Prefight: One would have thought there would be a lot of pomp and circumstance with the return of one of the greatest fighters of her generation and a Hall of Famer Jessica Biel. However the brunette comes out in a pair of sweats and loose Medallion t shirt letting Cobie have the first word. "I was very happy to hear from Charisma about being Jessica's return fight from her leave. She's one of the best ever and she wants to come back in a fight that's not just a quick out. I'm going to test her, expose her, and knock her hopefully fit butt out." Jessica takes the stand looking less confident than happy. "I'm so happy to be back in the FCBA and to be here with my Medallion family. I'm here to push Kaley to greatness again while I'm on my road back to hopefully meet her for the title. I know I'll be back there when I'm ready." Cobie comes out in a deep blue bikini with bra style top blue gloves. Jessica comes out as fit as always in her classic while with gold trim bikini with white gloves hair pulled back in a ponytail.
R1: The two come out of the corners and touch gloves before they begin. Cobie looking tentative not thinking Jessica would look so good physically after such a long layoff and short return. Jessica using her jab to move inside laying leather to Cobie's body. The taller brunette backing up flicking out punches before setting her feet and wading into Jessica. She's blocking most of the shots but is getting rung up some during the round. At the bell the two are standing toe to toe at the bell. The crowd roars seeing a nice return to the ring by Jessica taking by a slim margin the first round.
R2: Cobie comes out more confident looking almost like she was feeling out Jessica during the first. She's not showing hesitation now flicking out jabs and hooks working inside laying now heavy leather to Jessica's untested body backing up the Hall of Famer. Jessica using good foot work to move away using her jab more to stay on the outside then trying to move in but Cobie getting the best now of each exchange inside. The taller brunette getting a body shivering one two to Jessica's head at the bell making her look very mortal at the end of two.
R3: Cobie now smiling in the corner seeing now what she's up against. She walks down Jessica right from the bell digging to brunette's chest. Jessica breathing hard and wincing from the thumping one two on her jugs. CRACK! Cobie fakes to the body and blasts Jessica with a right hook to the jaw. Jessica goes wobbly butt staggering back to the ropes trying to cover up. Cobie relentless digging in on Jessica's tight abs working up the brunette's body tanning her pale skin. Jessica firing back trying to fend off the aggressive beauty but can't get off the ropes. Cobie laying an uppercut to Jessica's chin shaking her strong legs then tow more hooks to the face. Jessica unloading back with a left right left combo to Cobie's face finally backing her off. The former champion moving in at the bell. The Medallion corner very concerned as Jessica is beaten red eyes glassy, breathing heavy and shaking.
R4: Cobie comes out a bit tentative to start the round the late blows to the head slowing her progress and perhaps her thinking. Cobie using her jab to march her around the ring then finally moving inside. Jessica makes her pay throwing as many punches as possible at the taller brunette keeping her at bay. Cobie backs up and resets flicking shots to Jessica's chest and face making her keep backing away. Cobie however still can't get close and when she does paying a heavy price for it. At the bell, both seem winded even though Cobie won the round Jessica is back in the fight.
R5: For the first time in this fight Jessica has this fire in her eye the way she used to. Cobie comes out again tentative those shots really setting her off her game. Jessica comes out in a charge moving fluidly. She works her way inside getting busted to her stomach. There is a slight gasp from the crowd waiting to see how Jessica responds to the blows. Her response is digging hard to Cobie's body lighting up her sides. CRACK! Jessica snaps Cobie's head back with a sick right uppercut. Cobie goes wobbly butt. If the ropes weren't there she would be down just like Jessica would have been in the third. Cobie's hands are down and Jessica goes jug mugging bouncing hooks off her chest. Cobie moves quickly to cover bending down but that opens up her head catching hooks with her face now. She leans back opening up her stomach. Cobie starts firing back but Jessica won't stop the punishment until the bell. Jessica grits her teeth seemingly frustrated that Cobie didn't go down. The taller brunette staggers back to her corner busted up badly in just one round. Jessica still looks the worst of the two but is in control.
R6: Cobie shows her heart as she answers the bell for the sixth. She's covering her mid section and chest closely using her reach to make Jessica pay as she powers in. Jessica getting rocked by several shots to the head but keeps pouring into Cobie. The taller brunette backs up trying to move away only to be directed by hooks to the ribs. Cobie's back against the ropes she goes to tie up. Jessica still working the body in the clinch. The ref has to break it up. Jessica rocked hard again getting double tapped to the head. She bends down body wobbly digging to Cobie's body lefts and rights to her sides and belly. The brunette being lifted up to her toes with shot after shot. Coming to the bell Jessica winds up from her hip burying a right into the pit of Cobie's stomach. COBIE GOES DOWN! The taller beauty is literally lifted off her feet and drops to all fours holding her stomach nearly in tears. The bell sounds but the count must begin. Cobie rolls to her side unable to get out of the fetal position. It's over. WINNER BY KO IN THE SIXTH JESSICA BIEL!
Postfight: Jessica immedialty helps Cobie to her stool before celebrating with her stablemates. Jessica has a smile on her swelling red face. "I really needed this. I would not have known how much I was back with a lesser fighter." She explains before getting a hug from Cobie. "Cobie kicked my butt. She's a great fighter and had me going early busting me up more than I ever expected. I was about down but my legs held and so did my chin. I got the rust literally knocked off of me by those power shots. Wow I still got a way to go." Jessica sighs Amy working on her red sides. "I got settled in and got to be myself though. This is a first step to me being the champion again that we all know I am." |
