BEFORE: Melissa Debling caused a huge upset by stopping Chelsee Healey recently and has vowed to really punish Sylvie Meis next whereas the Dutch model still looks keen to resume her Danielle Lineker rivalry and treats the fellow blonde as a perfect dress rehearsal action for the time being. Debling is used to getting mocked by all her divisional rivals however promises to convince everyone that her victory over Healey was no fluke and just a start of a new BBU chapter for the otherwise lacklustre model. Sylvie comes in slightly amused by Melissa's antics though and doesn't think she'll have any trouble with knocking her out!
Melissa Debling wears a pink bikini and black gloves. Sylvie Meis wears an orange bikini with blue trim and blue gloves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.
Round 1:
Sylvie charges at the English model and gives her an early pounding to confirm her favorite status; she digs at Melissa's boobs and takes 'em for a ride before punishing the ribcage and just reeling Debling on her heels. Melissa swings over the top in response but fails to crack Meis' guard and misses her approach alltogether which enables the older blonde to wrench her to the side after a repeated chest attack. Melissa has to seek cover after the early mismatch yet keeps sending single hands from the back foot to at least keep Sylvie at bay for most of the round but it eventually backfires right into her face when Meis ups her tempo in the final minute and drills the guard wide open to smack the younger blonde's cheeks at will and leave her yelping in pain at the bell.
Round 2:
Melissa tries to recover from the opening round liability but loses the close range dust up when Sylvie whacks her on the nose and settles into head hunting her during the first minute; the English model struggles to embrace the pacey approach of her opponent and has to seek respite quickly when Meis turns on the heat and buries her under a leather barrage that sends Debling backing into the ropes. Sylvie switches her targets and thumps the ribcage to sink Melissa on soft knees and the English lass prefers to cover up in earmuff and drag her foe into a clinching stalemate rather than respond straight back with actual punching. Sylvie pierces the guard anyway and bumps Melissa off to the corner where she lands a crisp uppercut on the nose to whip a moaning Debling against the turnbuckle but runs out of time to further punish her.
Round 3:
It's all getting a bit one-sided here as Melissa fails to show any skills that resulted in the Healey upset and Sylvie jumps at her in merciless fashion again and sends a series of jabs that pierce the high guard again and leave visible bruises on the otherwise pretty English face. Debling soaks up close range punishment amid painful squeals but just as Meis tries to whack her on the navel she catches the hip instead and wobbles forward with a loud shriek. It looks like she jarred her hand there and drops it immediately to expose herself on the left side and Debling jumping into a sudden action with a whooping right uppercut just hitting Sylvie's jaw like a rock... Meis stumbles to the side and endures a subsequent rack assault with Melissa driving her back to the ropes and trying to hoof the orange bikini top right off. Both girls increase the noise volume now but Melissa blasts a right cross against the mouth to claim the bragging rights and signs off with another hook to the boobs; Sylvie just sags butt-in-ropes and shakes her head as she indicates her left hand clearly bothers her and she can't put any power behind it!
Round 4:
Melissa doesn't seem to care much about her rival's wrist issues and jumps into immediate jabbing frenzy to back up the late charge from the previous round as quickly as possible. Sylvie finds no other way than to respond in similar fashion and both girls settle into a classic flyweight war of attrition early on with blonde hair flying everywhere around the ring as the heads snap back in unison. More squeals and yelps mark the heavy slugging contest which is finally tipped into one's favor when Melissa lands a big left hand on the nose and adds a lighting quick hook on the temple to relieve Meis off her balance. The Dutch model spins to the side and before she can regain her stance, Debling just blasts her on the mouth with a power jab and shuts her eyes with another uppercut on the chin... Meis goes all wobbly butt and bends forward to pole herself against Melissa's uppercut galore that pierces the rack and whips her onto the ropes... The arms fail to offer much protection now and the older blonde just sags on her heels with Debling pounding away at the exposed face and rocking Sylvie's head back & forth to inflict a couple of nasty cuts below each eye... Ref has to haul a rampant English model off at the bell while on the other hand Meis looks badly exposed now and barely stumbles back to the Foxfire Atlantic corner amid wild screams from the O2 Arena audience!
Round 5:
Debling resumes the predatory tactics and has a field day stalking a slow moving opponent; Sylvie's in visible pain and unable to land any punch with her left hand. She gets easily overwhelmed with a close range jabbing frenzy and seeps blood from the cuts on her face before Melissa poles her with another uppercut on the rack... Sylvie moans loudly and sinks on her heels and just when she tries to lower the guard anticipating another chest assault she gets wiped with a thundering left cross that nails her on the nose clean and SENDS CRASHING DOWN ON HER BUMS... Debling leaps in the air and twirls around the fallen Dutch model who is left sitting with a hollow look in her eyes before scampering back upright at seven with tremendous difficulty. She almost stumbles into referee's embrace but Debling really wants to knock her right off now and shoves the man in charge and riffles another thunderclap uppercut on the exposed chin. MEIS NEVER SAW IT COMING and her head just snapped sideways followed by the blonde ponytail... SYLVIE IS DOWN AGAIN... this time she just crumbles on her back totally dead meat and remains unresponsive with eyes closed as the ref tries to prevent the English model from immediate post-fight humiliation... KO5 Melissa Debling in somewhat controversial fashion!!!
AFTER: Foxfire Atlantic's Davina Sheffield wants to lodge immediate protest over that KO punch since there's every sign Melissa ignored referee's authority and attacked Sylvie before the command. A shouting match between McCall and the buxom model is interrupted by the security and Debling in fact wins the crowd's support by twerking her huge mounds right into the camera and almost taking her bra off in classic Page Three fashion! The Sun owns copyright though and Melissa doesn't want to sacrifice her salary like that despite heading into BBU winner's circle and boosting her income anyway!
On the other Sylvie has to be lifted off the canvas and needs several seconds before getting around to her senses, she's more concerned about the jarred wrist than Debling's late attack and somehow calms Davina Sheffield down who realizes the health of her fighter is indeed more important than actual result and the need of immediate rematch. However Georgie Thompson believes that Melissa might have won the battle but is poised for a Foxfire Atlantic war as she seemed to run her luck to the limit tonight and wasn't really all that deserving winner in the end. But the P3 camp doesn't mind this stroke of luck at all and points out Melissa suffered enough misfortunes during Mr. Marcus Invitational last year already.
Final result: Melissa Debling def. Sylvie Meis KO5.
