BBU FLYWEIGHT FURY FROM O2 ARENA, LONDON

(Lioness Club vs Lioness Club AKA Girls Aloud Internal Feud)

BEFORE: Time has finally come to settle one of the longest standing feuds in UK music business as former Girls Aloud bandmates Cheryl Cole and Nadine Coyle had remained at odds for year now before their personal differences proved too severe to be ignored anymore. The social b###hing which ranged from accusations of Cheryl's ineptitude of live performances to directly blaming Nadine for the break up of the band must be put to rest so only one of these two proud singers can emerge on top of the pecking order.

This feud has also brought the remaining members of the band, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Sarah Harding to witness the O2 Arena showdown tonight however as Walsh indicates to BBU TV's Georgie Thompson: "We simply got tired of these neverending catfights and spats between Chezza and Nads. We don't care who's right or wrong anymore. Let's settle it in the ring once and for all though I think the loser will still demand a rematch and we're never going to see the end of this!"

There's every chance Kimberley Walsh is correct however for now it's all about the two girls glaring at each other with utmost disdain. Cheryl Cole was thought to be punched out of the flyweight spotlight when Jade Thirlwall crushed her in the Pride of Newcastle battle but has since returned to knock both Hannah Spearritt and Kara Tointon out. Meanwhile Nadine's lacklustre BBU career took a shocking U-turn when she defeated Myleene Klass and Katherine Jenkins to score first back-to-back wins ever. Nobody inside the O2 Arena predicts the fight will go the distance and one needs to stand by for an extremely brutal fight where the personal pride is on the line!

Cheryl Cole wears a black & red trimmed bikini set and red gloves. Dark brown hair tied in a custom ponytail. Nadine Coyle wears a red & white trimmed bikini and white gloves. Long blonde hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
The action is hot from the start as expected with both girls giving each other no quarter and pounding away in furious fashion, Cheryl is the smaller of the two and likes her chances in closer range better whooping Nadine's ribcage in full kettle and winning the opening tangle after a piercing jab on the navel send the younger girl into defensive circles. Nadine tries to work the response over the top but can't quite nail Cheryl despite all the effort and settles into more defence as Cole jumps at her and bumps off with a measured but somewhat fortunate hook on the boobs. Chezza spends the rest of the round chasing the blonde down and it's clear Nadine hoped for some mental advantage coming into this fight but receives a jobber welcoming and Cole's evil determined to knock her out cold instead. Nicola and Sarah exchange telling looks in the audience as they've rarely seen the Geordie lass so agile even by her own standards!

Round 2:
Another furious tangle has Nadine's head snapping wildly and making the Irish blonde moan in discomfort. Cheryl nailed her right off the bat and settles into facial barrage that slices Coyle's mitts and gives her more bruising misery. There's just very little Nadine can do in close range despite thumping single shots into her foe's face. Cheryl just plains overwhelms her in pure effort and switches into more piercing menace down the stretch. She leans on the front foot and drills Coyle's guts to stagger her in the center of the ring and unloads a huge uppercut on the mouth to really send the dark blonde hair into tailspins. Nadine doesn't find her footwork to stay out of the striking zone and accepts more punishment as Chezza finally traps her along the ropes in the final minute after more drilling leather adds bruises to the midsection and slumps Nadine into a moaning struggle. "That's the way to do it!", Cole screams out at her bandmates but meets little support and turns her attention to a lacklustre Derry girl instead giving her a really long death stare.

Round 3:
Nadine finally lands some meaningful punches early in the third after shutting the Geordie brunette in mid range however she fails to embrace Cole ducking low under her high jabbing and endures a quick riffle series on the ribs which gut-checks her instantly and bellows out into a desperate low cover. Cheryl keeps ripping more leather into the liver area and Coyle loses her temper to the point she plain whacks her rival on the kidneys trying to stop her charge at any cost. It doesn't work though as Chezza bumps her off with an uppercut switch on the chest and she's so fired up she doesn't even complain to the ref about the lacing shots. Instead she just whacks Nadine on the jaw with a quick double uppercut and scythes her down across the mouth to send Coyle all wobbly butt into the corner. The blonde needs to wrap her arms around the ropes just to stay upright but Chezza's right there to slam a one-two hookig combo on the nose AND SEND HER CRASHING DOWN ON HER BUTT anyway! "I told ya! You're all mine, bytch!", Cole brags about the knockdown and has to be pulled off by the referee costing her valuable seconds and enabling the Irish singer to escape the count at six when the clock expires to a rampant ovation from the London crowd.. It's all Cheryl thus far and even Kimberley Walsh now looks bemused talking to Sarah Harding: "Why EXACTLY did we sign up for this?"

