BEFORE:

"It's about TIME I get another FCBA fight," says Maggie with a shake of the head. "It's over two years now. Two years! I blow away every girl I meet on the scales and in the disrobe, and I can't get arrested around here? Well, that changes tonight when I knock off Decker. They'll be lining up to fight me after that!"

"Maggie is simply not in my LEAGUE," Brooklyn says with a dismissive waive of the hand. "I'm too big. I'm too strong. I'm too good. And I'm too hot. All of which I'm about to prove."

ROUND ONE:

McCarthy: "...WILL SMACK HER INTO NEXT WEEK, IS WHAT I'LL DO...WHAT? I DON'T CARE IF WE'RE BACK LIVE! DID YOU HEAR WHAT SHE CALLED ME???"

O'Dell: "Calm DOWN, Mac! I'm sure the fans would rather see the final three fights than 'Biodome 2'..."

Cassie: "Isn't Pam Anderson in that?"

McCarthy: "I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THAT! SIRI, CALL MY AGENT!"

O'Dell: "Siri, call the bar and ask them to have a bottle waiting. Meanwhile, the song you hear behind the ringing of Mac's phone...TAKE IT OFF SPEAKER!"

McCarthy: "Sorry..."

O'Dell: Is 'Lovefool' by The Cardigans, and down the aisle comes one of the FCBA's biggest fans of said band, the gorgeous Maggie Grace!"

McCarthy: "Yawn. Yet another girl with ZERO FCBA wins. And, of course, she's coming in against an opponent who's probably a welter right now and would never have made weight except for Weirdo's rigged scales!"

Tess: "Paranoid much, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, as Maggie enters the ring and is helped off with the robe to reveal a baby blue and yellow striped two-piece and a body Hugh Hefner would write a check for right now..."

McCarthy: "MAYbe...if he did a 'Girls Of Lost' pictorial. Not much more to choose over there. Lilly's too chubby and Mitchell's getting up there..."

O'Dell: "Aaaaannnnd, before we get the Twitter challenge from Evangeline and/or Elizabeth, down go the lights..."

McCarthy: "RIDICULOUS!"

O'Dell: "And cue laser show and 'Also Sprach Zarathustra' by Strauss and here comes 'The 21st Century Goddess', Brooklyn Decker!"

McCarthy: "Who's so GREAT she got DEMOTED from welterweight because she couldn't win up there...despite the fact that she IS a welter. You know another pictorial Hef could do? 'Girls Of FOX'. He could bring in Baccarin and 'Nude Girl'. She could finally live up to her name. Slim pickings after that, though, with the ratings THOSE shows get. J-Lo or Gordon Ramsey...and, at this point, considering J-Lo's butt got cancelled, he might pick Ramsey..."

O'Dell: "And, HERE comes the challenge from J-Lo. Meanwhile, Decker, as usual, taking her time getting to the ring..."

McCarthy: "Because she has an ego the size of this ARENA..."

Cassie: "Says the self-described 'Playmate of the Freakin' CENTURY' and 'Greatest Fighting Playmate of All-Time'..."

McCarthy: "One, both of those nicknames fit because both things are true. And, two, SHUT UP, SCABBO!"

O'Dell(sighing): "Decker into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve and the crowd buzzing over that yellow number she likes. Ladies about ready, so let's get some picks. Tess favors Decker. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Even this stiff Grace can beat THAT phony!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "There's the bell and Decker right to work. Brookie D wants to walk forward behind that big left jab, back Maggie up, get her on her back foot, and that's exactly what she's doing. Grace giving ground in the face some heavy shell from Decker, the big Front Street jab followed by solid rights. It's a fighting retreat, but it's a retreat nonetheless..."

McCarthy: "This is what I'm talking about. You've got a full welterweight in there with a light. Weirdo's rigged this thing!"

O'Dell: "Decker methodical here. Left hand landing with plenty of frequency. Getting Grace moving backward, setting her up for big right hands. Maggie careful to avoid the ropes. Jabbing back in spots, but not able to get much going offensively."

