FEBRUARY FISTICUFFS AT THE ASYLUM

BEFORE:

"Last time I was here, I put a scare into Allison Mack," says Alesha with a stunning smile. "Tonight, I'm going to do more than scare Chloe Bennet. I'm going to show her who the 'Baddest Chick' is."

"Dixon's slick and quick," says Chloe with a nod. "So she's no one to take lightly. But. She's not the 'Baddest Chick'. And she's not 'The Next Big Thing', either."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "We're beginning the second half of our card..."

McCarthy: "What's THAT noise?"

Tess: "Well, give Mac credit for consistency, because she had the same reaction the last time she heard this song..."

O'Dell(sighing): "That would be 'Baddest Chick' by the lovely lady coming down to ringside, Alesha Dixon..."

McCarthy: "I remember now. She was in DISGUISE last time..."

O'Dell(sighing): "Dixon, of course, representing Beevers Babes, bouncing down to ringside, climbing into the ring to be helped off with the robe, and that is quite the revealing black bikini she's wearing..."

Tess: "And the crowd likes the body BEING revealed by that bikini. Dixon clearly in awesome shape."

O'Dell: "And that's..."

McCarthy: "MORE noise! That's TERRIBLE!"

O'Dell: "No, that's 'Uh Oh' by the girl coming to ringside right now, former international pop singer and now actress and 'The Next Big Thing', Chloe Bennet!"

Cassie: "And, for those scoring at home, Mac ALSO made fun of Chloe's singing the last time Bennet was here, leading me to point out that Mac's voice sounds like what happens when you try to give about a dozen cats a bath..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, SCABBO!"

O'Dell: "Chloe into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal a blue number that has the crowd buzzing again..."

McCarthy: "If Philly crowds love THESE two, maybe I should go up there and show them what a REAL body looks like..."

Cassie: "And, again, I'm not sure you understand the word 'real', Ms. Silicone 199-something..."

McCarthy: "You are going to understand a BUTT WHIPPING in about 30 seconds, you LITTLE..."

Tess: "Now, calm down, Mac. I hear tonight's filler is 'Jaws 23: Michael Caine Needs Another House'..."

O'Dell(sighing): "Aaaannndddd we're about ready to go, so it's time for picks. Tess favors Chloe. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Dixon reminds me of The Original Dancing Hooker, Scherzinger, and we all know SHE can't fight, so I'm going with Bennet."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess..."

O'Dell: "It's unanimous. Let's see if our ladies are right. Off the bell, Dixon to the legs, and that's no surprise. Alesha can move with the best of them and that's exactly the game plan it appears. She's circling, reversing, stopping, popping, making Bennet chase."

McCarthy: "And chase is what Chloe doesn't want to do. Stalk. Cut. Work carefully. Start chasing, you get in trouble."

O'Dell: "Dixon is all motion, and she moves like the athletic dancer she is. Bennet keeping the hands high, looking to match footwork, to cut the ring, to do something to get Dixon square, but Alesha too quick, too slick."

Tess: "As Mac said, Dixon reminds me of Scherzinger. She has quick hands and feet. She gets off, scores, and is gone before Bennet can respond."

O'Dell: "It's snapping jabs, the odd double tap, then the stop for a quick flurry. And, when Bennet fires back, Dixon gone after a punch or two. Alesha able to put punches together, but Chloe mostly one and done. Final seconds of the round tick off, and there's the bell. Dixon's round."

Cassie: "And Alesha to the lead, 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Dixon back on her bicycle as we start the second. Alesha very smooth, very slick, very quick. She's presenting a moving target that Bennet is struggling to hit. Chloe working the feet more in response. Bennet very athletic herself, and she's looking to angle and square..."

Cassie: "Bennet showing a lot of patience here. She's not getting frustrated. She's moving well. Working hard. And starting to get where she wants to be and get off."

O'Dell: "But it IS taking a lot of work. Dixon bopping around, circling, reversing, landing good jabs and the occasional flurry. Bennet stalking slowly, cutting the ring on occasion and going with heavy leather until Alesha slips away. Cat and mouse, except Dixon's shown she's no mouse."

Tess: "Alesha's certainly has landed some solid punches in those flurries."

O'Dell: "No question of it. Coming down to the final 30 seconds now. Alesha still on the move. Chloe steps forward, lands a good two-punch combination. Dixon counters with a good right and slips away. Alesha bouncing at mid-ring. Bennet jabbing, stepping in behind it. There's the bell. Close one, but Chloe."

McCarthy: "19-19 now."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round begins with Dixon bouncing and circling. She's snapping off jabs, bouncing backward, popping forward to land a solid flurry. Bennet stalking, looking to cut the ring. Alesha not having it at the moment, though, staying in open canvas. Dixon pops forward AND GETS NAILED WITH A RIGHT HAND!"

Cassie: "Chloe timed her and buckled her knees!"

O'Dell: "Dixon wobbled and Bennet all over her. Chloe hammering away with both hands, battering Alesha back to the ropes and having at her. Dixon in a high guard, leaning back into the ropes, putting the body on sale and Chloe POUNDING it, trying to bring the guard down. Dixon taking the punishment and keeping the hands high..."

McCarthy: "She needs to start countering if she doesn't want the ref to stop it..."

O'Dell: "And Alesha's figured that out. She's jabbing back, only to be suppressed by Bennet. Chloe maybe a bit too aggressive here, not sloppy, but missing on a lot of the upstairs stuff. Final seconds ticking off. Bennet back to digging body. And there's the bell. Chloe wide, but Alesha holds on."

Tess: "And Bennet leads 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins with Dixon trying out those legs and she seems to have them back..."

McCarthy: "I'm impressed. That's a quick recovery from the kind of beating she took the last round..."

O'Dell: "And she does, indeed, look recovered. Alesha bouncin' and misbehavin', popping forward for a flurry, then circling back and away. Bennet again slowly stalking. Dixon bounces in AND GETS DROPPED BY A STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND!"

Cassie: "Bennet timed her AGAIN!"

O'Dell: "And this time, she blew her to her back. Dixon still flat as the count reaches three. Four. Five. She sits up at six. Seven. Eight. Alesha to her feet. She'll take the mandatory. And the referee let's it continue. Bennet quickly forward, jabbing Alesha backward. Dixon in retreat. Chloe more circumspect this time. Setting up her power punches with an accurate jab and SHE STAGGERS DIXON WITH A RIGHT HOOK! Alesha slumps into the ropes and NOW Bennet's all in, winging away with both hands and IT'S OVER! Dixon out on her feet and the ref has seen enough! He bundles Alesha to safety, and your winner by TKO4 is 'The Next Big Thing', Chloe Bennet!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Chloe Bennet, and, Chloe, you didn't waste any time getting after her..."

Chloe: "She can box. Very, very well. I give her room and time to do that, it might be her you're talking to. My plan was to bring the hurt. Consider it brought."

Tess: "I don't know why I bother, but, what's next for you?"

Chloe: "Lots of good, young bantams around. Sign one up and let's go!"