Round 4:
Cheryl thinks she's got Nadine on the verge of collapse and jumps at her immiediately after the bell again only to meet a crunching hook straight between the mitts and slamming her lips into jelly. That's frickin' huge punch from the blonde who suddenly scowls in determination and unloads a series of jabs from close range to rock Cole's head back & forth and spin the auburn ponytail around her neck! "C'mon! Sock her, Nads!", some cheers from the front seats fuel the Irish girl's barrage even further and she pummels the Geordie rival back to the ropes and unable to weather the storm. "You frickin' witch!", Coyle gets all vocal as she rains punches on Chezza who bellows out into a desperate earmuff and tries to duck under the onslaught but gets blasted across the mouth instead and just sinks on soft knees... All Coyle from there on... she pierces the guard at will and thumps Cheryl's ponytail into more circles as she bashes her face into incredible swelling and one can tell that Cole's legs are really close to going AWOL but for the bell to come to her rescue! Massive round for Nads though who shoves the slightly stunned rival back to her stool and gestures at Nicola Roberts & the gang over in the stands. Sarah gives her thumbs up and yells: "Get on with it! We don't have all the time to wait and see you two jerks!"

Round 5:
Cole remains slightly dazed when she rises for the fifth round and her face truly looks worse to wear than Nadine's despite all that early advantage. She has the presence of mind to lash out at the Irish singer again but misses her approach and doesn't have the speed either so Coyle just wrenches her between the arms instead and resumes the facial onslaught. More auburn ponytail snaps are soon joined by anguished Geordie scowls as Nadine pounds the struggling brunette back to the ropes and switches low for a proper midriff check to sink Cole even lower on her knees. The clinching efforts are useless as Coyle thumps the older singer's temples and whips her against the ropes to punish the exposed breadbasket too and leave Cheryl taking a ton of punishment! As impressive as the blonde was in recent months she's not known for her core strenght and needs extra time to send anyone for the count, it's no exception here as Chezza somehow avoids going down but is left frazzled on the ropes with eyes closed and nursing a busted up lips and a big shiner under the left eye. Nadine pierces her ribcage when the clock expires and has to be dragged away by the ref having secured another one-sided beating to really put all the pressure on the Newcastle born opponent.

Round 6:
Nadine's up for some mid range assault early in the sixth and takes full advanatge of Cheryl more or less swaying on her feet and giving nothing meaningful back anymore. She whips the Geordie brunette across the mouth to slice the guard with ease and add more pain to the already swollen lips before a measured right hook crashes into Cole's temple and drops her arms sending her into semi-conscious circles. "You filty bytch", Chezza tries to verbally abuse the blonde one last time but her arms are awfully slow to rise again and she can do nothing about a heavy piledriver catching her on the nose moments later... DOWN GOES CHERYL crashing flat on her back with a loud thump as Coyle leaps in the air and starts vigorously shaking her glove... there's finally some response from the rest of the band as Sarah Harding really liked that punch and it's a complete disaster for Chezza who scampers back to her feet at seven looking all busted up and woozy.. "Give it up, tramp! Or else I'll bash you face in!", Nads threatens to really enforce some venom now but Cole's too proud to quit and shoves the ref back before catching the blonde with a thunderbolt hook on the eye... Where was the command? Who cares? Nadine's smile disappears from her face fractions before she got whacked but she never had the reflex in her to avoid it... DOWN GOES COYLE flat on her back and the O2 Arena goes nuts! Here we go with the cheap tricks and that was as uncalled for as rarely seen before! In fact, that was plain outrageous from the brunette who ignored all the rules... The bell goes off amid the drama and Cheryl's wrestled back to her corner and being threatened with an instant DQ!!! What a mess...

There's a delay before the seventh round as Nadine refuses to accept Cheryl being disqualified and demands the fight to be resumed: "She'll never shut up if you DQ her! I want to win the right way and silence her once and for all by knockinh her brains out!", she yells to the referee while holding an ice pack to a gigantic gash over her left eye. "It's your call, lady!", ref signals to the judges the fight will be resumed and Cole only gets a two point deduction for her antics. "Like I care!", she shouts from the opposite corner but the support switches to the Irish singer now and Chezza is openly booed & jeered at as she heads back for another round.