Cassie: "She needs some lateral movement here. She does NOT want to stand in front of Decker."

O'Dell: "And if Grace didn't realize the dangers of that coming in, she's learning them now. Brooklyn getting off lusty right now. Shaking Maggie with some solid stuff. Grace a little spooked. Trapped on the ropes in the final seconds. Decker banging away right to the bell. Little smile from Brooklyn on the way back to the corner."

Tess: "No smile for Grace, who's down 10-9 after one."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second round begins with Grace on the move. Maggie circling right behind her jab, looking to create angles and distance. Decker stepping forward to cut both down, wants to get her own left home and then work the power off it as she did in the first."

Cassie: "But, this movement from Grace is causing Decker problems. She's missing more now and giving Maggie more openings for counters."

O'Dell: "Which is leading to some good exchanges between the two. Grace definitely holding her own in those, and the movement is causing Decker to have to work her feet, meaning she's spending more time getting into position and less punching..."

McCarthy: "And that's all good for Maggie. She's staying off square, which is all you need to do to beat a one-trick pony like Decker."

O'Dell: "She's most certainly staying off square and that's allowed Maggie to fight on more even terms this round. She's not on her back foot and she's able to put punches together, landing in combination while Decker cuts the angles. When Brookie D does that, SHE gets off in combination and Grace works counters. Good, two-way stuff to the bell. Close one, but Grace."

Tess: "And Maggie's tied it at 19 after two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round begins with more of the jab and circl from Grace. Decker showing more movement herself, stepping forward to cut angles, looking to match footwork, trying to get the left on target and looking for any opportunity to fire off that right hand."

Tess: "Brooke moves very well, as we've seen before. She just prefers to walk girls down and get big on them, but she can play this game."

O'Dell: "She can, but so can Maggie. Grace very active with the left hand, keeping it in Decker's face, creating the distance she wants and the angles for her right hand. More importantly, though, she's not letting Brooke square her up cleanly like she did in the first. Brooklyn scoring, but not landing bomb after bomb."

Cassie: "And Grace showing some slickness here. She's waiting on that forward step from Decker and quickly flurrying when it happens. Getting some points before Brooke gets off and slowing her down at the same time."

O'Dell: "Decker responding with salvos of her own. Landing good stuff as the two-way action continues. Grace shaking the shoulders, ducking the head, popping the jab, using all that length she has to good effect. Decker ignoring most of the feinting, trying to match footwork and get square, landing a good right hand at the bell. Competitive round. Maggie."

McCarthy: "And Grace leads 29-28. Maybe if Decker loses here at light, Weirdo will pretend she's a bantam."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Action back underway and Decker getting more aggressive now, she's back to walking forward behind the jab, willing to eat some punches to get Grace moving backward instead of laterally. Maggie still circling, giving a little ground, but making sure she's not going straight back..."

McCarthy: "Never want to do that...go straight back. That's never going to have a good result."

O'Dell: "Decker stepping to, cutting Maggie off, landing a good combination. Grace fires back with a good right and Decker a NASTY left that got Maggie's attention! Grace backed to the ropes and Decker BANGS home a right hand! Maggie trying to slip away, but Brooke's got her pinned. Decker goes body now and Grace ties up and hangs on for a break."

Cassie: "Maggie maybe a little buzzed by that right."

O'Dell: "Could be but the legs still look good. She's circling and jabbing, trying to keep Decker off. Brooke walking in again, takes a good right hand and DELIVERS ONE! Grace felt that one! Maggie covers up and Decker lands a good combination. Grace maybe a little spooked here. She's giving ground, cirling right, keeping the hands high. Decker sniping with the big left, splitting the gloves on occasion, walking through Grace again and landing a final big barrage at the bell! Decker's round as she brings the size and power to bear."

