BEFORE: Both these brunettes have defeated Bond girl Berenice Marlohe in their last outings and now square off in yet another chapter of the Lioness Club vs Lookout! Atlantic Boxing rivalry as Christine Bleakley has a personal score to settle after going down to Gal Gadot last season. Meanwhile Rebecca Hall feels like she's getting left behind her more successful stablemates Doutzen Kroes and Helena Mattsson and looks to emerge as a dangerous floater among the division; that would require her to beat the otherwise tough Irish TV presenter up since Bleakley is a valuable scalp on any lightweight's record.

Christine Bleakley wears a black corset, matching knickers and red gloves. Raven-black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Rebecca Hall wears a silver corset, navy blue knickers and matching gloves. Long black hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:

Bleakley goes all aggressive early and freezes Hall in the middle of the ring with high tempo jabbing upstairs; she switches low for a couple of gut checking shots but finally has to soak up some response as Rebecca moves away from the earmuff and whips overhand leather to reel the presenter backwards. Both women settle into mid range assault and keeps sending punches over the top but the accuracy just isn't there and the action becomes somewhat lacklustre in the final minute as neither girl wants to become more aggressive anymore.

Round 2:

Rebecca sticks some early leather into the fellow brunette's body but is caught by a clubbing hook on the nose and Christine's facial attack gives her the edge down the stretch and forces Hall into another earmuff defence in the middle of the ring. Bleakley works the hgh tempo trying to slice the guard apart but fails to really connect with Rebecca's face even if the sheer ammount of effort pleases the Barnet crowd. The Black Irish has to switch on the body to find some success but gets clinched and shoved into the ropes as Hall applies some wrestling skill here before slipping by for a ribcage attack to stun the presenter. Christine has enough strenght to free herself and push the actress away but misses a flying hook late and eats a right overhand on the eye instead just as the clock expires.

Round 3:

Christine opens up from both sides and loops repeated overhands into Rebecca's face again but is rooted to the spot with a heavy jabbing series on the midriff as Hall brawls herself out of trouble and leans on the Irish presenter and sticks more leather into her body. A couple of wayward hooks spoil Bleakley's recovery plan before she has to yield real estate but Rebecca ups her agility and hassles the fellow brunette across the canvas switching the target area upstairs. Bleakley throws more wide punches from the back foot and gets whacked on the lips as Hall finally tracks her down and bumps into the ropes in the final minute where she resumes the midsection punishment and makes the presenter moan out a little as the crowd's support increases with Bleakley trapped butt-in-ropes and losing this round most likely.

Round 4:

It's a hit & miss approach from the Ulster woman who rushes in on Rebecca's head but struggles to make her efforts count and is whipped on her heels by a measured counterattack. Hall slices the mitts aside and works the cheeks well snapping Christine's ponytail around before the local favorite has to seek a quick escape again with the fellow brunette's precision being the main concern. Rebecca's really up for some Bleakley pounding down the stretch which draws immediate praise from van Outen in the booth and the punches just keep on coming and burst into the presenter's face sending her onto the ropes with a quiet groan. Rebecca hammers a big hook right on the jaw to sink her foe on soft knees and shrugs off the clinching attempt to bury a late flurry on the ribs and leave Bleakley trembling at the bell.

Round 5:

Christine seeks an all out blitz to derail Rebecca's train from gaining more momentum but a classic flyweight-like punchfest in the middle of the ring goes awry fast as Hall freezes the Irish woman with a brutal harpoon to the liver area which simply lowers Bleakley's guard and bends her to the side. Hall rips an uppercut in the open and shuts her opponent's eyes before driving one on the chest and add another looping jab on the liver. Bleakley screams out in sudden pain and wobbles straight into another uppercut that blasts her on the jaw AND SENDS SPAWLING ACROSS THE CANVAS moments later. Rebecca yells out in delight and shakes her glove straight into Lioness Club's corner as the Irish woman takes her time in getting up and looks a bit woozy after beating the count at eight. She tries to jump in for immediate revenge but is tackled up high again with Hall's confidence rocketing sky high; she dumps the older brunette spinning back to the ropes and now sticks repeated leather into the bruised face; Bleakley's ponytail begins to flap around in circles and the Irish girl really soaks up the heat in the closing stages of the round and emerges from the corner with multiple cuts on both cheeks and her face all swollen up to give enough evidence of just who's in charge of this contest at half-time.

Round 6:

Rebecca pounces on her visibly struggling foe and dumps Christine into a desperate earmuff early on; she ignores the high guard soon enough though and starts whipping punches on the body to back the presenter into the ropes where she just maintains the pressure and shows no signs of gassing out whatsoever. Bleakley's offence is reduced to single punches in between the English bravado but she only grazes Rebecca's face and turtles up again after getting nailed on the nose with a straight jab. Hall drops her intensity as the round progresses but she meets no resistance and has the other brunette trapped and receiving the punchbag treatment, even the crowd's wild support doesn't help the Lioness cause and Hall pierces the navel late in the round to bend the Irish woman forward and make her scream out in pain a little more. Bleakley looks all but wrapped up at the bell and stumbles to her corner hugging her tummy with pain written all over her roughed up face.

Round 7:

Bleakley's up for the seventh but can't do much about Hall closing in on a home run; a quick series up high splits the presenter's mitts and digs immediate punishment into her face which sends her tripping over into the ropes within seconds of the bell. Hall bangs an uppercut frenzy to dissect the guard for good and has Christine's head rocking all over town before too long... it's one way traffic now and Bleakley shows no signs of resistance bellowing out against the turnbuckle with eyes closed and moaning her heart out... Hall hammers along mercilessly and the ref decides it's getting ugly as he pulls the English brunette off her prey before Christine is knocked out of her senses... TKO7 Rebecca Hall!!!

AFTER: "That was a first class pounding from Rebecca! Give this girl an award or something!", Denise van Outen can't hide her pleasure over this result and - as a well known Bleakley critic, she gets a rare opportunity to pour some dirt on the fellow TV presenter based on actual performance. Indeed it's a messy sight for all the Lioness Club fans as Bleakley has to be escorted off the ring by stablemate Sophie Howard while Hall is busy sharing hugs & kisses with her Lookout! Atlantic entourage and all the judges as well. She still salutes the otherwise hostile crowd and well, it's really interesting to see where she goes on from here. With Doutzen Kroes heading over to America there's always a chance that Rebecca actually can outscore Helena Mattsson on the internal LAB pecking order but would require to challenge one of the A-list names in the division to confirm that her recent victories over Berenice Marlohe and now versus Christine Bleakley are as good as they look on paper. Perhaps going after Sayuki Matsumoto sounds a bit too much right now but a banged up Alaina Huffman fresh off her Kroes nightmare beating seems like a viable option. Rebecca refuses to confirm her imminient plans though and prefers to fly under the radar attention-wise but this result will certainly make a lot of noise in the weeks to come!

Final result: Rebecca Hall def. Christine Bleakley TKO7.