Round 7:
The grudge sweepstakes continue as both girls try to knock each other's head off and while Cheryl's swollen face still looks the worst, the gash under Nadine's eye starts to affect her vision more badly and she fails to spot quite a few punches and loses her range alltogether when Cole notices that too and starts whooping right jabs switching to southpaw stance. The blonde's yelps are getting louder as she's overwhelmed in close range and looks to be leaking stamina too with Chezza still as bubby and agile as one could have probably expected given her obnoxious pre-fight attitude. She whips Coyle with piledrivers over the top and stuns her in the middle of the ring before a switch on the breadbasket bends the Irish girl forward and paves the way for a piercing uppercut catching her on the jaw. Ugh! Nadine goes wobbly butt and she might really regret her decision not to stop the fight as Cole ravages her ribcage thereafter and backs into the ropes where she maintains the pressure and just pummels her way through on the body to leave the blonde gasping for air at the bell. Nadine looks over at the remaining bandmates in the crowd but they all just shake their heads while Cheryl shouts something back at the too. The roar from the crowd is so loud one can't really understand what were her exact words but the mean facial expression tells it all...

Round 8:
Somehow the delay has really put Nadine off her stance and what's worse, she really has issues with her swollen eye so Cheryl just resumes the head hunting mode and snaps the blonde's head back repeatedly in the opening minute while Coyle just struggles to make her pay and only skims off the forearms. She tries to lean on the front foot and find that big punch somewhere but it's all Chezza there again just looping punches and crashing into the blonde's face instead. Coyle starts to gurgle in pain again and her guard is ransacked one by one with Cole landing almost all of her punches on target and slumping Nadine's chin... One powerful hook too many finally shatters her resilience and drops the arms by the waist to result in Cole thumping a right handed piledriver on the nose and just burst Coyle's nostrils into a bloody river... That really hurts the Irish blonde the most as she immediately realizes the stream down her mouth and by the time she even thinks about lifting her hands again, Chezza creams her with a cross hook on the already swollen shut eye... DOWN GOES COYLE... the blonde gets simply hammered sideways on the canvas and leans her head against the forearm while trying to breath through the damaged nose.. Cheryl quickly retreats back to her corner and by the time Nadine realizes what just happened the count is at six already... she makes a desperate lunge for survival but can't put her weight on the knee and collapses back to her butt smearing blood all over her pretty face... she collapses on her back and signals she needs more time but there just isn't going to be any and as the ref counts her out, she covers her roughed up face with both gloves and starts sobbing her heart out... It's controversial and brutal KO8 Cheryl Cole!!!

AFTER: The Geordie singer starts celebrating in her corner and calls for the other bandmates to join her in the ring however Kimberley and Nicola are more concerned about the fallen Nadine and Sarah Harding needs to take care of any post-fight humiliation actually being present. She prevents the brunette from leaving her corner and tells her she should show some integrity not only for Lioness Club's sake but also for the Girls Aloud: "But she asked to have her face bashed in! I couldn't ignore her like that!", she argues with Harding but finally is calmed down and watches on as Nicola and Kimba escort a sobbing and wrecked Coyle back to the locker room. "Look at all that blood! I really whooped her ass once and for all!", Cole's eyes glare in utmost delight but the crowd ain't exactly happy over the sixth round controversy!

Indeed Georgie Thompson has little sympathy for the Geordie lass who really ought to be send back to Newcastle with a big fat DQ next to her name. Even her larger than life glamour status and personal band feuds don't justify the way she smoked Nadine with that ugly punch in the sixth. "This is worse than seeing Pippa Middleton bragging about being relevant!", the blonde reporter concludes. "BBU allowed the inmates to run the asylum and why the heck did the ref listen to Nadine in first place? She will really regret her choice and boy, if only Samia Ghadie wasn't busy courting some bedrooms in America we'd have all about it now! Yes, Cheryl Cole is heavily popular among the fans but it's still all love & hate kinda thing! I wish the Spice Girls were like 10 years younger! But issues like this will prevent Cole from getting her chance in America. Ghadie, Pallett and Jorgie Porter are tough to handle themselves but they'd never cross the line like that. OK, perhaps Samia would but that's another matter. Enjoy your five minutes in the sun, Chezza but I guess Dannii Minogue AND Jade Thirlwall still own your tawdry ass!"

Thankfully Cheryl Cole is too busy posing for the cameras and blowing kisses to the crowd to catch any of Thompson's comments. Otherwise the garbage would really hit the fan and that's the last thing the Girls Aloud need even after their highly publicized split last year. One think stands out from all this mess though, life is never dull with Cheryl Cole around regardless if she's getting hammered around or dishes out punishment herself. And you can't buy this sort of publicity now that Samia Ghadie and Michelle Keegan seem happy to pursue a career overseas.
