder tries to double up on the jab but neither hit the mark. That blow connected solidly to the head of Price and she is stunned! Price usues her legs to avoid Pinder's punches. Price throws the jab and it lands cleanly. Price is either lucky or has radar. Lucy Pinder's last punch missed landing by a fraction of an inch! And Pinder tastes the power of a huge cross from Price! Pinder takes a step back, obviously hurt! Pinder fires a left hand that Price takes high on the shoulder. Price moves into the right corner. Pinder lets her hands go but her punches land on the arms of Price. Pinder's corner is shouting at her to be more aggressive. She seems to hear but it remains to be seen if she'll follow the advice. Pinder is trapped in Price's corner, and Price drives that short hook into Pinder's midsection! Lucy Pinder was stunned by that blow! Price misses. She had an opening and whiffed with the punch. Price can't find the range as she tries to work the body. There's a pause in the action as both fighters regroup. It looks like Price has a pretty solid lead at this stage of the fight. Round 8

Both fighters look ready to go as Round 8 begins. Katie Price scores with a quick hook to the head of Pinder after Pinder missed with a wild shot of her own. Round 9

Katie Price looks to be in good shape as Round 9 gets underway.