Tess: "38-38 now with six to go."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth begins with Decker getting big on Grace in a, well, BIG way. Brookie D walking Maggie down, backing her up with the big left lead, squaring her up, and thumping her with right hands. Grace game, fighting back in retreat, but she's nowhere close to holding canvas..."

McCarthy: "Maggie's got to find a way to get her angle on. She's getting lined up too often and too easily."

O'Dell: "That, she is. Decker having her own way right now. Grace managing to stay off the ropes, but that's about all she can do. She's countering as best she can, but, it's all off-the-back foot stuff, while Decker's most definitely on the front foot."

Cassie: "No question. Brooke stepping into everything. Getting plenty on every punch."

O'Dell: "This is as subtle as a sledgehammer. 'I'm too big and too strong for you.' And, that's exactly what Brooke is proving as we head into the stretch. Decker trapping Maggie on the ropes now and letting the hands go. Grace coverng up, taking heavy fire, trying to slip away, but, again, Decker has her pinned, and she works Grace over right to the bell. Wide for Decker."

Tess: "And she now leads 48-47, but, we aren't going to need scorecards unless Maggie can find some answers and soon."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Sixth begins with Maggie again looking to jab and circle. Decker coming forward. Grace reverses, lands a good one-two, reverses again. Decker looking to cut, but Maggie circles away in the opposite direction. Grace on her toes, snapping the left out, making Brooke stalk, staying on her horse...no stopping to pop, no stopping at all."

Cassie: "Looking to break Brooke's rhythm, keep her moving, and she's getting it done at the moment."

O'Dell: "That she is. Decker can't set up. By the time she does, Grace is gone. Maggie not getting a lot done on offense, just powdering Brooke's face occasionally, but she's managed to force things back to a war of movement. Decker patient. Working behind the left. Doing a lot more moving herself, out of necessity..."

McCarthy: "And she's going side to side, not forward. She's having to turn and slide..."

O'Dell: "And that's giving Maggie the time and space she wants. Grace not being overwhelmed now. She's able to get off the defense, get her hands deployed, put together some quick salvos, show some of that boxing skill we've seen in the past. Clock ticking down to ten seconds here in the sixth. Grace getting into a nice rhythm. And there's the bell. Maggie's round."

Tess: "And, she's not only evened the fight at 57 with four to go, she's turned the momentum in a big way."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Seventh begins with Maggie back on her bicycle. Grace clearly in excellent shape for this one, as she's still got plenty of leg in the seventh round..."

McCarthy: "That's one of the things about indies. They've got no margin for error. Maggie's an example. Two years, she hasn't had a chance. So, this is huge for her. If she can win, things may change for her. If she doesn't, she's might be looking at another two years before she gets a chance. So, when an indie comes into a fight, she's almost always in great shape and as ready as she can be. A managed fighter? Not always. Because, even if she loses, she still likely has a job tomorrow."

O'Dell: "And Grace looking every bit like a girl who's got a lot on the line here. She's circling right, jabbing. Decker steps in to cut. Maggie reverses and DOWN SHE GOES! DOWN GOES GRACE!"

Cassie: "Caught her flush with an overhand as she started left. Walked her into it..."

O'Dell: "And Grace down and maybe out on her back. Decker lifts her right glove to her face and makes a scene of blowing imaginary smoke off it before the referee chases her to a neutral corner..."

McCarthy: "She. Is. Unsufferable!"

O'Dell: "Count at three. Four. Five. Grace not moving at all gang..."

Cassie: "Not surprised after that head swivel."

O'Dell: "Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's over. And your winner by KO7 in one-punch fashion is 'The Twenty-First Century Goddess', Brooklyn Decker!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Brooklyn Decker, and, Brooke, it was a close fight the whole way, but you ended it quickly..."

Brooklyn: "Like I said, Tess, she's just not in my league. She could dance around a while, but, sooner or later, I was going to get her. It was just a matter of time."

Tess: "What's next for you?"

Brooklyn(smiling): "Well, management has a plan, and I suspect that will all come clear going forward. And that's all I'll say."
